I felt the backup band was better than the two original piano players they were featuring on the night we were there. I felt the staff was subpar. We almost left until the female backup singer and the guitarist started playing the pianos. They were awesome! We would have had food there if it were available and we would have had 6 or more drinks beyond the two we had but in two hours, noone ever came back to ask us if we wanted more drinks and that was very odd to us since it was the only source of income for them.

Really fun place, lots of tables, but still a little cramped. Two bars and servers to make sure you can get a drink, food is okay here, wouldnt recommend dinner, but good for s snack if you over imbibe. Everyone seens to be there to have a great time, good vibes here. Very strict ID policy, make sure to have it with you.

Only went for drinks and entertainment since opening back up. I was served right away with friendly staff and great drinks. They guys on the piano were so much fun and made sure everyone was entertained. if they saw someone in the crowed not having a good time, theyd call them out and try everything they could to entertain them!

Ive never had a bad time coming here. The music choices were fun and the artists are unique and can put their own spin on almost any song you want. How it works: You can request songs, but if you tip the musicians it will guarantee your music will get played. Bring groups or bring a date. I love this place!

What a fun place! I booked my 40th birthday party here and we had a blast! Our server was outstanding and very attentive, and booking through their coordinator couldnt have been easier! The musicians were incredibly talented and put on a great show. I highly recommend Big Bang for your next party!

I visited this location three years ago, but something recently reminded me of it, and I checked to see if the place was still open, and it is! I am glad to see that, because I really had a great time. Based on the reviews, a lot of other people apparently do, as well. Everyone was cool when I was there, the music was great, the drinks were awesome, and the variety rocked. The environment around the bar, near the river, not far from Lake Erie, was awesome. This is a great place to go hang-out on the weekend.If this review helped you, please give me a “like.”

Visiting from Erie, PA. Great to see the Flats lively and energetic! We had a blast here... Singing along with the musicians and the crowd! Bartenders, wait staff, and door people were friendly, attentive, and prompt with their service. Drinks kept flowing and was a night to remember.

This is a great bar! The band is full of very talented musicians and great singers. They know a wide range of music and sing it all well. They play with the same enthusiasm with a small crowd as they do with a full house. If your from out of town and looking for somewhere to go, go here. But get there here early because they start charging $10 cover at 9.

Such talent. The musicians know so many songs from so many genres. And they also play multiple instruments. Lots of fun for anyone over 21. Get there early (8ish) and you are likely to get most any table you want.

The Big Bang Dueling Piano Bar illegally put a bumper sticker on my car. My car was legally parked in the parking lot near this bar. Is taking a giant poo on top of your pianos legal? If it is, I encourage everyone to do that. Otherwise, I will be placing your bumper sticker back on your piano.

We went in for one drink then we were going to check out the other bars but this place was so amazing we stayed all evening!! What a talented group of musicians and the staff went over and above!! Well done!!

Liked the band and the vibe but I dont think there should be the same price cover at 1:30 when the place closes at 2. Or at least tell people youre closing at 2.

The music was great! HOWEVER....after being there for a few hours...they NEVER played my requests which took away from the experience.

Packed and loud (what else do you expect on a Saturday night?), but we had a fun time! Staff and performers are all amazing. Took my in-laws as part of their 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Big Bang was a hit for the whole group - a feat in itself. Cant comment on food, but what a great time! Well definitely be back.

Great atmosphere, friendly people and decent prices. Quick wait staff, clean restrooms, and being able to request songs is a nice touch. If your a smoker, definitely bring a warm coat in the winter. The patio is nice but not much to block the wind and cold. Theres 2 small (very small) gas fire pits out there too.

Horrible experience. We stop by with 6 people. Drinking and having a great time for 2 hours at a table up front. Then the waitress comes up and says they forgot that they were supposed to reserve the table and said we would have to get up and move or be tossed out. At this point there are no available tables in the place. We asked to speak to the manager. Manager came over and said get up or we would be tossed out! The bouncers were apologizing and so were the waitresses. Obviously with no choice left we were forced to leave. Never coming back again.

Most excellent venue for a fun night out in the heart of The East Bank of The Flats!! Also a great place for a private party, happy hour get together, bachelorette party and so much more!! Definitely a gem in downtown Cleveland!

Fun but crowded!!! Women don’t wear shoes that you can’t stand in long. You’ll have fun but plan on standing 99%of the time unless you get there early. We had to stand most of the 2-3 hrs that we were there and were constantly being bumped in to...just think “A night at the Roxberry” .

Soni asked for 2 shots of Patron and the bartender gave me 2 shots of Don Julio and never told me she was upgrading the tequila. I think don is a better grade of tequila, but I ever asked for Don I asked for Patron. She then insisted that she tells people that they dony have patron only don Julio and maybe it was the music that misconstrued the conversation but it was not. She neve told me that I was getting Don instead of Patron.

Went to the Big Bang Cleveland had a fantastic time. Service was excellent, and the couple of guys doing dual pianos were great.

Piano bars are always a great time. This was no exception!

Extremely crowded and difficult to navigate, however that is not the problem, I understand that is what happens at a popular venue. The service was good, music was good, atmosphere was cool.The reason for 3 stars...it smelled like pee in there. No matter where you went, near or far from the bathrooms it smelled like a urinal. Even coming in from outside having a smoke, the smell of urine hit you. Not sure if it was a plumbing issue or if people were just peeing in corners because it was too hard to get to the restrooms.

Fantastic place to just hang out with some friends and grab a bite to eat. The drinks are great as well and after your done eating theres plenty of activities on site (bowling, darts, and pool). Food was cooked perfectly and would highly recommend.

All I can say is, get there early if you want a place to sit. This bar was packed with a line out the door. And for good reason! The dueling pianos are fun to watch and different from anything Ive ever seen.

Had a great time, until one of your servers, skimpy red tank top, dropped one of the shots, one of 30 my group bought tonight, threatened to kick us out for REQUESTING a replacement drink. Unacceptable. Please cross check your service staff for Saturday night, exceptionally rude and unbecoming. I will not be returning. Defining characteristics were disgusting, random tattoos seem through the standard uniform.

This place is fantastic. Went for a graduation party and had a great time. We were able to get a table up front and we put in a request for music. It was so much fun for our group and we had a blast. The drinks were good and the light up glasses make a cute souvenir. The redbull definitely helped as well. They let you dance up on the stage too. Great place to bring your friends for any occasion.

I went on a Friday night at about 9:30pm. It was pretty dead. But the drinks are very reasonable and around 11pm the A-list players came in and the crowd picked up! It was a blast!

Usually a fun time. The more people that are there, the more energy in the house and you can hear it in the band. Normal priced drinks for the Flats. Be sure to bring a group of friends with you when you go.

We got there when they opened, on a Saturday. We had to reorder drinks 4 times because they were out of half the ingredients. Then our food took over 2 hours to get to the table and half the food was cold. Our waitress was awesome but the other services were lacking. And the pianos were not dueling, just playing one song after another. We were severely underwhelmed.

My husband is a dueling piano player and we go to dueling shows every time we are on vacation. Weve been to shows in Vegas, New York, Savannah, Detroit, Florida etc and this place is HANDS DOWN the best dueling piano show weve ever been to. A riot!-Racquel

So fun! Great music, great crowd. There is a cover, though, and the service was slow & they were out of the specialty drinks by 9:30 PM. But, after hopping to 5 other clubs downtown throughout the night, I wish we would have stayed here.

This place is a ton of fun. Its loud and raucous, but if you like to sing along to songs and dance, I highly recommend it. There is a cover charge at the door (though it seems like women mostly get it without one). Drinks can be a little pricey.

One of the servers in the bar told me, “F**** you I was here first” when they were 10 minutes behind me in the drink order. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. Absolutely innappropriate behavior and so unprofessional especially for $10+ dollars a drink. The bars everywhere else in the flats had professional staff and bartenders that were attentive to all their patrons and I will visit everywhere except this place again on my visit. If you take anything from this review please don’t go here on a Saturday night their service is terrible and the managers don’t care about any patrons. I havent had the food, but the atmosphere and crowd are perfect for a small group. The prices are typically expensive for the location, but you arent there to count pennies.

This is a fun place to visit. I enjoyed the different instruments that were used besides the pianos. They had a drum kit and a bass player for some songs. Also they changed up and had singers jump up on the piano to give a new twist to older songs. Our server was good. I didnt eat but everyone seemed happy with the dishes that they received. Im getting old because the sound gets loud from the concrete interior of the building.

On a saturday night. Got there when they opened, had to change what drink i ordered 3 times. Someone else in same party had to do same as well (different drinks than i ordered). Had to pick different bc they were missing some of ingredients to make said drinks. Other party members put order in for food. Waited 2 hours and didnt get food until after complaining 2x about it. Food came out cold soggy and def not worth price spent on it. Some drinks were watery tasting. Only thing cool is the bartender and our server was great. Everything else not so much. Pianos were playing songs back and fourth. Not dueling but by request. 1st time going there and will be the last. I do not recomend this place at all

Its a nice place, the talent is good, but there are definitely better piano bars.

Talented musicians, friendly staff. Expect to see close to zero diversity and a group of drunk girls dancing on stage to every song. $5 cover on a Fri night (not sure it was worth it). Tall Draft beer for $8.50. We were a group of 6 and found a table pretty quickly at around 10pm. Paid $1 with every song request, we probably heard 7/10 played.

The bouncers have ego issues and are pretty unprofessional (I say this as a former bouncer), which is a shame, because this place would be my go to otherwise. Stop hiring hot heads like Allen, and hire professionals, guys.
