Great clean place. The kids had tons to do and they were not being run over by the older kids. I inquired about parties and they are totally reasonable. They even offer a photographer. HOW FABULOUS. I forget to take pictures or miss the moments to make memories.

We always have a great time. Lots of kids for Maddix to share play time with, lots of friendly service.....just wish there was one closer to home.

Good castles to jump on. Staff is kind, really good cubbies. Prices are affordable. Good snacks and the video games and air hockey is a cool twist

We have been going for years, and our kids love it. They are very nice people, very clean, and always have food when you or your kiddos needs something to eat! Their birthday and special event packages are awesome! Very fair pricing!

Pretty dirty. Bathrooms were very dirty. There was only one employee and she was on the phone almost the whole time we were there. Very little if any supervision by staff. Posted rules are not enforced. Kids had fun playing for the most part though.

I will be forever grateful to this place for the fantastic party they helped me give to my son! They literally took care of everything. Mindy our party planner was fun, helpful and all around my personal birthday Angel. We will definitely return In the future

This is a great place to take kids when the weather is raining or too hot! They also provide birthday party rooms. The parties are awesome, they do all the set up and clean up. The pizza is ordered from Marcos (yummy).

My son went to a birthday party there and the ball pit balls are not balls they are foam cubes and my son will not wear the socks he wore in the pit until all the foam is off the socks plus the slides are coming apart on the way up

This place is awesome! The prices are very reasonable, especially since its all day play. The only thing I would change is too put some workers out near the jumping area to make sure that there arent to many kids on the inflatables and that the bigger kids arent playing to rough. But its a great place top take the kids to keep them entertained for at least a couple of hours.

Its so dirty!! Even the 3 and under place is covered in dirt. Its obvious they didnt clean up from the day before. There were pieces of trash near the blow ups, including a used bandaid. I definitely felt like my kids needed to change clothes. I could also feel air coming out of holes in the giant slide. There was one worker who was not able to monitor the play area because of her other jobs. So no one was enforcing the sock rule or other play place rules. The concession stand was over priced. And she cooked a pizza on what looked like a George foreman? If you dont care about germs, dirt, or safety take your kids here.... Otherwise you should probably look into taking your kids to Airbounce Cleveland. Similar pricing and bounce blow up availabilities but CLEAN!

Ive been bringing the kids here for 7 years maybe a little longer. Ive always loved this place and never have had any problems kidd have a great time while in sit there and read. I dont like the nee gymnastics rooms tho. I think they should leave it just the way it was before they took down a couple bounce houses and turned the back corner into gymnastics rooms. Should have just left it exactly how it was.

This was SO dirty. I felt like I needed to sanitize my child. We came home, changed clothes and took an extra bath. Seriously, there was spilled nacho cheese in the toddler section... and it wasnt recent. It was hard and sticky and had been walked in and spread. Yuck!

Overall its not a bad place for Parties... but its completely unsanitary for young kids to play in. Dirty mats and floors. I dont think they properly clean or disinfect the areas. If your already paying $200 plus why are you asking for a gratuity tip for nothing. They simply serve the pizza and a few pieces of cake. Its simple plan your party but expect to be ripped off by these idiots.

My 4 year old son loves it here. This year will be the 3rd year we have done his birthday party here and we love it. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and always accommodating especially since my son is autistic. Just an awesome family place to play.

Love this place!! Super cheap for all day play!! Many difference bouncers and obstacles for children to play on. They usually have two obstacle courses and two slides. Two just bouncers. My kids love the ball pits and spend 30 minutes in there alone . My kids are exhausted in about 2 hours.

I had my sons 1st birthday party there and we had the best time! Our party planner handled everything wonderfully. The kids really enjoyed themselves. A very nice experience.

Fun for the kids, doesnt cost much

I love Jumpin Junction and so does my three year old! Ive never encountered a problem with the place. I also love that they have a toddler area very smart thinking! Shockingly very clean. Considering it is a huge childrens play ground! I dont take my daughter anywhere else!

Jumping junction is a great establishment for children. The staff is very friendly & it is clean. Great place for the kiddos to blow off some steam while you relax or play along with them! Its been a favorite of my grandsons for years!

Shady business!! I called to ask about booking a party. I had not seen their website or ever been there before. The person I talked to said theyd book a date for me and I could change it later. I gave my card to hold the date. When I called to cancel they told me of the non refundable fee. I was never told about it. I never signed anything. I cancelled 3 weeks in advance. Manager never called me back. I had too keep calling.

My daughter had fun, the place is huge and theres no time limit. I was disappointed with how filthy it was. Im going straight home to scrub my daughter.

If my son was older than two he wouldnt have had fun but NEVER going back there, it was VERY gross and very very few things to do. As soon as we walked in the door and started playing a little girl fell and busted her head open and I had to Doctor her until someone found her parents they were outside and she ended up going to the er. The woman running the place didnt help AT ALL.

Bathrooms are horrid. Unsanitary for kids.

Drove up from Chattanooga to take my kids here today (Saturday). From the website and facebook it seemed like a nice place. Upon arriving, I quickly found out that thanks to thee free wifi this is just a place parents take their kids to run around so they can get free time not watching them while they have their noses in the computer.The inflatables are nice and the little 3 and under area is an awesome idea, however, nothing in that area works. I know under 24 mo get in free, but why have all those electronics if none work. Also, the place is filthy. Like so filthy I was itching by the time I left. The 3 and under area had hairs all over the floor, dirt, every crack and crevice in the toys were filled with food or drool or crumbs or something. My 16 mo old was playing near the back fence where the food area is and picked up a half eaten piece of pizza and tried to eat it. She kept picking up huge fuzz balls and dirt balls and lint. Now this is a toddler area and toddlers put things in their mouths or grab things and put their hands in their mouth....it should have been kept clean.In the other area kids were running around like maniacs andd jumping on top of those cars and riding them around. Kids were throwing balls from the ball pit across the rooms. Bigger kids were coming into the toddler area and throwing things and jumping down the little slide. The floors there were filthy. It smelled like urine. Noone was watching their kids, but like 2 parents. The pretend clothing was gross and sweaty. The bathrooms were gross. The food was way over priced. There was one lady working and she could care less about what was going on. No one ever came out and cleaned the food area even though napkins and food was all over the ground. I found a soda can top in the toddler area that aan unsupervised toddler could choke on. Some guy came in from outside and went straight for the pizza display and used his hand to turn the tray andd grab a slice then he just stood there eating it. Later he put on a shirt that told me he worked there.So the price is awesome if you dont mind your kids playing in filth. I imagine the good reviews are from the parents that dont care a and just see this as a place to get some me time while their brats run rampant. I will continue to take my business to bounce house in Fort O where it is much cleaner.
