My grandson used to love this place but it seems that they have closed down for good. Wished that the owners would have updated the site to keep public informed.

Great place to take kids to play and have fun. Its not too expensive and they offer lots for kids. They do parties at a extra expense and offer a private glow room for parties as well.

We really enjoy bringing our kids here. They love playing the arcade then jumping for hours. The only thing I would like to see is more seating to where you can actually watch the kids bounce. Especially since we have a little tiny child. We can sit in the massage chairs but its limited view as well as the tables.

Played laser tag and mini putt on our visit to Air Bounce. They had a combo that was $10 for 2 activities which was a good deal. The glow in the dark mini putt was fun, its only nine holes and not the usual 18 at most mini putt courses. Still it was a good time, and the room it self is cute and different from other glow mini putts that we have done. The depth of the holes made the balls easily pop out, and when making your first putt your feet arent level which makes for an awkward putt. Aside from that it was still fun. The laser tag was especially fun, the 10 minutes that they give you goes by really fast. All in all, I would recommend it and would definitely go back.

A lot of activities packed into a small space. Mini golf room is small but fun, and blacklights add a nice twist. Laser tag area is also small but jam-packed with nooks and crannies to hide in. Arcade offers a nice variety of games, with only a couple that have some less-than-G-rated content.

Love this place. The boys always have such a great time. They jump and play games its also very affordable. Always have a great time.

Had a birthday party for my 6 year old daughter here, the experience wasnt great, the designated party person seemed overwhelmed and kind of missed a few things. The manager did contact me the following day and we spoke about our experience at length and explained how he planned to use our experience to better train his employees. Overall I would say that the party aspect could have been better, however, the kids had a great time bouncing and playing at the arcade.

My kids love this place and I have a good time here too but itll get pricey if you decide to let your children play THE GAMES,NOT THE INFLATABLES for more than an hour...even with the combo offers they have,which I purchased. Some of the attendants were overwhelmed with the amount of people that were already inside and WE had to wait 20 minutes before anyone gave us help to play the Laser Tag event,which there were others waiting in line in the back of room also. I FINALLY had to go upfront and remind them that we were even back there waiting to play. Dont buy food there either or youll be paying way more than you would if youve eaten before you come here. The games are fun for the kids but youre going to have to spend a ton on your gaming card just to get ample play time. The mini golf is boring and the jump houses seem to entertain the children okay. The plus side is they have pay-massage chairs that feel WONDERFUL!!!

I absolutely love this place!! I bring my grandchildren and their friends almost every week. I love the atmosphere, spirit of excellence and the staff are always accommodating to us. The inspiration of the music is a added bonus. My time with my grandchildren is limited so I love to take them to a place that’s very clean where they can play and I don’t worry about them!! I’m very thankful and love supporting this local business!! I would highly recommend this place to let your children play and you can unwind and let them run energy out! What a wonderful glow party! Absolutely everything was taken care of. There is so much for the children to do here and the staff go above and beyond to ensure quality service! My son wants to have his birthday here again next year! We also enjoy visiting randomly as the prices are very affordable.

We picked 2 things to do each....We did mini golf and laser tag. We had a great time!! Lots of other things to do. Bouncey things and arcades...lots of fun!!!!

We did a basic party for my 5yr old today. The owner handled checking us in, and our party assistant did well with arranging and serving. It was very low stress not having to set up, serve, or clean. All the kids had a blast.

I love that they play Christian music. They are always clean. Always very friendly. And the prices are always fair. We usually spend almost 3 hours here and my kids LOVE it!! Thank you for everything that yall do!! :)

We love the Cleveland Air Bounce Facility! It has a great arcade, a bunch of inflatables, and a Mini-Glow Golf Course. As a Mom, it is one of my favorite places to visit, because there is one main exit, and great tables and chairs to sit and visit while the kids play. It is one of my kids favorite places to go, and we visit a lot in the winter, when other active play options are limited.

Was our Grandsons 2nd. Birthday and he had a blast. We would highly recommend,and the prices are very affordable.

Upon arrival we were told 2 parties were before us. Now 5 parties has gone before us and we have waited an hour with another 45 minutes pending. No refunds here as well or reschedule for another day or time. Horrible managment with bad attitudes.

Great place, BUT it’s starting to get a little grungy looking. The bathrooms are gross and dirty and the arcade machines are gross, fingerprints everywhere. I was there today and there was no one but us. Deep cleaning needed!!!!!

This place is awesome. We had our eight year-old son’s birthday party here and all the kids loved it. Plenty of space and bouncy castles for the kids to enjoy (and seating for parents). Laser tag was a major hit. The staff was very kind, considerate, and helpful. Well worth the price. Highly recommended for parties or just to spend a couple hours.

This place is amazing! Our kids always have a great time bouncing and sliding and playing the arcade “Dinosaur” game! Our teenagers love the Laser Tag! And we recently tried the NEW Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Golf, it’s awesome!We also rented the bounce houses for our church Easter Festival. The experience was great! Clean and fresh bounce houses! They clean them with sensitizers after each use!!

Love this family entertainment center! Fun for the kids, of all ages, while parents get to rest and enjoy those sweet memories of your kids running around loving life. The staff at Air Bounce are so nice and were very helpful. This place is huge, too! The bounce house slides are so fun. My kids were wore out by the time we left. The Laser Tag, as my 8-year-old daughter said, Was epic! We had a blast! Go check it out!

Arcade prices are pretty high with limited selection there is no oversight over the kids in the bounce areas the staff acts like they are just there to collect a paycheck nobody really cares

My daughter had a birthday party, I took her friends to Air bounce for glow in the dark mini golf and laser tag. Kids had a blast and so did I. Mini golf is amazing, great decor. Laser tag is a great indoor activity. The staff are very nice and helpful.

My little boy LOVES going here to play so we decided to take him and his friends there for his birthday this year. Found out yesterday theyre a company worth their salt. Turns out, if you put a deposit down on a party and decide youd rather just let the kids play, you cant get your deposit back, even if you change your mind within 30min of making it. After emailing their representative and explaining the situation(who got back with me within an hour), I was able to use that money toward the kids admission just this one time even though it was against store policy.

We celebrated our sons 5th birthday party over the weekend in their Glow room, and it was even more fun than advertised. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure he and his friends had a great time at their bounce party. They provided all of the pizza, ice cream, and drinks, and handled setting the table and cleaning the room for us afterwards.Thank you for such a fun filled few hours, and I know several other parents that would like to thank you for providing such a safe and entertaining venue for our kids to wear themselves out. We will definitely be back!

This place is awesome, we had Birthday party and got one of the bounce houses. They delivered, picked up stress free love it... your next event should have one of their bounce houses!!

Party prices are the best and include pizza and drinks and $5 game cards for each kid. Bounce houses are cleaned and sanitized every night.. Good place

We love Airbounce! There isnt another place around like it where the entire family can have a good time.They have some of the best video games for kids and adults - I personally love the Dino Hunt game.The new location has Bounce houses big enough for even adults to be a kid and laser tag too! Staff and snacks were good as well. ..

Our kids love to go to Air Bounce in Cleveland and Northgate. We are excited to take our Childrens Ministry at the end of this month to the Cleveland location. It is going to be awesome. They have something fun for the kid in all of us.

Absolutely love the new location and family environment (positive music and clean TV stations playing)! Every time we are there, the staff and management go out of their way to make sure we are having fun. And I really appreciate the cleanliness of the bounce houses... my daughter wore WHITE shorts to play for hours and they were still clean when we left! Ha!

Dont get ripped off by their false advertising on the drinks!! Their large slushie is very small and they are charging $2.00. Of course they snatch your money before you see the drink and wont give a refund or switch it for a CHEAPER drink. Their inflatables are the only value youre going to get in that place.

Great party place! Two parties this year already for our kids and have attended other parties for othe children here. Each time the staff has been overly helpful and courteous. When I find a good thing I tell my friends and this is a good place for family fun. The negative reviews Ive seen on here I wouldnt trust especially since they were anonymous complaints. I wish this place and the owners much success! Well done!

I love Air Bounce! It is a great place to bring my grandkids. They have something for every age level from the 3 and under area to the bounce houses that parents can accompany young children in, to arcade games and laser tag for older children, teens, and adults. What a great place for families to be able to go for fun. With nice staff and so much to do, we will definitely be back again and again!

Airbounce is awesome! There’s plenty to do for a multitude of ages. Mini-golf, laser tag, inflatables, plus the arcade. Some friends and I came by to play games and also did the mini-golf. It was tons of fun!

This is my favorite spot to take my son! Its a great place for him to jump out his energy! Our new tradition when we come is to get a little duck from the crane machine. We always have a great time and the owners and staff are super friendly.

Prices are outrageous. Arcade games start at $1 and require the use of a pre paid card. The majority of the games are rip you off prize and ticket games. It is a joke of an arcade with broken games that do not get fixed with 24 hours because One game was down and I came back few days later and the same game was still down. The bounce house are ok as you pay $6 and your kid can bounce for as long as they want. The mini golf is over priced and should not be a per person charge. Dont recommend this place unless you feel like wasting money. Worst $10 spent.

Dont waste your money. We paid for my wife, my son, and I to play laser tag and my gun didnt work correctly and my sons stuff stopped working almost instantly. No apology, no replacement game, no nothing. The staff is extremely inattentive and uncaring. Most of the arcade games have broken controllers or just flat out dont work correctly. If youre going to have a business like this then you should ensure your equipment works properly. Will not be going back to this establishment.

My child had their 9th Birthday Party here and all the kids had a wonderful time. Pros: extremely clean and well taken care of business, owner and staff and beyond helpful and nice, plenty of activities for the kids Cons: our party was supposed to start at 12:30 but someone else was in the laser tag room so the kids had to stand around and wait about half an hour. That’s when I decided to add bounce because all the kids were bored. Also when we first arrived they seemed to be short staffed. Which caused a little confusion and ice cream cups to be forgotten. When our party ended I noticed more staff arriving.Overall it’s a great place to have a child’s party.

Fun place to bring the kids!

Not safe for children!!! Concrete floors in half the area no shoes allowed very slippery. The food is is very cheap food and extremely over priced you might as well walk to checkers. Then to the bounce houses there is no supervision or warning given to rough housing children I watched as usual unsupervised child jump and sit on another childs face and he was hurt the mother packed up and left I assume the owner went to the back to do I dont know what and the front desk clerk stood and read books then to my poor son who climbed one of their bounce houses And went down the slide you can not see your child or what happens next thing I know he crawls from the back crying telling me his arm hurts and he was scared and never wanted to go in there again we sat him down calmed him and got him a stale slushie he said he felt better but absolutely did not want to go on any bounce houses we left shortly after he started complaining again of his arm we took him to the hospital my poor baby had two broken bones in his arm WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CHILD HOW DID THIS HAPPEN WHY ARE YOU NOT ABLE TO SEE YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES first time there and last! our visit was only 1 1/2hours and this was the outcome! You are better off taking your children to the playground and having a wonderful picnic waist of my time my money and at the cost of my poor childs arms!
