The lady working there was very very kind once I walked in she immediately asked what I needed help with. I needed 4 wii games resurfaced and she tried all of them and they all worked. In total it was $17.95 which was very surprising. Very nice worker there.

My son enjoyed his birthday party here, but not worth the price just to play video games, especially when kids only have a few they prefer. The staff was nice and helpful. The place was moderately clean. I do not recommend if you want to buy video games.

It’s like a modern day gaming arcade, with amazing customer service and a friendly staff.They offer help with your consoles and are dedicated to helping you fix your issues! Been coming here for a while and never thought to share the word!

We go to EP all of the time. It is a great party place for you kids, and a good time to hang out and play while you wait for that appointment or meet-up. My teenager thinks all of his free time should be spent here.

Very rude. I spend alot of money when. I come sometimes 75 dollars for me and my nephews and they each have had birthday parties and yesterday they were rude and very disrespectful to me over nothing so Im never going back there way to overpriced as well

I paid for 2 hours and they spent more then half of the time to get the game set up I will never go back it was a waste of money

The Electronic Playground is a fun and relaxing environment to come play video games at. They have a wonderful staff that are hard-working and dedicated to their jobs. I have been to a couple of the All Night Gamers and I always have a blast!

Bought a copy of metal gear revengance for seven dollars and they sold it to me knowing it was broken. Poor prices on all the video games there. Just trash all around.

I have been a normal and a customer here for almost 4 years now. The atmosphere is amazing here as well as the games and feeling of being at a home away from home. The all nighter gaming events on Fridays are what I live for. Meeting new friends, enjoying games and just having fun in general. If you are looking for friendly faces, great prices, and an overall amazing day I highly recommend coming by and at least taking a peek at the Playground(:

All-Nighter Experience 8:30pm-7amI. Was. Skeptical.While wanting to allow my 13yr old son to accompany his friend to this event, i was clueless on the environment & details.So. I. Researched....Perhaps like you are doing now. ;) -Great reviews for parties, but this was different.Next, i contacted a local law-enforcement friend... clean slate & knowing my young man, encouraged the experience w boundaries.I. Visited. Solo.This sealed the deal. Chelsea was kind , knowledgeable, & confident. She explained their system dynamics & options. I was quite impressed. The feel of the environment put me at ease, which i knew i would recheck as I brought my son back later. (SAME! Lol but more fun) I requested to pre-pay & sign the release, to expedite his check-in that evening.He.Attended. Event.We were welcomed once again by Chelsea & the All-Nighter Leader, Jameson. He was a perfect balance of authority, gamer, & social relatability. With reassuring assertiveness & smiles, i left & the games began!My son stayed the entire event & enjoyed it.This speaks for itself. A place that kids desire to be together & that you can entrust their well-being is almost obsolete. Needless to say, The Electronic Playground has my high approval & recommendation.I was careful & invested. So are they! :)))A special SHOUT OUT to Chelsea & Jameson! You guys rock! My son goes here when he has good behavior at school as his reward. The has autism and the people here are great with him. They have always been nice talk to him like a friend not just some kid or ever down to him ever. He loves it thier so much we talked to him about getting vr at the house for him and he said no cause then he couldnt see them anymore. The owner keeps up with the equipment very well and nice child place to play. I have been to one of thier lock ins and it was a blast. We all linked up and played PUGG all on one team. The only thing is its little ceasers pizza they give you so dont expect hot fresh delivery at 2 am. They dont have it in Cleveland that I know of. In short VR is great to come play, friendly, nice people who are very friendly to all. Love it there.

My fiance and I went here to try out the HTC vive. The games were buggy and required technical assistance from the lady at the register. All the while trying to fix the game, my timer was counting down. It was worse for my fiance, since the lady at the counter was too busy playing her own game to provide assistance. In the end, I fixed the problem myself. Out of 15 minutes we paid for, we only got to play for about half that time.

A great place to hang out, play games, talk about movies, shows, video games, etc. The All-Nighters are a lot of fun and a great value for $25. The Midnight deal on Saturdays is equally as good for a little less.
