Don’t waste your time. I called and asked if this guy sold wraps and he said he did and they have everything. Drove all the way over here to find the open sign on and the door locked. Wouldn’t even answer the phone again. I’ll just have to find somewhere else to grab wraps and a rigDon’t waste your time like I did.

I went here the other night because I broke my banger last minute. I was extremely, yet thoroughly surprised with the beautiful collection of glass- not just smoking but also the amazing pendants and other glass art. I was even told they have a glass blower on site, and could possibly fix my most recently departed friend! I met the owner, who was not only extremely knowledgeable in his inventory, but also able to educate and walk me through using the different options he had available for my needs. He was able to really hook it up pricing wise, and I ended up purchasing the Glass House quartz fire set. I was so excited about using it, I forgot a lot of the lesson he gave me on how to use it. I actually forgot some of the instructions on how to use it (because I was so excited) by the time I got home. I called the store and he walked me through it over the phone- which I thought was beyond amazing!I have honestly never had such quality customer service, from any customer service Ive experienced in the past. I will definitely be going back, and I look forward to collecting the beautiful art work they have to offer.

I live Massachusetts so I get pieces thru the mail. I have never had to wait they are prompt on getting your pieces to you. Bought grossly overpriced ISOPROPYL alcohol ( 132$ gallon ) , didn’t receive tracking until two weeks and 6 attempts to contact them . They claimed they had too many orders to send tracking ... much bigger and known shops always send tracking with pre-printed labels . So get with it y’all . O and remember if they don’t send you tracking they “aren’t responsible for your front doorstep “ QUALITY SERVICE 10/10 would recommend

Some of the best customer service I’ve had at a glass shop. Typically in my experience picking out a piece, the workers have been pushy and cared more about getting me out the door with anything then actually helping me out. Def not the case here! If you like good pieces and friendly people this is def the place for you

Awesome glass selection. Joey is a solid dude who genuinely looks out for his customers. Last time I was there, they were alittle busier than normal and I had to wait alittle but which I didn’t mind. But Joey still hooked me up with a great deal for waiting even though he didn’t have to.
