Really fun AND safe place for toddlers. The place was clean and it was a wonderful experience overall.

Both of our kids have had birthday parties here. The staff takes care of so much. The kids love it. We were able to bring in our own cake and snacks. They offer balloons and extras! We really loved this place!

After my boys and I were done playing, Wendy walked us out to our car because it was dark and we were parked around the back. I am beyond thankful for this extra care. We had an amazing time with lots of laughter and new friends, followed by my children passing out as soon as their heads hit the pillows. We love this place!

Our young grandkids really enjoy this play-place, from the big screen gaming to the climbing area to the art room. Snacks are reasonably priced and many healthy, such as Sabra hummus, string cheese, and fruit. Coffee is available but you usually have to request they brew some. We do wish they could expand the facility and have better parking - its a challenge during busy times. Saturdays are open play only until noon, when they do parties only. They offer military discounts, which we appreciate. Fun place!

Great place for the kids to run and play! They have a crawler area, a toddler area and a 3 to 8 years old area. You can only play until you are 8 unfortunately. They have seating for the parents or you are welcome to go into play area with them. They serve coffee and a few lunch items. There is a punch card which gives you 5 entries for the price of 4. Normal admission is $10.50 for kids but crawlers are cheaper. They have a military discount but it is only $.50. Overall I would highly recommend it!

Ive always enjoyed bringing my kids here: its clean and the staff is very nice. However, now that my kids are a little older, they are excited about the X Box game that is constantly on. I really wish that this was not on all the time. I bring my kids to a place like this to get exercise and run around--not to play a video game. Disappointed by this and dont think I will come back anytime soon unless this is modified.

Took my son here for a friends birthday party. Its great! Theres tons of stuff for kids of different ages to do, they even have an area thats just for babies/toddlers. The staff is helpful and chill, the equipment looked like it was clean and in good shape, they even have a little coffee shop. And they do parents night out!!! Check it out!

My 4 yr old loves this place. We recently had his birthday party here and they were amazing. They took all the stress off my shoulders as soon as I walked in the door. They sat me down, handed me a coffee, and did everything! I can not thank them enough for making his birthday party the best!

Awesome place and excellent staff. Had my daughters birthday here after the original location failed to tell me they would be closed with no explanation. Called Little Monkey Bizness and was able to move her party here in less than 30 minutes. Staff was extremely understanding of our situation and nothing but helpful throughout it all. Highly recommend and will be back.

Drove from out of town to try this place. Very warm welcome from the worker (KJ) . She was very helpful and nice, the type of personality that belongs at a kids place! We will be back!!!! We also booked a birthday party , cannot wait!! the coffee was also amazing from the snack bar, prices on food items are very reasonable.

This place would be great if parents actually watched their children. I find more parents staring at their phones instead of ensuring their child is following rules and playing nice with others. The staff unfortunately do not enforce rules (understandably due to the volume of children) but it would be nice if there was some type of enforcement or an automatic kick out for aggressive behavior.

They let ME PLAY WITH MY GRANDSON.. im a buck 45, so borderline on weight.. but i felt safe on every platform.. plus we painted a pic to take home.. PLUS WE GET A DISC CAUSE MOMMA BEAR IS A TEACHER.. just showed her badge when we signed up.. now its in their system when i take him without her

Our 2 yr old grandson had a blast. Theres even an art room with paint, markers, and crayons. You can bring your own snacks and drinks, and they sell some too.

Went today for the 1st time and my 3 year old absolutely loved it! The staff was constantly walking around making sure everything was clean and stocked. If you have younger kids I would recommend going when big kids are in school, I could see it getting crazy really quick. There is an upstairs area for 0-3 but my 3 yr old got bored up there after 20 min. We were there for 4 hrs total. There is a great cafe area for parents too, plus outside food is welcome which is always a plus in my books!

If you have more than one kid and youre by yourself do not come here. The doors allow kids to escape and it makes for a nightmare trying to keep them contained. Ive been sitting in the back lot for thirty minutes because the parking behind the building sucks. I could only find parking back here as I stated I have multiple kids and now I am completely blocked in with screaming children.

What a fun, safe and clean place for kiddos. This is the second time for my kiddos, and the first time I took them. Prices were reasonable, staff was friendly and the snack bar was a nice convenience. I forgot my socks but could purchase for a reasonable price. We’ll be back!

Fun little play area. Its unfortunate how many parents are paying more attention to their phones than to what their own children are doing. I guess the price was okay, we brought our own snacks so Im not sure how much food was butt I doubt its cheap. The kids had a blast so I guess thats what really matters. I only wish the facility was a little bigger/more spread out. And add more seats!

Its super fun for the kids, and it was really clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The snack bar was reasonably priced and the coffee was good! My 3 year old enjoyed the craft room, just make sure you paint your picture first, so it will be dry on the way home. We will be back again soon :)

This place is great. My son has enjoyed it since he was so little. The staff seems like they care about the business and keep it clean. Not as fun when its overly crowded. Love the art room. Even had my sons fourth birthday here.

I took some kids a babysit, they adore the place and always want to go back. Cleanliness is very good. Prices are fair and affordable. Staff are friendly.

My kids LOVE this place. Its a great area to let them run their energy out. Very clean and they are always very nice. Have decent food too. My daughters favorite room is the art room. She loves to paint and draw on the chalk board. My only ehhhhh is the price. But i have had punch cards that family can buy as gifts for birthdays instead of toys. 100 percent worth it.

Fun place to go with the kids especially when its cold outside. We were there for three hours(they would have stayed longer).Staff was friendly. However the reason I only have 4 stars,the entry fee is quite spendy if you have couple kids(I have 4 grandkids) if you want to come couple times or more a month.

Very friendly clean fun atmosphere. It isn’t so big that would make it overwhelming to keep an eye on your child. Nice sitting area to eat or have coffee and a pretty cute play area for the crawlers/walkers. Emily checked us out there and she was wonderful, very cheerful and sweet.

Its a small place so I definitely wouldnt want to be there when crowded. One play set. A inflatable with slide. A decent size climbing maze. But not a ton. Enough for littles to enjoy and adults can be on any of the equipment in case littles need help. Overall not a bad spot but definitely dont go at high times.

This place has a lot of cool stuff for young kids. I think their sign says 8 and under. Its always pretty clean. Its convenient because you can buy healthy snacks for your kid or yourself-they also have coffee. They have separate rooms for toddlers, a bounce house, a giant netted structure with platforms and tunnels the kids can climb through. Lots of slides, balls, building blocks, an art room, and kid sized potties. Its pretty cheap to get in and they do military discounts. My only complaint is they dont really do anything about the kids that arent being supervised/being crazy. Its usually not a big problem though.

Came in the afternoon, kids loved it, they have an art room, main floor has climbing structures and bounce house all enclosed by half wall with gates that open only from the outside, perfect for run away toddlers, upstairs is a dedicated gated 3 and under area and a separate small area for crawlers. The art room was nice, lots of supplies, the only downside is artwork takes time to dry, so we ended up leaving ours

Saved a rainy afternoond during a family vacation with our 3 yo. The place was clean, staff friendly and the equipment was fun. They also had an art area which provided a nice break from climbing and jumping. Remember your socks!

My son (3) loves LMB! We use a visit as the occasional reward for good behavior. Theres plenty for an active kiddo to do, and we love when its busy because that means more play mates! Bounce house, eyeplay mat, climbing area, XBOX Kinect, interesting swings, and jumping platforms all make up their play area for ages 3-8. Theres a toddler area upstairs (ages 1-3) and a separate crawler area as well (under 1).Their in-house cafe (Seattles Best) is delicious, and they offer pizza at lunch for $1/slice plus a few other snacks and drinks available in a cold case. You may bring in your own food, though.Whenever its slow, I see employees cleaning the play equipment. They are consistently friendly and helpful.Wonderful overall!

Cool place to let kids burn some energy and have fun. I gave four stars instead of five because my kiddo is 15 months and the area for 1 to 2 years olds is a little run down and small. Understandable though and as he gets older I will definitely be coming back for the big kid area down below. Its like discovery zone but with nylon webbing jungle gyms two stories high. I saw adults getting in there with their kids it was pretty impressive. They also have an art studio which is cool kids can paint and draw. Overall a really cool place I just wouldnt reccomend it as much until kiddos are 3 and older.

My son attended monkey business starting when he was around 18 months old. Just recently he attended the Little Monkey classes when he was 2 turning 3. He had so much fun! The class was such a great way for him to interact with other kids and get to do so many fun activities. The teachers Raina and Amanda were amazing! We can’t wait for the next session!

Ive been bringing my daughter here since she was 2 years old. She is now 5 going on 6. This place is absolutely amazing. Its a place that not only the kids can have a great time and blow off some energy but its also a wonderful place for adults to relax a little, have some coffee and not feel like they have to entertain their children. My daughter enjoys herself so much being here that she gets a little upset every time she has to leave. There are areas and things for children of all ages up to 8 years old. They even have a craft room where the children can paint a picture, color or craft something. My daughter loves the craft room.They keep the place very clean and organized and the customer service has always been great.In fact I had my daughters 3 year old birthday party here and it was great. It was absolutely wonderful to have a place that would take care of everything, They brought in pizza and drinks for dinner along with caring for the children during the party at all times. My daughter loved having her birthday party here. Would definitely do it again. Plus, it was very affordable.I will continue to bring my daughter to this place until they tell her shes too old. :) Thank you monkey bizness...we love you!!

We had so much fun! Brought my almost 1 year old and almost 3 year old niece. They had so much fun upstairs playing. When we went downstairs, they both ran and ran! The people that work here are amazing! We didnt stay long enough for snacks, but they have a lot to choose from. We will definitly be back soon!

We took our 2.5 year old and 10 month old. They had a blast. Very safe environment. It was a lot of fun watching our 2 year old explore and climb. Clean facilities and friendly staff make this a terrific place to burn a few hours.

Great place for the family to hang out and let the kids run! The price is perfect, only a few dollars for full day access. The crawlers area was a little bit sparse, but still - fun for all! Perfect for a snowy day in.

My daughter and I enjoyed running around indoors for a change in a place that is clean and safe. Even I monkey climbed all over the structures giving my little one some confidence. We will keep going back to get her toddler bounces out! Friendly staff, great place, thank you!

So much fun for kids! The facility is clean and safe too. They do a thorough job of sanitizing all the play structures every evening. My kid has never gotten sick playing here. The structures are strong enough that parents can climb in them with their children if needed. They also have tables and benches where parents can relax while kids play. For younger babies and toddlers they have a 1-and-under only area and a 3-and-under only area. Bathrooms are very clean and kid-friendly with step stools and diaper changing tables. My kid gets so excited when we go here and has a ton of fun. We love it!

Amazing places for kids to be crazy! Not only that the staff is SUPER friendly and they have WIFI and a coffee bar for the adults! I haven’t ever seen anything like this place and would most certainly recommend it for moms to take kids to or nannies!!!

We love this place! The play area has enough to keep little kids of all ages busy for a while. I like that they let you bring outside food in, you can go back later in the day after paying, and there is a cafe area where parents can sit and still keep an eye on kids playing on the first floor. They keep the area clean and clear, which is a top concern for me when taking my kids to play areas, so I appreciate that.

Fun stuff to do, the kids stuff generally seems pretty clean. My son loves the bounce house, I havent been brave enough to try the art room, but it looks fun. They have affordable admission and affordable healthy snacks for kids which is convenient. I like that theres an area specifically for small children-although there are often bigger kids in it. The only thing that is a pain is adults seem to go here to check out. A lot of kids acting like little jerks with no parents in sight and the staff dont really enforce anything. Its not off putting enough to not go.

Awesome place! Fun, clean and good coffee! We have twin toddlers and this place was perfect! Much more than an indoor playground! Art room, games, snacks, etc. Every time were in Colorado Springs were stopping!

My kiddos LOVE Monkey Bizness. They make new friends each time they go and have a blast playing with all of the things we dont have at home. I think its great how they stock lots of healthy snacks because we always seem to stay longer than expected and having those there is super convenient. I normally have coffee and work on the WIFI while they play - works out perfectly for everyone!

We had my sons first birthday party here. Everyone had a blast, kids ranging from 8 months to 4 years. Even the adults had a good time. It was short and sweet, which was nice so it wasnt too overwhelming for anyone. Our party host, Chris, was amazing! She was so helpful. I didnt have to do a thing, and everything she did was done nicely, not just thrown together. Im very type A, so thats a big compliment. I highly recommend it!Its the cleanest place I have found so far around town for infants/toddlers.I also take my son there once a week to play and usually meet up with a friend or two. They always have fun. My only complaint is that there arent more limitations for what age children can go upstairs. We sometimes have to leave early because of older children being too rough and being unsupervised.

Very disappointed, the play areas are full of tape and have snags in the mesh that are unsafe. The area is okay, But is not as clean as it should be. Also I realized too late that the few bottom of the bin markers had what smelled like vomit on them. This was my big issue. There was also the limited staff and the lack of clean areas.One day ago I took my two youngest to play. My daughter has hand foot and mouth starting up. I washed her hands many times while she was there and also prior to leaving. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN TO ANY OF MY 5 KIDS. Very sad and upset. She had been in home the past days do to me taking care of her brothers with special needs. It did not come from them.Another issue is the staff allows too many parents to socialize, make anouncenents about watching your kids. Many do not watch little ones or big ones in the bigger play area.They had a staff lady and she was cleaning the paint area so much it felt as though we shouldn’t be in there. Funny thing is she never cleaned the cart that had gray pull out trays. If she had maybe she would have found the issue and also restocked items.They had no unbroken crayons, no stickers, and the markers were dry. They also had nasty stuff in every bin.My little one came for a good time not a nasty virus that should have been prevented. My oldest ended up with grab marks from a parent with a baby left on the floor where the big kids play.One Mom and two sick little ones all because I wanted to them a day of fun.CLEAN BETTER

Definitely found my new hangout/fun spot with my 2 year old son. Affordable, Cafe is convenient for when your kiddo is hitting Hangryville, or you need more caffeine to match your childs energy. Spacious, the small toddler room upstairs, an ART ROOM!️ The jungle gym and bouncy house with that amazing slide. Im an adult and I hit up that slide a dozen times. Nice to see/meet other parents. Loved it, youll see us more.

Listen, the playground is cool. My kids love to play there.What isn’t cool is when my child gets assaulted, the child who assaulted her and his parents were not asked to leave. They simply took him off the play area to sit. I was asked to leave only after I went off on his mom (I yelled and cursed, I get it. Had I not been forced to leave I might have caught a charge myself) for being ignorant to the situation and not reprimanding her son, not showing sympathy to my daughter who clearly felt very violated. What I don’t understand is how I’m forced to leave for yelling but they were not asked to leave after her son assaulted my daughter. Maybe it’s because the manager I spoke to knew the lady personally? (I was reminded that she knew the boys mother about 4 times)The situation was not handled appropriately and I will no longer give them my business. This is very upsetting and part of the reason women and girls don’t come forward with situations like this that make them uncomfortable. This situation is what’s wrong with society and the world we live in and why women just bite through the pain and deal with it instead of coming forward.I will be speaking to the owner as soon as I get contact information.

We recently had a birthday party there. The kids had a great time and the play area was awesome. Some of my concerns were they only got an hour to play and about 45 minutes to eat, and open presents. Well we were unable to open presents because our time was up. The staff really rushed us off for the next party and our guest were laughing because they starting wiping off the chalk board with my grad daughters name even before we were all out of the room. Also we were told we could not entry the play area until our party time at noon. During our last 20 minuets of play we had kids from the party after ours enter the play area, which we didnt mind, but its was not fair for our guest. For the amount of money you pay for a private party, I would like to see you increase the party time to at least 3 hours.

If all the parents are watching their kids, this is an awesome place. Unfortunately many parents just work on their computers in the cafe part while their kids run around unsupervised. So the engaged parents end up having to police other kids — not fun. I would suggest doing away with the WiFi access, and encourage parents to come for parents night out events where they can drop off kids to play and be fully supervised!

Very disappointed. I’m not sure what the point of having a one and under area is when it’s not enforced and the older kids constantly run over my baby while she’s playing and make her cry.

My son loves to come here! Great coffee for the parents and the playspace is kept clean. It has a toddler section upstairs and a bigger kid section downstairs.

It looks like it will be much more fun when our son is a little older. The under three area doesnt have much, and our son got bored after 15 minutes. We tried the area for older kids which our son loved, but it was super stressful making sure he didnt get trampled by older kids.

Great place for a kids birthday party and for an indoor place to play on a cold day. My kids are getting a little too big for the play area here but they have always loved it here. The only reason I dont give this place more stars is because of the birthday party express we witnessed on our last trip here. I understand needing to be efficient, but when you clean up the table and dump all the treat bags in the trash because its closing time, that was a little too efficient. The staff are friendly and did try to help retrieve what they could, but it was a little too late. I still think this place is great for kids and still a great place for birthdays, but the speed at which they try to move people through, needs to be throttled back. Faster isnt always better and mistakes like the one I mentioned can really ruin a childs day.

They feel so comfortable running around, moving between each activity.From a parent they have a great variety of snacks, and healthier options. And this place is also kept very clean, restrooms were well stocked.They need to build a larger location... For older kids as well.

My kids love Little Monkey Bizness and so do I. My kids are 4 and 1.5. They love to play in the big kid area and art room downstairs and the baby area upstairs is safe and fun. Theres even a little nook for infants! This place is always clean and the staff are so friendly. We had a birthday party her for my 4yo. I thought it was reasonably priced, the kids had fun, and I didnt have to clean up or set up!

Just visited Little Monkey Bizness for the first time today, and the kids had a blast! It was pretty busy being Sunday afternoon and a birthday party going on, so we will probably visit again on a weekday. My only suggestion is to have a wristband or hand stamp system in place, like they do at Chuck E Cheese. It was so crowded and I was just thinking how easy it would be for someone nefarious to take a kid. There was a very little girl that came upstairs alone when we were in the toddler area. I took her downstairs and of course just prayed that it was the right person that came and claimed her.Overall, great location and my son already asked to come back for his birthday!

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Its a great place to let the little kids run around and get tired out. Its not as educational as a childrens museum but not as crazy as Chuck E Cheese! They have a toddler area upstairs for the little ones and it makes a good hide out for parents. ;-)

I love Monkey Bizness! Their prices are so cheap for a place like this! It’s pretty big on the inside, and they have a variety of things for your kids to do. There is a bouncy house, an indoor playground, and even a soft play area upstairs for babies and younger toddlers. It gets crowded some times, but I can honestly say I’ve never felt like it was overwhelming or that there were kids here that were way too big to be playing around my 2 and 5 year old. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly, and sometimes they have free samples like Rita’s. They do serve Seattle’s Best Coffee and have some snacks you can order as well. It’s a nice mix, and have things on the healthier side too. Be careful on which days you come though, Saturday’s they are usually closed for private parties, so on the weekends I usually call ahead just to check.

For this particular review, my opinions are mostly a reflection of how happy my kids were with their time spent here. All told, weve been to a couple birthday parties, family days where we just brought them to play, and even hosted one of the kids birthday parties there.Ive never had a bad experience here. One might immediately assume that the play area would be dirty or smelly, especially if you remember the McDonalds play places and Discovery Zones of the 90s, however I am pleased to say that after multiple visits, I have zero complaints about cleanliness of the play area or anywhere else.Their staff, though young, are polite, prompt, and there when we needed them. They set up my daughters birthday party quickly and assisted with every party Ive ever attended there, removing the stress from what would normally be a chaotic event.There are lots of things to play with and the kids always have a good time, and (thankfully) wear themselves out. My ONLY concern is the bouncy house, where lots of excessive jumping takes place. If youre there not as a private party, keep an eye on the little ones because there can sometimes be other kiddos in there rough housing, and they might not even notice little ones. On more than one occasion Ive flinched as a big foot nearly came down on my little ones fingers.All told, I think this is a great place to bring your kids, and Ive never been disappointed by a birthday party, on either side of the cake table.

We had our daughters 3rd birthday party here. It was wonderful! They took care of everything so the kids could play and the adults could relax. It was awesome. When we were ready to go back for food and cake everything was already done for us. They were very organized which made things really nice.

Lots of fun stuff for the kids to do here. However, there are some drawbacks. Many parents treat this as a break for themselves and do not supervise their children, this does create problems. Also, my kid has gotten sick after every visit here. I am thinking they need to be a bit more thorough and frequent in their cleaning and disinfecting.

Love Little Monkey Bizness! I have been taking my son since he could crawl. They have a perfect area for crawlers and new walkers upstairs. The art room is my sons favorite - they have crafts, painting, chalkboards. The main play area is great as well, a little busier and youll want to be sure to keep a really close eye on your littles if there are a lot of big kids around.

I’ve recently started taking my daughter to play in the upstairs area for walkers. I have to say she has a really fun time but one of the things I have noticed EVERY TIME WE GO is that the staff does not monitor the kids who go upstairs. You have 5 and 6 year olds running around unsupervised by their parents knocking the babies over and it honestly makes me not want to come back. I have to yell at someone else’s kids every time we go which ruins the fun time for me! Ha! They need a staff member upstairs at all times or at least at the top of the stairs to prevent kids who are too big from putting the little ones in danger.

Went there for my daughters 4th birthday party, we did not pay for a party, I just intended the children to play and have cake. I searched their policies and it says that you can bring cake, but no other outside food, and only water. So thats what I brought. When I got there the staff were incredibly rude in front of the kids, and I quote our conversation staff: you are not allowed to bring this inside. Me: it says in your website that this is allowed. Staff: no it isnt and you cannot celebrate birthdays here unless you pay for a package. Me: I am not wanting the private party room or anything, just for the kids to play and eat cake. Do you want me to show you where it says that on your website? It was specific to this location. Staff: fine, you can bring it in, but you are not allowed to sing Happy Birthday. Then she stormed off. She came back a few minutes later to check us out. I then asked for a military discount to which she responded only if you are active duty I said my husband is active duty and here is my card. She almost refused but everyone was looking at her so she gave it to us. Wow. Wow. Wow. Even though the kids had a good time I will never support a business that treats their customers like that, especially in front of a party of little children.

Parking is a pain when it is busy. But they have Seattles best coffee and an art room(wow!).2 special sections just for early tots plenty of fun for you littles. And plenty of room for kids to take a snack break. A great selection of healthy snacks too. Just that parking is ridiculous.

My son loves Monkey Bizness and I love the concept, but I can’t figure out how people figure it’s so clean? I’m almost certain they NEVER clean their playground equipment because I get sick every time we go as does my 2.5 year old. Most recently we visited on Sept 28th. It’s now Tuesday, the second of October and I’m waiting for our doctor to open to see if we have strep. I can’t keep coming back if we get sick every single time... and we do. I’m also glad to see from other reviews that we aren’t the only ones.

Great clean place to take kids and burn off energy for 60 mins. May I suggest you minimize the far left area of your cashier bar and install another register for cafe only. This way you have two registers dedicated for incoming people - the line getting in can get long and it’s tough holding two kids still that long in line. With added register you should consider more items to sell at your cafe - like hot pizza which you could even have delivered and heat up and sell by slice. Parking is also an issue - can you add spaces on the north side of building?

My son just had his birthday here today, he had so much fun. I found our host to be extremely respectful, and professional. I would totally recommend you having a little ones birthday party here. I completely loved the way we where treated.
