Awesome place for birthdays of all young ages and adults have a blast watching their faces light up!

There are play areas for both toddlers and bigger kids.The large area contains 5 different inflated obstacle course/slides/etc.Theres reasonably priced concessions; hot snacks take a bit as theres usually light staffing.Massage chairs, video games, photo booth all extra, so be prepared for that because kids will definately notice.Cool place, clean, and low-key.

A really high bounce house, a few arcade games, a little bit of toys w a low train table, seperate rooms for parties, plenty of space and table to sit at for the parents.

Second time there.When reading the cautions on weight and how many per bouncy house they DO NOT follow any of them. Big kids running around tackling the bouncy house, pulling it down from the inside, I had to get my kids out of there. They were too wild! Also had to speak up on some Kids that were pushing my kids down the slide and moving them over on the steps. I do like this place but Two girls running the whole show doesnt seem safe or clean.... There was candy from a birthday party all over one of the little kid sections. The girls working were very nice and you can tell they were busy. I know its at your own risk place but theres got to be some supervision on the floor. Someone else running the front. And someone tending to all the bday parties needs and the food stand .... Please consider your staffing and take more control over the place because we do love it and want to come back.

This is my third time in this place;soon it will be my second time doing my childs birthday party. The price for the birthday package is fair. It includes a private room and the admissions for the guest. You are in charge of brining your food and decorations. What I have noticed is that they should have at least 2 people minimum working on the weekends. The snack bar seems as it is closed because the girl in the front is to occupied to attend it. Some parents wanted to get food from the snack bar but were not able to. As for business aspect, it seems as they are loosing money from snack bar because no one is there to ran it. Keeping the place clean seems to be an other obstacle with only one person on staff. A year ago there were two people on staff on weekends. One seen to be the owners daughter. She was respectful and accommodating. Overall is a nice place for kids to play, but I do hope the owners, Consider the customers recommendations

Took all 3 of my kids ages 4, 5 and 10. They had a blast and could play on all the inflatables without any issues. Highly recommend this place to let you little ones 12 and under run and play to burn off some of that extra energy they have. They also have some food and drinks and a couple arcade games for the older kids.

We were visiting from Texas so all the kids were in school my daughter had the entire place to herself for one hour it was only about 11 bucks parents were free she had so much fun. Not to mention the massage chairs that was relaxing

Jumping Jacks is great for what it is. Its completely my fault that I didnt do my research looking for a trampoline center. There are several amazing blow up castles and obstacles including a toddler size one. Free wifi and clean and safe. As another comment stated I dont think kids over 10 and under 2 will be as thrilled. That being said my 4yr granddaughter was thrilled and my 1yr grandson really enjoyed the push and ride toys.

Let me start by saying the employees were very nice. In my opinion this place is for little kids from toddler to about 10 years old although the bouncy houses say 12 and under only. It was VERY warm inside where the bounce houses are located. Please keep your children hydrated. I like the idea of the couches and a large screen TV for the parents to hang out and the various picnic tables around. There was only 1 way in and 1 way out so no escaping children at the entrance/exit. Lol.

I want to say the prices for this place jumped. Most me $20 for my 10 and 4 year old to enter. Thats fairly cheap and I understand that...I guess... but there needs to be more going on in this place. More activities, vending machines, arcade games, inflatable slides...just more. Its kind if a eary feeling when you walk in.

From the moment I walked in I could tell it was going to be a bad experience. I should have left but I didnt. When signing my kids in the IPad went out when I was finally at the end of the terms and conditions. So the worker had to print mine and my kids names. Walking in it smells horrible. It smells like dirty diapers and feet. I still should have left but didnt. Before leaving my kids wanted to take a picture in the photo booth. I swiped my card but it didnt take it. Once again I swiped my card... Didnt work after saying it processed. My kids did not get their photo and was adopted about that as well. Before leaving I asked the worker for a cup for water she motioned and asked me to go to the fountain. I would never let my kids drink from a dirty fountain. I was walking out when I got a call from my bank station multiple transactions from my card from the photo booth that did not dispense my photos. I would never come back and recommend no one ever take their kids to this place. Note* I would never take the time to write a review unless it was heeded.

I booked my sons birthday party here. It was hot inside and our cake frosting melted. It was a lot of money for getting almost nothing. Our guests sweated the entire time we were there even after being told the ac was on full blast.The party room provided was bare and we had to ask several times for things like plates. We brought our own food and had to clean up on our own.I live out of state and we were visiting so I didnt have a chance to check this place out before booking it. I would not come here again for a birthday or just for fun.

It’s pretty ran down. The toddler area only has a few toys. My niece ended up not liking the bouncey houses idk if it’s cause she was scared of them always or because you couldn’t even jump in them cause they weren’t inflated enough . Good thing 2 year olds are easy to entertain she was fine with what few toys they did have. It’s probably a fun place for big groups of kids or parties but 10.99 to play with a few toys wasn’t really worth it.

Take my kids here often to burn off steam. It is clean and never packed. We love it!

This place is absolutely disgusting! DISGUSTING! Our first time. We went for a birthday party. I would not go back if they paid me. They only had two people working on a Sunday afternoon. The concession area had bags of trash piled and they were leaking. Concession stand was dirty. It says military owned. Which I thought it was going to be tidy and orderly. This is a smart idea but it needs major adjustments. There should be people enforcing rules in each area. There should be people wiping toys and games every hour. Maybe try doing a break session so inflatables can be cleaned multiple times a day. The bathroom, oh my. They were a wreck. This place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Im sure management won’t care for this comment because they still get people. Gross people. Another reason I don’t go to this side of town.

This is a fun affordable place to take kids to burn off some energy. It may not look all fancy and new but all of the jumping inflatables are fun, clean, and work great. I am impressed with how clean this place is and I see the employees constantly cleaning the tables regardless of they are busy or not.

Their is a very nice bouncy house they make a great cup of coffee and its walking distance to other great places. I cant think of a better way to spend a riany,hot or cold day its not exspensive and your child will have a great time and you can relax and enjoy your surroundings and have a great time too!

We had a great time on Monday. My husband and I both got the day off so we took our 2 1/2 year old and 8 month old to check out Jumping Jacks. They both had an absolute blast. There were some other kids, but not many, which didnt surprise me for a Monday evening. The kids had the run of the place. The 2 employees that were there were very friendly. I hope they can stay in business with how cheap it was! We only paid $9! They only charged for the 2 1/2 year old and wow, $9 for the whole day and they said we could come and go. We only did about 2 hours, that was plenty, the kids were wiped. Great experience. We will be back and will be booking his next birthday party with you guys. Thank you

Had party at this location. They were accommodating and if booked earlier in the day nearly get the whole location to yourself. Fun inflatables for the kids and their friends and a good room to do cake and food in

So its fun for the kids, but dont go when their busy or you will be standing for hours. Or you can play musical chairs with some other adults. Its also pretty dirty and run down. I get its where kids play but at least try to do some upkeep so the adults arent repulsed. It use to be great when I opened and now youll be leaving wanting a booster shot.

Kids had fun but the age of some of these bounce houses is starting to show. Large breaks in the seams, almost dangerously.The one employee says they do not serve hot food on the weekdays!Broken arcade machines.The bathroom floor is sticky and the papertowl machine doesnt dispense towels.Half the lights in the building are broken.

Great place to take the kids to spend their energy. Family friendly and very affordable. My kids love it here and they have massage chairs for the adults that I definitely took advantage of.

This Is an inflatable play area for kids 12 and under. I’d say it’s better for kids ten and under. My two year old loved it. There is a small snack area and the prices aren’t bad, especially when entry is for all day. So you can leave and come back later.

Today, Sandis Home Daycare held our 5th annual holiday party here with over 40 children in attendance.We were warmly welcomed with a clean facility playing cheerful Christmas music. The young staff were extremely helpful and giving.We are hoping for a few new and exciting features in the future.Thank you staff and Jack, it was a very memorable time once again.

Jump n Jacks must be under new management - because their facility is a lot better than it was a couple years ago.The carpet used to smell horribly and it doesnt now. It used to look very dirty and now its clean.The space looks a lot bigger now since theyve rearranged the bounce houses.The staff is helpful and polite. They could probably use a dress code for staff - because one lady had two slits all the way up to her hip on her dress/skirt - but other than that the place was fun for my kiddos.

I was Really looking forward to spending My childs Birthday here.Private room for $350.*Doesnt include food, or anything but bounce houses for an *hr ish.*Have to work only on your time, which is literally one day a week.I have a huge Family, and I now know why we have never spent a day here. For the circumstance as well the requirement for this place ill recommend for smaller families, not really for big birthday parties. Want to Thank there website since no one else could give me any other information. Disappointed tbh, but I hope the rest of families have a good time!

Not really too much to explain here. I had other intentions on what I thought this place would have been. Not just an abandoned space filled with random bouncy houses. But at the end of the day. It was affordable and the kids loved it.

The space is large with lots of great inflatables for kids to play on. They also have a huge area for younger kids. My 4 year old and 19 month old children had an amazing time. There were many things with hand written out of order signs: A video game, the massage chair, the snack area said the computer was not working, and two of the four stalls in the womens bathroom. The womens bathroom floor was sticky and spotted with dirt and grime like a gas station bathroom. When we asked about a basketball for the hoop in one inflatable, the women working told me it had been stolen. There was just an overall feeling that many things needed fixing and there were no plans to fix them. The inflatables seemed in great condition, just the building and general appearance of the place seemed worn and a bit dirty. My kids are asking to go back again, so we will be back, but I couldnt give 5 stars because of the state of the bathrooms and the general feeling of disrepair.

Friendly folks. Clean facility. The kids love to go and play. I love to go and relax! Patents arent allowed I the jumping toys do perfect excuse to relax a few. Snacks are available and decently priced. Try the massage chairs available for a small price! You can also bring in your own food, drink, snacks. Free WiFi available too.

Brought my son for the first time and he loved it. A perfect place to burn off excess energy and keep out of the cold snow.

I brought a few kids at 5. One of them being a birthday girl. The woman in the front was extremely rude and condescending shut up down. I understand they can’t let new people in and hour before they close. But the hours on their door say 7 pm. My kids were very disappointed and upset when they shut us down. No remorse or anything from the woman in the front. Just rude and not inviting. I will never bring my kids to someone who can’t even greet me with a smile on. No being apologetic nothing. Complaint that systems were down, didn’t offer me a cash option nothing.

Went here with the kids. They loved it, the staff was friendly and the the price is decent.

This place is so so fun! Love the 90’s music they play my 2 year old played here for hours! It’s inexpensive, they give a military discount, and the staff is super friendly! We’ll be back tons!

Me and my son have been going to jump n jacks for two years now and he is 4 years old. A lady got in my sons face interrogated him and said she is calling the cops on my 4 year old because he was punching the air. One of the ladies that worked there with absolutely no way of identifying this employee no shirt/badge came up while this lady gets in my kids face. I tell the lady that is in my sons face to back up and the employee comes unglued stating she was calling security on me. I am absolutely disgusted that an employee would allow another parent to treat my child that way, and because we didnt sit there and take the other parents abuse decided we could no longer play. The employee was caught in the argument but did not have any identification on stating she worked there and was telling me that the other parent was her friend. I am very disappointed the way that my son and I were treated. Over the last two years we have never had an issue playing at jump n jacks. I am sure the security camera shows the other parent in my sons face, and when I asked to talk to a manager the employee refused and said she was calling security on me and my 4 year old.

I have taken my kid twice now. And even if he is alone, he always has fun. You cannot beat the price!!!

This place is no way worth the money!!! They charge too much and have very little to play on or with! Total bummer place to take kids! Plus it isnt all that clean. I called ahead to see how much they charged...when I went to pay...it just so happened to go up within 5 minutes of arriving!!!! Total RIP off!@!

This place has gotten sloppy over the year. Definitely not the set up they had in the beginning and you cant even bring in your own bday cake. It smelled like pee and the concession stand looked abandoned. Not taking my children there again.

Had my sons 5th birthday party here, they charged 300 to rent one of the rooms for the party with a 100 down payment, The employees werent very professional, nor were they even on their job! Bathrooms were filthy, the party next to us left a mess and spilled juice on their side, which then moved to are side of the (split room)we rented before they left. We acknowledged a employee and staff took forever to come clean it up. I would have liked to at least get a discount for how much my mother in law and I paid. Very disappointed with the service, cleanliness and prices.They also need a shoe area, and possibly more arcade games etc.The kids got bored pretty quickly.

So, I have twins, just over a year old and thought Id be a good dad and take them to have some fun WRONG PLACE!!! First and foremost, I felt itd be easy for a child to be taken from here if a parent were not paying attention do to the facility having no type of security to keep kids safe. The girl behind the counter was nice enough (not putting her phone before customers) however the place was absolutely filthy!! The carpets need a cleaning, some of the toys were covered in filth, the outlets were exposed so anyone not watching their kids could be in for a shocking surprise. There were electrical panels that would be easily accessible to children. The toys were ready for the dump. The only nice thing I can say is the inflatables were up and running although I dont know how clean theyd be. It looked as if all the games were inoperable though plugged in. Children had access to places they absolutely should not. In the toddlers area, 70% or more of the lights are burned out so it makes it difficult to see. I found a lot of tripping hazards. I paid almost 20.00 for 1.5 hrs. This place has a ton of potential however the current owners/managers need to pull together and get this train back on the track before it derails all together! I dont think Ill be back unless some serious changes are made. Ill be scrubbing my kids when I get home!!! Any parents reading these reviews who would like a place to take their children should all get together and either open a place together or help fund something that we can all be proud to take our children to.

Booked a party here today and it was overall great experience except a few miss haps..For one they closed an hour earlier than usual closing time!My friend had asked the lady what time they usually closed she said they “close at 8 but are closing early so they can deep clean and leave early, but no rush.” And then when her daughter was still playing inside the little kitchen house as she walked out..the lady in the referee shirt was walking away from Anya and my father in law and she was about to roll her eyes/kind of shake her head as if she was irritated that she was still playing while she was trying to clean but she saw me looking at her and she flashed a fake smile at me.But the overall experience was great...the kids had fun...we had a private room...i just wished they didn’t closed an hour earlier cause it felt like we were being rushed to clean and get out!

More play plastic is would be great to have for the children who are not interested in the jumping gyms there would be options

Whoa! This place was a mistake! Run down, massive lack of activities, kind of reminds me of a business after an apocalyptic event. It looks like it had potential but then took a hard nose dive. Surprised at how dirty and disheveled it was. Maybe it will turn around? I sure hope so because right now if your a parent you need to turn and run! Aaaaahhh

Definitely one of the worst kids places Ive been to in this town so far! It was disgusting! The food was absolutely awful! We got our 2 year old pizza that was rock hard she literally took a bite and spit it out. Toys everywhere, kids basically left to run around. My 2 yr old was shoved over by a girl way to old to be in the toddler section. I asked the mom of she could tell her kid to not push my daughter like that again and I was told well she instigated it! Shes two your kids like 8. First and last time Ill ever go there.

Great bounce houses and obstacles. The kids birthday rooms were great too. Everything was clean and the staff was very attentive to of needs.

Came here an hour and half before they close. The cafe was closed and they are closing at 730 instead of 8 like their hours say out front and the one worker here looks angry and bitter all the time. Last time i was here was a better experience than this. Not sure if I plan on coming back.

Great place clean. My little girl had a blast. The toddler zone is incredible. It was very clean we did get there a half hour after they opened but notice they were cleaning along the way. We spent almost 4 hours there. Free Wi-Fi is great!!

Took my kids here and they had a fun time met new friends and let all their energy out we all had fun!! Also they new lady they hired with the kids she is such a sweetheart she was cleaning and making sure everyone was taken care of including her little ones. We are definitely coming back here!!!

We LOVE Jump-n-Jacks!!!! My daughter can literally play for hours there. Bring your laptop (free wifi) or a good book and settle in to relax while your kids go nuts. Yeah, their snack bar kind of sucks, but they have good coffee and reasonably priced drinks for the kids. The service isnt top-notch but they do their job and do it well, we never have had any issues with the staff, in fact have even been pleasantly surprised by the actions of a few! Its not pristine, but they keep it clean and sanitized. There are 5 big bounce houses in the main section, and 2 more in the toddler area, plus a play space for little ones with ride-in push cars, a play kitchen & food, plastic slide, etc. Plenty of seating for adults. We attended a birthday party once and the kids enjoyed it - pizza, cake, met Jack, playtime - cant really ask for much more! If youre not a complete snob, you will find this place to be a totally reasonable experience for you and total blast for your kids!!!

Great place to take the kiddos when the weather isnt so nice out. They have a larger area with four or five inflatables for older kids and a small one with two for toddlers. The only thing that I would say could be improved would be to add some ramps to the bigger houses. There is another inflatable center in the city that has these and it makes it much easier for smaller children to get into them.

Place is awesome for parties and u can bring all ur own stuff music and all. ( at least we did anyways) kids placed sooo much and loved it 2! Onky down fall was when we got there for our room it wasnt even ready yet and we were even late! They made up for it with 2 free passes but still our ppl were showing up for the party and we were still setting up! Still good place tho.

Great fun, I believe there should be an employee walking the floor of the free play because most parents left their children unsupervised, leading to the majority of the children I saw not following any of the rules, and just sitting on the sides of the inflatables.

Was alit of fun for the granddaughter friendly atmosphere and plenty for the little one to do for the price

The toddler area was disappointing. A grocery store without the groceries, a broken shopping cart, several cars that dont allow for the children to self-propel, a chalkboard with no chalk, and a train station with minimal track but no trains. The bounce houses were great for the older children, but unfortunately the toddlers and infants are left with few enjoyable options. Although the staff were diligent about cleaning the inflatables, overall I wasnt impressed with the general cleanliness of the facility. Behind the front desk broken toys and birthday decorating supplies were stored in plain view. I enjoyed the fact that I had the option to leave the facility and return to take advantage of all-day play. Unfortunately, I dont foresee returning.

Went there for my grandchildren birthday party. The restroom were dirty and two of the stalls were out of order. No one there to help at the concession, which I would not have eaten there anyways because it was also filthy. The party room were so small and there was not enough room for the party people who showed up. The place smelled horrible and the carpet was torn. The employees there were helpful when you first get there but after that they just want to visit with their friends. I would not recommend this place unless you want to get sick from the uncleanliness.

Poorly lit. Games were not working. Ordered burgers for 4 kids. Afterc10 mins i was informed they didnt have enough for all 4 kids and asked if i would substitute pizza instead. Pizza was greasy. Burger was hard. Kids had a blast. Bounce houses are fun obviously. This place needs a clean up badly. Also the bathroom was gross. Toys in smaller kids area looked old worn out and dirty. It was a Saturday and there was one staff member running it all. It isnt her fault she was the only one there.

First visit, there was minimal lighting in the facility with old carpet. Didnt know green carpet was still in style. Also both bathrooms were unavailable and the concession stand was not inviting. The only good thing was the staff, they were very nice.

I was going to come to jump-n- Jacks because a friend recommended it I drove all the way there their credit card system was down and my daughter was awfully disappointed because she couldnt jump. For the first time going they could have offered us a free jump or something not my fault their system was down. And they wanted me to go to an ATM across the street at the mall. Needless to say I wont be going back.

Had fun. Most likely will be back. Only thing(s) i didnt like were, one of the game machines took/ate my quarter, it was a tad dirty in there but it wasnt horrible (they have hand sanitizer at every corner you turn so, I def liked that), the train track toy table had no trains lol just the tracks and a rude kid made my son cry, but, other than that, had a blast w my 4 yr old. employees were very nice and we paid only $5 admission as it was $5 friday (which doesnt happen every friday) so , that was an added bonus since we thought wed have to pay full price.
