Shiner Park is reportedly violating several Federal Laws including Money Laundering, Tax Evasion and Fraudulent Activity. Manager Chris Wright has consistently laundered money from the business and his employees. Fabricating lies that his bartenders are short on their registers and taking from their tips to cover for his personal losses. The bartenders are aware of Mr. Wrights misconduct, but are fearful to mention it because girls have been fired in the past for doing so. He does not let the bartenders watch him count their registers. He does it when no one else is there allowing him to fabricate shortages. Mr. Wright is also known too pocket door money for his personal gain and not reporting this income to the IRS to avoid taxes. Those caught evading taxes are generally subject to criminal charges and substantial penalties. To willfully fail to pay taxes is a federal offense under the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax code.

Shiner Park used to be one of my favorite spots but not anymore! The bartenders and bouncers are great, but the owner or manager (whatever he is) is a complete JERK. I got stamped 21 at the door and went to buy drinks at the bar. He followed me each time I went to the bar and whispered something in the bar tender’s ear. Turns out he was telling them to ID me each time I went to the bar after already being stamped and ID’d at the door. I’ve been to shiner multiple times and I have never been treated like this before. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

Really crowded, depending on the type of person you are, they play alot of country music and vapes are clouding the air all night lol. But my first few times here I had fun. But for those who dont like to dance to country music all night this isnt the club for you, unless your feeling it. The price isnt reliable, theyll change it out of the blue some nights so be prepared but other than those few things its a nice chill place.

Shiner park is the place to go on Fridays and Saturdays! Its really crowded with terrific people dancing on the tunes played by DJ! Bartenders are polite and service is really quick. I love this place!

The best pub in North gate as they wont charge anything for entry and you will get the best crow inside dancing on the beats.

Everytime we start at some place at North Gate and end up in Shiner Park in the end! Great country music, lots of crowd, amazing ambience!

Some fat guy who is a bar back with a orange shirt and chubby excuse my language wants to comes up to my friend and tells him Im sorry bro but are your trying to sing?. I didnt think kareoke night was so judgmental. It doesnt matter if youre a bad singer or not youre there to have fun and enjoy yourself. Im not paying to have my friends judged by some employee who should know his damn place. Unprofessional.

Shiner Park is relatively new to Northgate. I went in expecting a country dance hall and found a generic dance hall (ie standard club music). Mightve been because this is the first Friday of Spring Break, but I didnt hear any country music at all. This seems like a place for going hard and having active fun with your buddies - its far too loud inside to simply hang out and talk. Ive docked a star because this atmosphere really doesnt appeal to me (and neither would a standard country dance hall, tbqh) but if you like drinking and dancing to loud popular music, then this might be the place for you!Note: neither me nor anyone in my group stayed long enough to order beverages so look at other reviews for bar service.

Dont go if you have an out of state ID! They seem to think they are fake. We had been really excited to check it out but that ruined our experience.
