The bowling was fuuuunnnn! I love the comfy couches they have with the alleys. Also the sock variation to choose from since I forgot to bring my own was great. I wear them out at other places too lol. The bar staff was super nice and prompt as well.

Great food and great entertainment! Stopped by for brunch. Enjoyed a briscuut chili and my wife enjoyed some street tacos. Excellent. Paired it with some local brews. This place is not just a restaurant, but also includes bowling, miniature golf, games and more. Even has a roof top deck. Very family friendly... at least before 10:00pm.

Went here for my birthday. Took server forever to get our drink orders, she didnt know we were there. Then we got our food in 20 mins and waited another 15 before we even got our drinks. 35 mins for pop. My friends burger came out pink after asking for well done. The servers excuse was they dont temperature check. Manager came over. He was nice and told us he would take 50% off the check. She brings it 5 mins later and it was 25% discounted. Needless to say we paid and left. We had planned to drink and play some games but they lost out on that and any future business. These ppl need customer service training.

The people at the door were very nice and told us where to go. The waitress or hostess never came over to our table to take our order. We waited for about 10 minutes before we decided to just leave. I wont be returning. Floor was very sticky and needed to be mopped also the first table we were about to sit at was filthy.

This place is awesome absolutely love it...its fun if you’re looking for something to do on a boring night there is lots to do, the food is good and the staff is dope....great place for visitors!

This is my first time at the Punch Bowl and I loved it. The location is great, the inside looks amazing and the set up is great. The setup is nice cause it’s well spread out.. dance floor, game section, bowling and of course bars to go sit down and have a drink can’t also forget their is a upstairs. I want to check out the location in Detroit since I’m close by to see if it’s similar or maybe even better who knows but I will leave a review when I do visit the Detroit location but for now this location in Cleveland is amazing hands down

1. Waitress told us she could take out the tomatoes from the queso (she could not).2. Our moscow mule drinks were basically lime juice and a minimal amount of whiskey.3. The waitress then disappeared for 20 minutes as we tried to leave.Well it was fine but not a great experience.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A BACHELORETTE! The hostess was beyond nice and considerate but the serving staff was a mess. Told my friend she was cut off before being served and then refused to wait on 8 girls (half of which were servers). I would not spend my money here.

American food, yeah, very tasty. got there near five, it wasnt very busy. had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again. this place has a nice design.

Went there for my birthday waited on being served for 15 min before having to go get someone. Then waited on drinks and food for over 40 min, then when I got my food it was room temp and the manager said the Chef said he don’t know how to make a quesadilla’s any hotter than that. When you have to melt the cheese. I would recommend going it looks like they only focus on the regular people there or people they are friends with.

I went for an event in connection with a conference, so we had the run of the place. It was pretty cool. Great vibe, lots of bars and games. A great rooftop view too. Kind of hard to navigate when crowded, but also lots of little nooks and crannies to hang out in.

Not my cup of tea but probably great for early 20s crowd... Would MAYBE go back for put put, bowling, 16 bit games or the Sunday Bloody Mary bar... but never again on a weekend at night! My 3rd visit and never really enjoyed it much... I did however enjoy my amazing bloody Mary today!

First time I ever went here. The company I work for reserved the Punch Bowl Social for a company get together tonight between 6-10 pm. Had a great time! Bowling is a bit glitchy, if thats a word, but everything else was fantastic. The food was great and every worker I came by was very nice and extremely helpful. The rooftop bar is an awesome experience. The pictures I posted include a few taken from that rooftop. Highly recommend making a night of it here sometime. Huge thank you to First Federal of Lakewood for throwing this party.

A number factors contributed to a negative experience. The wait time to get our food was too long. It was during lunch and the place was not particularly crowded. The biscuits were over baked and we got them 2 minutes before our meal. The chicken was under cooked. It is not a good lunch establishment.

They bring biscuits and jelly as an opener and the cocktail list is pretty solid. I had the fried chicken, and my brother ordered the chicken and waffles, and our friend had a burger. We were all happy. If you want a place to hang out and eat/play/drink, this is a great option! (Be ready for it to be loud...but everyone doesnt seem to mind)

Great venue with a great and attentive staff. Was there for two separate visits die to proximity to my hotel, and the great atmosphere. Really was impressed by the quality of food, and the great mix of available beverages.

I will not be back. When we first arrived we were told to seat ourself and a waitress would come to our table. We seated ourselves. Waited over 10 minutes and no one came to our table. I had to get up and find someone. Which was hard because no one is uniform. This place is overhyped and I’m sure overpriced but because we only stayed for water and left immediately I wouldn’t know about the prices. Stay away from here if you want to avoid bad/weird customer service.

First time here they have NO STRAWS!!! arent we going thru a pandemic?? and the drinks are not suitable for the price!! Terrible experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Incredible service. Brunch biscuits quite good. I had the standard breakfast and Im not a potato person but the potatoes were lovely. Great atmosphere but a little on the pricier side for the volume of food served. Most definitely coming back though.

So, thank you to all who worked on Friday, 1/24/2020.The drinks and service were great and my friend and I were enjoying our night out. Later in the night, my friend ended up feeling very uncomfortable around a guy who wouldn’t drop his advances toward her so we were going to leave.I was telling staff members at the door it had nothing to do with the actual establishment but we were thinking about going somewhere else to finish up the night. I was told that they kicked the guy out after witnessing what had happened and that we were welcome to stay.The actions of the staff made us realize that they were making sure we were safe and were fully aware of the situation, without us even knowing it. They were happy that my friend had stood up for herself and gave us each a drink on the house, it definitely helped to ease the discomfort we had been feeling.We then ended up having a wonderful rest of our night at Punch Bowl!

We came on a Sunday (2 of us), 10 AM, before a Browns game. The place wasn’t too busy. Drinks were good but very slow to arrive, and we never got our food. Ordered a breakfast burrito around 10:55 AM, and at 11:40 AM we still had nothing.The servers were nice and had it removed from our check.

Went Wednesday before Thanksgiving so not super busy. Played putt putt golf and darts. Took advantage of the photo OP locations which were cute and fun!

This place was great, we stopped in for a quick appetizer but there was lots of entertainment. There were a few bowling lanes, shuffle board, a miniature golf course, darts, and other arcade games. Probably a lot of other things I wasnt able to see. The food was very unique and delicious. The service was great and everyone was welcoming and friendly. We were there in February but I imagine this place is a blast in the summer!

I have to go back again and try some more of their food,drinks ,and games. This place was amazing I had ordered Sweet and Spicy wigs and they were delicious and gluten free for those who are gluten free also who love spicy food like myself. They also have vegan and vegetarian options too then after that you can work it off just playing some games.

This place is a blast. The service is great. And the food and drinks are outstanding. Just be ready to spend a lot of money. Definitely not a cheap night out.

Tons of things to do and see while youre here. Just went for drinks, but you can skeeball, bowl, play arcade games, or go to the roof. Interesting beers and ciders on tap. Great atmosphere even on a Sunday night. Would have given 5 stars but our bartender was visibly cranky and not in a good mood. And he gave us our drinks and then told us we had 5 minutes to drink it.

Had a nice experience, lots to do (bigger than expected), great food, good drinks. Bartender was attentive. Easy to rack up a tab though but well worth it.

Good atmosphere and staff is pretty friendly. Always a nice place to just grab a drink and hang out. Prices are that downtown price so prepare to pay a decent amount, but its not nearly as bad as some other places downtown. Overall I would highly recommend!

I was not satisfied with the service at all. Waitress was not very pleasant but I give her a credit for trying. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our order on a very slow day. My boyfriend asked for no sauce in his burger, but they have put it in. She wanted to remake it, but we clearly didnt have another 30 Minutes to wait. My food was very hard to eat, I had Gret Breakfast bowl. It was tasty, but too crunchy and hard. They have vegan and gluten free options, which makes this place a great dine in spot, but I will just go here for drinks next time. Explore your surroundings!

Such a fun and open space. Great duck pin bowling. Played a few rounds on Saturday. Friendly staff that were super helpful.Didnt get to try the putt putt and yet that looked fun as well. The price was good!

Theres always so much to do at Punch Bowl! I love that there are games alongside your regular lovely bar atmosphere. One of my favorite social places to go in Cleveland!

This place is cool. It has a putt-putt golf area, bowling lanes, a billiards area and more. It is about three stories of entertainment. Didnt eat there just stepped to look around.

Got there about 30 minutes after it opened, not busy at all. The staff was really friendly and attentive the whole time. Had 4 people other than our server ask how we liked things and if they could get us anything else. There was a decent ount of noise/work being done so if you want a quiet dinner, look elsewhere. The food was so good, I would give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Parking was right across the small street. Cant wait to go back again!

I would leave no stars if I could. My company was trying to set up a happy hour with them for about 60 people and because we werent going to hit their minimum spend they wouldnt accommodate us. They let us know that we werent able to be accommodated 4.5 hours before the happy hour was set to start because they dont have enough staff (on a Friday night??). We began reaching out to work with them a month before the date. We hosted the exact same event with them last year and they were able to work with us. We will not be returning to punch bowl in the future for any work associated parties.

The drinks were amazing. They treated us to the best time and the food was great. The atmosphere was lively, music was nice not too loud and appropriate, the service was with a smile! I have to say this was a great do over on the part of the restaurant and Im willing to go with it was just a bad day. I give credit where credit is due and Punch Bowl deserves it! I will add you all to our company directory as must see places!

Each year it gets a little less... Positive. They wouldnt allow our group of 12 a reservation. It was DEAD!! They sat our party closest to the door that opens and closes frequently. We all kept winter coats on, unable to shake the chill. Drinks were never consistent. Doubles were more like singles. The fries were comparable to Burger King, but somehow worse. My main entree, the French dip was soooo good!

Really cool bar! Had a company event here and we had the second floor to ourselves which included shuffleboard, a pool table, life-size Scrabble, table tennis, and a karaoke room!I also saw downstairs they had bowling and minigolf. Staff was awesome and I will be going back again!

Reservations at 7, table ready at 735, 20 minutes later, asked for a new server. I got our own drinks at 8. Our new server was great. The server at the other table spilled drinks and food on 2 of our parties coats. I spoke with the manager, he offered us a gift package of coozies and merchandise. Lol, to promote the place. Told him Id rather pay and never come back.

Very poor service, disappointing food.I arrived in a group of 11. We were seated in an almost empty area with room for more than 50 (plus bar seating).We all ordered food and drinks at the same time. After a long wait for the first drink, the rest of our first round was gradually over 20+ minutes. Food arrived in a similar disjointed fashion - about 30 minutes after the first plate, we had 5 dishes, then there was another pause of over 15 minutes. No condiments were on the table or offered (including dips listed on the menu for particular dishes).My burger was the size and quality of a cheap fast food hamburger, but cost $14. I did not eat most of the fries, which were bland and mostly cold.Others at my table said the hummus was very good, once they finally received it.

We scheduled my friends 40th birthday party there, we had to reserve a couple bowling lanes with a food and beverage minimum. We inquired ahead of time about separate checks for food and beverage per couple and it was quite a surprise when we received a bill at the end of the night with a large gratuity charge, after every person added a gratuity to their individual check. Management refused to remove the extra gratuity (on top of a service charge). We met our food and beverage, on top bowling and still paid the extra $185 gratuity. The service staff was great, unfortunately management made our experience less than great. We will not be back. Theres many other places to celebrate without a premium charge.

I had dinner at your establishment tonight, I have to say me and my date thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I was very impressed by Courtney, who wasFriendly, knowledgeable and professional. It’s not very often that I’m impressed by both the establishment and the staff. Kudos PBS!

First of all, might I say our experience was nothing less of short of magnificent. Our server Veronica was very attentive and on top of everything. The manager Andrew was very genuine and observant he made sure we had everything we need. The food was great the pot pie and wings is a must have I will be back for sure

Would leave no stars if that were an option. Drove all the way there with two of my friends and after they spent 15 minutes looking at our IDs they told us we were not allowed in. They told us that they usually would keep them but reluctantly gave them back to us. They were real IDs! We weren’t even there to drink we just wanted to play mini golf. Very disappointed with this place! Don’t bother going here if you are under 30. Save yourself the time and go to a bar that will actually let you inside!

So rude and did not want our business today. I had a birthday party that we were bringing over 40+ people. We tried to call and make reservations as we all wanting brunch and to play games. They would not make reservations Instead we were told they could not accommodate us so we left and took our party to Margaritaville and they made over $3,000 off our friends and family!!!! Will never be back or recommend to anyone...

Great drinks and food! Bowling was fun and great pool tables. This location is so much better than the Schaumburg, Illinois location.

As far as entertaining, this place is a win. There is a ton of fun games of a huge variety, its literally impossible to be bored.However, you will have to spend quite a bit of money to do anything here such as rent a foosball, rent board games etc., while a plethora of other bars in Cleveland offer these kinds of things for free.The first time I went the drinks were weak, and definitely not cheap. When I came back however, bartenders were measuring their shots and the drinks were very much improved. I think this has been resolved or was possibly a one time thing.

Very different dining experience. Unique menu items that you wont find anywhere else. Our server was more than helpful and happy to explain menu items in detail. Plus they have bowling, games and pinball!!

Went for Brunch and everyone enjoyed their breakfast items and mimosa punch bowl. Ricotta pancakes were delicious. Service was great, very friendly.

Visited for a snack but noticed some delicious recipes in the menu, and so decided to come here for a meal next time. Special foods include Carne Asada Tacos, Hot Dogs, Fruit Combo Bisque, etc. All foods are fresh and yummy. Recommended to have a try.

Overall it was okay. The service was okay but unremarkable. The menu is really underdeveloped and goes more to bar food than anything else. Chicken tacos were pretty good but small portion. The chili was so so at best, a little greasy but did have okay flavor. Would not go again.

The place is huge and really nice. I had some kind of drink with a cucumber in it and it was very refreshing and delicious. Bartenders weren’t so friendly on the rooftop. Except for the one little lady that looked like Kirsten Dunst she was nice and my drink was great.

The location is perfect and so it the atmosphere! Theres multiple levels, GIGANTIC bars, and even a mini golf course. The food is basically perfection, but the drinks leave little to be desired. I can order the exact same drink from the exact same person THREE times, and each drink will taste different (not the good kind of different either). The staff is also not very friendly. Dont try to ask them a question.

Punch bowl has a very kind crew and were polite and the service was awesome. There is plenty of games and activities to do there the entire layout was fun and the roof top area has a great view! Thanks for having us today the food was delicious and it was a delightful experience all together!

Punch bowl is a must see when you come to Cleveland. Bowling alley, mini golf, countless bars and multiple stories. I definitely will return to here next time Im in the city.

I was there for an event. I didnt actually eat at the restaurant, but they served us. One more thing, the weather kept us from using the roof portion. Now, its a nice consept. The drinks are excellent, and v what they had for us to eat was good. Service was great. I had a great experience. I will go back for sure.

A fun place for a group gathering with plenty of games, putt putt golf and bowling inside a cool venue. Staff messed up our order and over charged us for drinks during Happy Hour. We were a large party of 10 and came in early on a Monday evening (5pm). They were not busy at that time and there was only one or two other tables at the time, so was disappointed with the service. Food was will prepared and very vegan and gluten free friendly.

I hosted wedding meet & greet her & have no regrets. The event coordinator was amazing. She was very helpful with suggesting food items for my event & came with options that worked well within my budget. I love that it is a restaurant that offers interactive games & activities. The only negatives are the drinks are kinda pricey & they is no free parking available.

My daughter was celebrating her birthday there on a Saturday it was so un organized the waitress never brought our food out at the same time for the guests ...the waters was hot all the pitchers of water was hot .. I was very disappointed because this place is amazing . but the Alabama chicken sandwich was great .as for the hamburger the kids never touched the food they didnt like it ..now as for the party celebration group we waited to long for drinks and our order . i felt that we should have to waitress or hostess .also we paid for a fee for the cake but no plates to put it on was given and no knife it was overwhelming service i never gotten my beer and the drink gave me a terrible headache .if felt like some type of way no manager on duty .i call so many times no response from the manager this is so unprofessional .my daughter was so excited to come enjoy her birthday .but it was ruined she never ordered her food its was a shame my daughter had to skip the best night .but they rush us to pay and everyone never gotten all there orders so we went up on the rooftop there we had a great time the view was great. hopefully the corporate owners call me back soon after all the calls i made

Dont bother going here unless you want to be treated badly at the door. I had reservations with my family here and me and my bf stepped outside to get some air for a minute. When me and boyfriend tried to go back in.. The guy who checks IDs at the door was extremely rude to me. He wouldnt accept my FEDERAL ID. He said he was going to let me through but then he decided not to? I told him my food and drinks and family are inside and that Ive been here since 7..but instead of talking to me he started being loud to my boyfriend. Finally I told him to lower his voice and to just understand that my family is already inside..and my stuff is inside.. And to accept my ID.He said he just wont accept the ID. Because he didnt want to? Finally I told him to call the managers.. Who bothered to listen and let me back to my table. Extremely dissapointed by how I was treated outside even though I had a legit FEDERAL ID. I experienced Extremely biased and unfair treatment here.They also dont have a lot of food options and their seating wasnt comfortable for a gathering.

Busy, nice atmosphere, especially if you enjoy people watching. Not too loud where you cant have a conversation but at 830pm we were informed that the kitchen was on hold. Apparently they were backed up. Saturday, in the Flats.. Duh! So half of our party got food and the other half just watched with bellys full of soda. Its hard to catch or keep up with your waitress too.

My son and his 2 friends had a blast! Dragana was so sweet and took very good care of us. Food was delicious! Happy hour prices were great. So many fun things for adults and kids to experience!

Not that great experience on Saturday 6/8. Since we walked in, one of the hostess blocked us at the door. She mentioned that they were crowded and there was no where to sit, or maybe.... it was the fact that we had a toddler with us. There were empty tables and We sat at one of the high tables, the waitress offered to sit us at the dining room area, but hold on the hostess said they had no room, but we decided to sit outside. We ordered the food and 50 minutes later no food. Two people were seated next to us way after we got there and they got their food quick. Waitress no where to be found. We ended up leaving after about an hour and no food. Waste of time. Horrible!!!

I enjoyed myself immensely! The live music buffalo pizza! It all made for good times! Good company great to see my friends! That was the 2nd time I saw that young play the guitar! He does great covers! CPD was at the front door! He was really nice! Enjoyed all the classic muscle cars! And myy conversation about said cars with the officer! He was a working class human! Very on the job yet human!

That’s it! I will no longer be returning to Punch Bowl Social. Went there in the summer time for my daughter’s birthday with a group and the service, organization, dining experience was horrible. Did not want to go back but returned there over the weekend for another daughter’s birthday because of the games and activities. Disappointed again with the management, customer service, mixed drinks, over priced food. Why can’t this establishment get it right? Probably ok to stop in for a beer if you live near by but beware if you drive there with a group and have high (or any) expectations for the evening....

Ive literally had poor service on almost every single visit here. At night, during busy times is expected, but even lunch on a Monday or Wed afternoon proves to be a nightmare break from the office.The floorplan is also a bit awkward, lacking clarity to simple necessities, such as the restroom, or an open bar.

This was our first time there and had a great time for brunch. The food was plenty enough for us to take extra to go. There was also mimosas (and a variety: if you like grapefruit, try it as a mimosa!) They have so much to do! I definitely will need to be back without my daughter to drink and play all the games they have (bowling, ping pong, arcade games.

Great Service, Great food, Very reasonable prices. We ordered 2-long Island Ice Teas, 3- JW Blacks, The knockoff Burger and the Falafel Burger. Both came with a generous portion of fries and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was played back, but mature and fun.

I enjoyed this place but when we were there they had every lane booked and closed off about half of the restaurant for an event. Am a little surprised they will book out all the bowling lanes.

Hello...Im sending this message and hope it gets to someone that can make changes. I brought my family there Sunday. We had never been before. I called and did my research. I even was told they would honor kids bowl free, just let them know michael mauser approved it. So I thought wow, how awesome! I figured this was a good sign this place was going to be so fun! We arrived and waited quite a while to be acknowledged. One was busy and one was on the phone. We were advised to go to the shoe area to figure out we wanted to do. Our intentions were to possibly bowl, play pool and foosball, and some shuffle board. Along with darts, giant jenga, and video games. We also knew the kids were going to order food. We were told the upstairs was closed and we couldnt do many of the things we had planned to do. That was a bummer. Why wouldnt they advise me of this when I called? We decided to make the best of it and do what we could. The kids ordered meals. The 2nd meal took forever to come out and then was burnt badly. I had to get up myself for refills. I also had to search for people to take our order and when I wanted a glass of wine she got me one and then was told I had to find someone else to help me with my food order since she was the manager and had to do shift change. I then had to hunt someone down for that. All in all I was truly bummed how we were served. Im not sure I would come back. I had really hoped for a better experience.

Cool place but the food is overly spicy for no reason. Nice gaming sections. Bartender is nice and accomodating in first floor. He saw that my food wasnt cutting my spicy level of tolerance and offered to switch it free of charge. Reason for 3 stars is limited food selection. Bathrooms were clean.

Always a fun place to go. Better with a group of friends. Alot of space, staff members I have came across are friendly.
