Great, small business. Good price. My 2 yr old immensely enjoyed herself.Large enough to maintain social distancing.

Took the kids for some fun indoors. Good location. I do think the price is a little high for what they offer (only about three big areas to climb on) but admission is good all day (in and out) and you can bring your own food which is nice. They have a toddler area which was really nice for my younger one since he was a little timid about the big bounce area. The equipment is kinda old and dingy but the kids had so much fun and the staff was very nice. Would recommend for a day indoors.

Closed for parties before noon and open to the public thereafter, reserving this place for the morning is the best way to allow your kids to run wild without a ton of worry. You never know who’ll be here after it’s open.There are a lot of options for kids of all sizes so your littles won’t get bored very quickly here. They also allow parties and for you to bring your own food which is a huge cost saver. They also have WiFi for the parents and a tv with a couple nice recliners.Really not much to say by way of what you get for the money. Adventurous kids get more out of a visit. Bringing a very young child limits them to only a few things so unless they’re coming for a party, consider something else until they’re a bit older.It’s a good way to get your kids out of the house for a couple hours so they can burn off some energy.

A great place for kids with many different ways to experience the fun! Varying bouncy houses, slides, and places to run around but they also had an inflatable batting cage with air blowing tee. The toddler area was extensive with its own bouncy area, ridable cars and other activities. My only critique is that it seemed like it could use one more employee working to balance check-ins and cleaning.

Its a fairly small place, but once your kids get an entry, they can return later on in the day with a stamp. Friendly and courteous staff. Outside food and drinks are permitted, which is nice. The place has a separate area for toddlers with an inflatable house and toys, but the house and toys in that area seemed a bit worn down and old. Its great and entertaining for my older children, but my two-year-old did not really enjoy herself.

Pros: a great variety of awesome bounce houses, a separate place for kids three and under, and affordable prices for parties and individual entry. I’d come back for sure.Cons: safety. Only two issues, one of them being a major concern, both a non-issue if you watch your child like a hawk, but every now and then you’re going to look away and you may regret it.First, the upstairs: there is a balcony overlooking the lower floor. The flimsy rail is only 36” high and has a step at the bottom making it very easy for a child to pull themselves onto it, and over. An adult could also easily tip over if they lost their balance nearby and ran into the low rail. There are tables and chairs pushed up against this rail, making it super easy for any kid to stand on a chair and go straight over to the hard floor ~15 ft below (including the the rail height). This is such a major safety issue, it is the primary reason I took any stars off.Second: there is a neat T-ball part. The bat they provide, however, has significant weight and is made with thick, hard plastic parts. I watched a child around 7 years old swing with all his might, and a 3 year old took it in the eye. It was not pretty. The 3 year old wandered in too close, but if the bat was a normal foam or lightweight bat, it wouldn’t have resulted in the major wallop the kid received.I would definitely go back, but if you’re not providing one-on-one coverage to watch the safety issues with your kids, you might rethink the trip.

Recently I took my grandson on a Saturday evening. This was not my first visit. It was very dirty! I watched as it was almost closing time and a girl was walking around with a spray bottle and one rag . This is not a way to clean especially with all the children that were there with coughs, ect...The vacuum that was being ran did not even pick up dirt and in fact was spitting it back out. It was so dirty! The little play area had much older kids playing in it and was ruining it for little ones. No one was even trying to tell these young teens to get out of that area. I like coming here but my grandson gets sick after every visit. Thank you!

Kids driving you crazy? Take them here!I brought some work, sat down and ordered some food. The kids ran and ran and ran for hours while I caught up on life. For under $20 my whole family was happy!

I have been bring my kids here for years. Very little has changed and that’s ok with me. They have a great time with what is available and the price is still reasonable. Staff is always really friendly and the place is always clean.

Took our 4 children there from ages 18 months to 8 years and they ALL had a blast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to go for the price. We spent almost 3 hours there and the kids fell right asleep after bouncing their hearts out. plus side they have snacks and drinks to purchase and several toy items to purchase as well.

We absolutely love this facility and drive from Divide OFTEN! TOTALLY worth the drive. Excellent staff, clean facility, and absolutely fantastic prices. Not only can you purchase snacks there you can BRING YOUR OWN FOOD IN! Even better, the price you pay covers all day so you can play, go have lunch and then return of you want. Check it out! This place is the best place in miles. The other houses dont have NEAR the bounce/slide options and the range for kids is perfect. Theres a great toddler/baby section as well as plenty of options for older kids.The parents overlook dining area is perfect, you can keep and eye on the kids and have some time snacking or using WiFi.ALSO the bathrooms are IMMACULATE!!!! I was really surprised at the clean conditions there, bathrooms are so overlooked in places like this.The only thing I would like is a gate so kids cant just walk out, but otherwise it was great.

There are a lot of inflatable things for the kids to play on. We had a birthday party there and they were willing to help. Only wish the room we had was bigger. Like a lot bigger. Half of our family hung out I the loft because there wasnt enough space in the one room. There other room looked big enough.

Love house of bounce. The fact theyve been open for this many years speaks for itself. Its a tad noisy but thats what you can expect from so many huge inflatables. Adults are also allowed on most if the inflatables so get up there with your kids! The 3 and under area is perfect for little not to get trampled. There is a smaller inflatable just for them. HoB expanded into the area next door (within the past few years) and now have a few more inflatables and massage chairs set up in front of a TV (pay to use). They have 2 sets of bathrooms on either side that are well maintained. They are also the biggest Melissa and Doug retailer in the springs. Some of the inflatables and wood gate/railing around the 3yo play area could use some love. Staff are excellent! They have a rewards system attached to your account that is great also. Highly recommend!

Awesome place for kids. About 10 large air climb and slides, ball bat /throw, designated area for toddlers with small toys and another air toy for toddlers , farm themed. Looks like they have an area with tables for kids parties.

Super nice that you can bring in outside food (as long as its not birthday cake). Very quiet during the week, our kids had the run of the place. There is also a military reduced rate.

This was the most fun withgrandson Ive had in along time. Even the microwave pizza tastes good. You can bring your own food though ,plenty of tables and chairs. Even i bounced!

This place is awesome!!! From Velcro walls to bouncy houses and a little toddler batting zone, couldn’t ask for more! My 2 and 3 year old had a blast and had hours of non stop fun.

Too may parents not watching their kids.my kids got hurt,parents making their kids apologize? No! My three year old went to the little girls parent little girl was(6) years old and said she was sorry that her daughter got hurt. Sad that my three year old apologized and the parent did nothing!.I am so frustrated, drove here from denver. Needs better management, or more supervision! Waste of my $22.00

Had my Daughters Birthday party here and they were so very accommodating! I stupidly forgot napkins and they went out of their way to make sure we had some and constantly checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend anyone whos looking for a fun place to go and have a party or just to run/jump off some of your kids steam!

This place is a kids dream. Everything is study and safe, and there can be dozens of kids using the equipment at once without running out of things to do. Plus, they have a gigantic selection of Melissa & Doug toys.And for the weary parents? Massage chairs.

Great place to hold a birthday party. Lots of things for young kids to do. Rooms for rent make it easy to provide a space for decent-sized parties. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Incredible little gem in town. Great for kids to run out their energy. Staff is polite. Bathrooms are clean. I wish the velcro wall was for adults. It is $11 per child which isnt bad if you spend a few hours there. Look forward to going back.

Ive takin my daughter here for both my nieces birthday and her friends birthday parties. Im not sure on the cost but Im assuming its pretty reasonable. The kids really enjoy this place. Its open and I like we can see the kids from the party room upstairs.

My 2 year old comes here almost weekly while Im in school. I decided to have his birthday party here. It was way more crowded than usual , but there were several other parties already there. I love that Holly continues to walk around and check that age appropriate kids are where they should be and that kids arent being mean or breaking the rules. My only thing is that I wish the party rooms were a lot bigger! Not just for the kids to sit and enjoy, but more room for everyone to sit and actually enjoy the party and space to open gifts. I will book here in the future and we will continue to come because this place is awesome.

Friendly staff. Great customer service from the time we walked in. Clean environment, concession stand available, with an assortment of toys and learning activities, and socks are available for use as well, with a three and under toddler section.

Our first time here and we will be coming back often! Affordable price, great staff, and you pay for all day. We came in the afternoon, went and ran around in the evening, then came back before dinner.

It is really nice for the kids. They have an area for 3 and under and then they have an area for the bigger kids. You can even bring your own food and drinks.

This is a great place to take the whole family. Great for kids up to about 11 or so. Even older kids will enjoy playing with younger siblings. Also great place for birthday parties. It is also a wonderful place to take kids on days when the weather is not good for outdoor activities. This place will tire out most kids after a few hours.

Weve attended two birthday parties here. Kids had so much fun. Staff is really cool!

Fun place good for cold weather

This place is hit or miss. While I think they have a great idea, there is too little separation for kids of different ages. The 5-9 kids are often way too rough. This last time, it was completely unmanageable for two adults to watch our kids (ages, 2 and 4). They do have a space for kids that are under 3 but really, any child getting close to 3 won’t be fully content to be fenced in when they see the Mecca of bouncy castles just on the other side. It’s a great place when there are fewer (or potentially better behaved) children. I wish I could offer them solutions to this problem but really this is just the nature of a place like this.Go when the crowd is low.

Our girls had so much fun here! We will definitely be back! Friendly staff, great prices, its clean, and you can pack a lunch or go get food and come back. Absolutely awesome!!

My 6 year old son went to a birthday party here a few months ago and had a blast. The front desk staff was nice, the party was not rushed and was roomy. The inflatables are beyond the standard and makes for a nice variety. It felt fairly safe and clean, even though a lot of little kids were running amok. I did not eat at the cafe, or use the toddler area, so I cannot speak much about them, but they seemed nice. Overall a good experience.

We had my daughters birthday party here and they were absolutely wonderful! The reservation process was a breeze and when we came in the room they had all the tables ready and decorated. We had a hiccup with our catering (not them) and our food arrived 1 hour late which left very little time for cake and presents based on our reservation time, however, they were gracious enough to let us use an adjacent smaller party room that was available so we wouldnt rush through the presents. The kids had a blast! Their Melissa and Doug selection of toys is great too. Definitely recommend them for birthday parties or just to visit. Great service!

It was fine but a little under staffed. One half of the play space is completely separate from the other half(wall as a divider), and there was absolutely no staff on that side. I found that odd considering its an establishment for children.

Went here because my children were invited to a birthday party. The space was smaller than what Id normally see big bounce house spaces - but it was reasonable for the price.I like that you are able to either bring in your own food or buy theirs during parties.The staff care about the safety of the children and are always walking around and checking.It was a little humid in there and the bathrooms reeked - but I guess that is expected with a place for little kids.

Its always a plus when admission is for the whole day and they let you bring your own food. Staff is very courteous.

Great place to take your kids on a hot or rainy day and it is only $11 for your child and they do not charge for adults. Also the people who work there are genuine and friendly.

My 3 year old son loves it here, and its a great place for play dates! Helpful, attentive staff. Great price for all-day play. The only thing I would improve is the snack area, and only to add a bigger variety of coffee/tea options similar to other local indoor play areas (currently k-cup coffee options). Socks required!

We just had our daughters 3rd birthday party here and it was perfect. The Platinum room was more than enough space for the 40 people we had, and the customer service was excellent. Well definitely be back.

Just came out of this bounce house. We had a lot of fun the employees are very nice and attentive. price is not bad at all. I do have a concern about the security it is a big free-for-all and someone can just come in and snatch a kid you wouldnt even notice. Its very hard to keep track of your little ones and that is worrys me. I would love to see maybe a gate in the entrances or maybe a sticker or stamp so you know whose kid is whose so if somebody decides to leave with one you know its not theirs.

The person working was very polite and gave my niece a birthday shirt, a picture and a certificate. They also had a Velcro wall which was really fun (you jump up and you get stuck to the wall ,in a suit). They had alot of toys to that you could purchase. The place ocomidated everyone they had a toddler corner and bounce houses for older kids and bounce houses for little ones. They have a party area and you can get food like little snacks. They also had a lounge area with a chair and a bat where the air blows the ball up and the goal is to hit it into one of the holes that are each worth a certain amount and two (2) outs... So over all I would definitely go back again very nice place in a good area and a very sanitary place. Worth my time...!!!

My girlfriend and I took our 6 year old sons there today. They had a blast for an hour and a half. Did not get bored once. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only wish they had more batting cages.

Great experience for the price. My 3 year old had a blast. Its a bunch of blow up bouncy castles and slides and a fun little batting cage type blow up house.

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. We did my sons birthday here and all of the kids had a blast. They have some cooler options than other jump houses in town, like baseballs that float on a stream of air for kids to whack.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. If you want to look around and see if it is a fun place to have a birthday party you have to put a deposit of $75 down. And then once they have your deposit they will not refund that $75 if you choose not to have it their. Instead they will give you store credit. Jump n jacks is a much better place to go for a party. They will actually let you look around before you decide to book it there. Jump n jacks is also a much cleaner facility. And best of all if you choose to have a birthday party there but change your mind they will actually refund your money without giving you store credit

Our family has been to House of Bounce several times and has enjoyed our experience every time. In comparison to other similar businesses in the area, House of Bounce is very clean and I was impressed with their Melissa and Doug toy selection. One other area I would like to comment on is how the staff here is extremely helpful and accommodating.

My 2 year old grandson loves this place and you cant beat the price. The employees were very sweet to my grandson and very helpful to me when I was trying to pick out a toy to purchase. This is our new favorite place to go!

A nice sport for kid birthdays. Not overly large but still a good time for the little ones. There are sections for the smaller kids so they dont feel overrun by the bigger kids. Snack bar located upstairs. They also have a large selection of Melissa and Dog toys for sale.

I was pretty impressed with house of bounce. We took our 3 year old on a snowy day and there were lots of bounce houses to keep him entertained for hours. The location seemed to be very clean and I appreciated the TVs to watch football while my son played. Also, the price was very reasonable (9 dollars for military all day).

We spent 3 hours there and could have done more if it wasnt nap time. The bounce houses are fun, but there are so many other activities as well that are a nice break.

We went on a day that wasnt very busy for my nieces 3rd birthday and we all liked it. My two year old son was scared of the big inflatables so he didnt go on much but he loved running around the place and playing w the toys in the baby/toddler area. Id most definitely come back and the lady at the counter was much helpful, and very polite. She helped us w the snacks at the snack counter (which were very fairly priced) and they had a good selection to choose from. Also, the toys they have for sale are very cute and unique. I wished Id had more money to buy some cute stuff for my son. We will definitely be back soon!

House of Bounce is a nice place to come if you just want to let your kids play for awhile. Their bounce houses are nice and they have quite a few. They do have a toddler play area, but they are not very good at keeping the older kids out. I like the Melissa and Doug products that they sell.I would not recommend booking a party there. I have been to one party for my daughter and tried to book one myself. They offer you a room, but no one to help out with the party, just the room. You pretty much do the party yourself. When I tried to book the party, no one answered so I left a message. I never got a call back so I decided to book with someone else. I finally received an email from a lady and she lied to me saying they had a power outage and must have lost my message. The reason I know she lied to me is because a couple weeks later a gentleman from there called me and asked if anyone had gotten back to me. When I told him no, he apologized and said they had gotten really busy. The lady did offer me 20% off if I wanted to still book with them, but I had already booked my party somewhere else.

I like the number of options for my child to play on. It’s frustrating when parents don’t monitor their children, but that’s not the staff’s fault. The price is fine...it’s pretty much the same as any other establishment like this. My one complaint is the cleanliness of the toys and bounce houses. I hope they disinfect.

LOVE this place!!! Just discovered it. I brought my 2 year old boy here and he had such a blast. Great place for parents to relax, and even have a meal in peace while your kiddos have a fun time. Im SOOOO glad we have a place like this nearby. Ill come here every week. Great price, great employees, great atmosphere.

Great fun and you can come and go all day for one price. Pay for one and admission go home eat lunch come back and youre good to go all day.

My three year old did enjoy his time but the toys in the toddler area for my one year old were very dirty. I had gone earlier this year and everything was much cleaner. Now the place is starting to look dirty.

Excellent birthday party experience

Ive been here as a guest for a few kids birthday parties. Overall, the kids have a good time, and theres lots for them to do. They sell educational toys and games, and the prices are reasonable. Its sort of a free for all, very crowded, with minimal supervision, and the kids can get very rowdy. For a kid centered place, the bathrooms are not well suited for young ones. The birthday party room is cramped, with a very short ceiling.
