We love Roscos! We got to know Annette, the new owner, when she was working for the original owner, and she was truly the reason we kept coming back. We were so thrilled to hear shes taken over the business!Annette pours a mean cuppa coffee and supports womxn and womxn-owned businesses, having an incredible staff of female baristas and highlighting Hold Fast Coffees roasts and pastries from Snowberry Bakehouse at the cafe. We are lucky to live in the neighborhood and enjoy a damn fine cup of coffee whenever we want! Annette has created such a welcoming and safe space for all people who love great coffee!
I stumbled across this gem over 3 years ago and have been going weekly ever since! The coffee, atmosphere, and owner are the best. This location is accessible and right off the Bijou exit, which is super convenient if youre from out-of-town or heading to work. The baked goods and local-artist-of-the-month display are lovely bonuses.
I’ve lived in Colorado Springs for about a year now, and trying out various coffee shops has become one of my favorite things to do! I can honestly say Rosco’s is easily my favorite :) I like how they change up their menu based on the season, and right now they have an AMAZING wildflower latte. It’s lavender and honey, and it’s super creamy and delicious! A must try for the summertime :) Check out their cute lil shop and grab yourself the tastiest summer latte you will ever have!
I love local coffee shops and Rosco’s is one of my favorites now!!Absolutely cute on the inside and out. It is a smaller place, but when you go in on a quiet hour it’s very enjoyable! The lady who was there was super kind and helpful (helped me pick a unique tasteful coffee!)Definitely will be going back often!
The best! Thanks for serving us so well during these crazy times. The staff here is so sweet and the coffee is exceptional.
I went here two days in a row and both baristas were awesome! One was the owner (didn’t catch her name), who was super friendly and easy to talk to. The coffee beans they sell are good quality and local. I’m not sure if the pastry options are GF, breakfast burritos are not. My husband and friends got burritos and said they were very good and filling! This shop also offers milk substitutes.
Super cute and welcoming place! Great coffee and food. Amazing way to start the day :)
Great local coffee and snack stop. Right off the interstate exit so its super convenient and very friendly baristas with a cool atmosphere featuring rotating local art on the walls. Favorite espresso in the Springs!
Fantastic coffee and breakfast joint with excellent service. The bagel sandwich with sausage and egg is awesome. My wife and I make it a point to stop here every time we’re in Colorado Springs. Highly recommend Roscoe’s, we’ve stopped here many times and have never been disappointed.
Really nice spot. Very tasty coffee and food and excellent decor. Only thing is wish they had more outdoor seating, right now during covid indoor seating is closed and they only have one table for outside.
My favorite cafe in the neighborhood! Baristas are all so wonderful and sweet. Great place to meet friends, have a quiet coffee in the morning or even work. My favorite is the coconut vanilla latte with oat milk, a little pricey, but I promise you wont find another cup of coffee as delicious.
Roscos is amazing! They have great flavor coffee, great latte flavors, and the barista is so sweet and friendly! The atmosphere is calming even outside. You cant stay inside atthe moment but its still so relaxing. They have coffee for sale and I will be buying some soon. Please go to Roscos, you will enjoy it so much.
Just tried this place and the coffee and food is very good. The barista was super friendly!
The owner was horrible to my husband and I this morning when we asked if they had a restroom after buying 2 lattes. She said due to the pandemic they had no bathroom. Then proceeded to break down in tears and began screaming at us! She threw the espresso apparatus in her hand and was very angry. We asked for our money back since she was unable to make a latte. She threw our money at us and ordered us to leave. I am a business owner myself and was so embarrassed for her lack of professionalism. Throwing an object at a customer? Lucky I didnt make an assault charge sweetheart. I truly hope you learn coping skills as all we were attempting to do was support your business. We were shocked and felt harassed. I wish you luck and my next call will be to the Better Business Bureau. Namaste
Great decaf, good prices, friendly and efficient service, cute space. Nothing not to like, really. My companions really enjoyed their Irish Toddy and Vanilla Iced Latte.Patio seating currently available.
Customer service was great! Good coffee. No burnt/over roasted taste. Cute atmosphere. Would be a great little spot to relax.
Roscos Coffee shop was the best coffee experience Ive had in the Springs. Quite, clean and the baristas were so sweet. For sure check them out!
My most favorite cafe in all of Colorado Springs! Whenever you step inside of the building, you’re greeted with awesome tunes playing the stereo, the smell of great coffee and most importantly, the smile of the person working behind the counter to greet you and make you any cup of coffee your heart desires! 8 stars out of 5 if I can rate the cafe that way!
I got the half-sweet maple latte at the suggestion of the barista and it was SO GOOD. the maple syrup is made in house and was delicious. Great service and coffee.
Very nice, small, warm and cozy, coffees pretty good too.
DO NOT give this place your email, they send an incredible amount of spam!!! I get 4-5 emails per week and cannot unsubscribe!!!
Worth the trip to find this gem. Cinnamon rolls on Friday.
Love the Halloween Menu and the breakfast burritos are so delicious!
Coffee wasn’t very good and was expensive. Service could have been better. Will not return.
A gorgeous and charming woman with a bear mask made me the best coffee Ive ever had with beautiful music playing in the background.
Legit my favorite coffee shop in town. i work in coffee, so that’s saying a lot! anyone who asks about other places i always mention roscos. it’s my favorite place that i go to almost every saturday haha! best coffee, baristas, and atmosphere.
Potentially the cutest coffee shop Ive ever been to. I love the ambiance of this place. Cant beat the view of Pikes Peak. Best honey vanilla latte Ive ever had. Incredibly kind staff. Would highly recommend.
We loved visiting Roscoes when we were in Colorado Springs recently. We stumbled across it the first time we went, and then made it a point to return later in the week. The staff was friendly, and the coffee was incredible. I always get the weird stuff, so when I saw they had a lavender latte I was all-in. I got it with oat milk and really loved it.
Great coffee! Amazing service. Love to have them here in the neighborhood.
Will go again, coffee fantastic bfast sandwich very good
My daughter wanted to try here, so we popped in to give it a try. I had a kit Kat blender, which I really enjoyed. Everyone else enjoyed theirs as well, except my son, but he got a green tea thing & didnt care for the taste.
Great local coffee shop. The barista was very friendly and made us awesome drinks. My wife loved her macha latte. They are very generous with their macha not diluted like some of the other places weve been. My daughter said that it was the best hot chocolate she has ever had . Check them out they are great!
Very nice very small coffee shop. Seating for about 15. The counter person was very nice and the egg and sausage was tasty.
Turkey sausage breakfast burrito was delicious.
Was right around the corner from our condo.
Great small neighborhood coffee shop. I love to come here on an occasion with friends to catch up.
Everything is premade (burritos and lemonades) and the prices are so high for what you get. How does this place exist?
Good atmosphere. Great coffee. Nice baristas!
Excellent coffee and service. Convenient parking.
A cute neighborhood coffee shop! There was only one person there the time I visited-not sure if thats how it usually is since Im not a local--but the barista was fabulous at being efficient to get everything the individuals before us ordered (food and drinks) then got to us quickly. I saw another couple behind us leave I imagine because it wasnt as quick as Starbucks but its totally worth it to buy coffee from these wonderful local shops even if they dont get to you right away.
Perfect blend of chic and tasty! Be nice to the barista and theyll treat you like a true friend every time.
I find Roscoes coffee shop a comfortable and nice place to go have coffee, while enjoying local artists works. They also have their own yummy baked goodies on the menu, as well. However, their prices are much too high, preventing me from being able to go there on any regular basis
Good strong coffee
Awesome little hidden breakfast place. Top notch coffees and knowledgeable staff eager to help you decide what to try. You gotta try it!
Stopped in for a quick uplift. So nice to go local and a change from the corporate coffee purveyor. Cortada was great and my guests loved the vanilla ice coffee.
Rosco’s might not serve chicken and waffles but they do have tasty coffee and teas. Baked goods taste fresh and are varied. Even some gluten and vegan options my kid said was yummy. Pour overs are done using a Hario and their kettle is a bonavita (I peeked over the counter). Calm music at a low volume and very friendly staff. They do have a reward program for coffee but their food prices are a bit higher than average especially since they are pre-made and warmed up to order. However the panini press is a better idea than the microwave a lot of coffee shops use. Overall, a great place for a break or small business meeting.
What a great little neighborhood coffee House. The breakfast burritos are absolutely incredible. Even more so the green sauce that goes on....is to die for. what coffee year was great and all the people that work there were super cool. They knew we were from out of town and they very nice and helpful telling us where to go find good trails to hike and so on and so forth. We rented the house right down from the street from here, so we went there every morning.
Very quaint and quiet! Great place to meet up with friends.
The coffee was good. Atmosphere was basic, need more comfy couches and individuality. This place was just ok, nothing fancy
Friendly staff, great coffee drinks and a fun atmosphere
Great coffee, Great Music. Perfect atmosphere to chill and work!!
I stopped into Roscoes since I was staying at a nearby hotel. Oh my! This is a great neighborhood coffee shop. Comfy seats, an engaging barista and a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered a macchiato and got a real one, not what Sbuks calls macchiato. The city slicker espresso blend was heavenly - sweet, rich, hints of blueberry contributed by Ethiopian beans. Not sour, not bitter, just balanced flavor. Im going back tomorrow.
Baristas are great!! So is the coffee and friendly atmosphere.
Delicious coffee and milk options, good breakfast burritos, nice quiet environment. Love this spot.
The shop is comfy will neat decor. The drinks were delicious, especially the PB+E blended drink!!
Every Saturday I think at 7 there’s group of great runners who welcomes any age and any type of runners to run with them. They run their long run but you can choose your own distance. Very friendly people.
Nice cozy place. And the service is all wonderful.
I am in the area on Fridays for an appointment and look forward to being able to get a coffee which by the way is AMAZING and my niece loves that they have juice boxes, I love that they are the Honest Kids Brand so they are healthy. If you are looking for a new coffee shop you should give them a try, you will get amazing coffee and the most wonderful service( I call it the small town southern hospitality feeling) you just dont find that very often anymore!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I definatly would!!!
Great coffee and staff. Everyone loves Rosco when he comes out. Good place to sit and do work as well.
I went there for the first time today. They are okay. They are not bad, just not outstanding.Part of that is because I’m mostly vegan and they don’t seem terribly vegan friendly. The other part is because the owner seems a bit frugal. She seems like a nice person. But for the same price as I’d pay at other locally owned places, I felt like I got less.
I love places like this. Baristas that know how to make real drinks, not just the Starbucks clone creations. A great menu. Parking takes a min. to figure out, but it is easy enough. Great atmosphere that doesnt come across as portentous.
Great experience with tasty coffee! I had a mocha. Very reasonable price and a quiet place to enjoy with a friend or business associate. The barrista was friendly and quick!
Nice to sit in a place and look like you are there on purpose. Really I just finished my appointment at the food stamp office and had no other place to go. They were nice enough not to make me feel unwelcome like those goth kids who frequent Dennys and dont buy anything.
Really great little coffee shop.
Great staff!!! Coffee marvelous blends. Comfy, quite, you can work or meet.
Great little coffee shop! Stop in and visit for nice atmosphere and great coffee and bagels
In my top 3 favorite coffee places in Colorado Springs! Cool vibe and great place to catch up on work or enjoy a conversation.
Barista super friendly shes 5 stars.
Delicious breakfast burritos and quiche. Speedy, awesome service
The baristas dress well and they are good at stuff. 5 stars. Will go again.
This place is here just to make you feel good.
Showed up 15 min before closing time and everything was put away and turned off. Poor business
Bomb espresso. And Annette is a gem.
Colorado Springs houses a number of quality local coffee shops. One of these, on Bijou on the Springs near Westside, deserves mention. Roscoes has great coffee, and offers a true coffee-house atmosphere. Its a wonderful place to sip coffee and converse, share business ideas, or just enjoy the beautiful Westside view. Also, one cannot ignore the shops namesake, Rosco, the beautiful, gentle Mammoth burro whom customers can meet, pet and treat from time to time. The baristas here are great, too!
Coffee and burrito very good. Nice
Coffee was not great, would not go back. It is nice inside and people were friendly, but...
Im so in love with annette
Great local coffee shop with super down to earth staff. Their choice of roasts are delicious; they generally have darker coffee with chocolate and earthy flavors. I just went on vacation and was looking forward to coming back to the espresso here the entire time I was gone.
My husband and I recently visited and we were greeted warmly into a great space. Cold brew was great, espresso was excellent & also had a cortardo - with great latte art & well steamed milk.Glad we discovered this place & will be back!
We love this locally-owned coffee house. Spacious and welcoming atmosphere, and they also offer additional meeting space upstairs. Occasionally, Rosco (burro) will come down for a visit too!
Its so cute inside!! There is plenty of comfortable seating and the prices are reasonable for a local coffee house. Definitely skip Starbucks for this place.
Great coffee and great staff.
Great cozy spot to read, study or hang out with great coffee and their own vanilla. The folks that work here are amazing and so are their products. You can also always find a great art piece anytime you come here.
Best Cold Brew in Colorado Springs! It’s strong, smooth and very strong. If you like Cold Brew you have to try it
