Extra clean! A great location, only a few minute walk to the beach. There is a dock you can fish off of. Rooms have a kitchenette so you can fix your own meals. There are 2 grills available to use and a nice seating area outside.

Our 1st stay at the East Shore Resort and we loved it. The unit we stayed in was just perfect and we just could not have asked for more. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bed linens, bath towels and household supplies. WiFi was excellent and parking was the best ever. Resort grounds were immaculate. I think our pictures tell it all. Cannot say enough about East Shore Resort! Appealing to my whole family is nothing short of a miracle, but this is a place that managed it! A vacation that felt like home... on vacation. Perfect location - beautifully and lovingly maintained - classy, with charm and character. Theyve really thought of everything here, and I couldnt be more impressed.

This was our destination for our Honeymoon! A perfect location and a perfect time of year. Our room was Bright, Spacious and VERY clean. We were greeted by the property manager and introduced to the resort on arrival. This resort has a well maintained beautiful pool, a 50 foot dock that you can lounge and fish off of. Full laundry facility and immaculate grounds equipped with all your BBQ needs! No need to bring any pool toys, fishing rods, or bikes, this place has it all! As for location this place is a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy and Pier 60. Overall a prime spot for any couple, family, friends to have an amazing Vacation. The staff treated us like family and made us feel very welcomed. Already re-booked for next year! Definitely would recommend!

We had stayed with a group at Shepherds three times. Discovered ESR 3 years ago for a brief visit and liked it so much. Love the north area of the pier/causeway. Small spot with everything you need. Very nice people. Walking distance to everything or take the trolleys if you want to go further.

Spent a week at this property in November with family. This was our 3rd visit to Clearwater Beach although the 1st time we stayed at East Shore Resort. We chose Unit #5 which has 2 bedrooms. It perfectly accommodated my family of 4 as well as my in-laws.The location is well within walking distance to everything from the many restaurants on Mandalay to the beach and Pier 60. Im a runner so the location also provided a great starting point to run the neighborhoods on the less busy north area of the island.The property is well maintained and beautiful. Pool was excellent. The private dock was cool and enjoyed by all.Inside Unit #5 we found plenty of space to find peace & quiet without ever feeling cramped. The kitchen was adequate enough to reheat meals or whip up a full dinner.We had such a positive experience at East Shore Resort weve already begun to plan our next trip and would not consider staying anywhere else. The staff were helpful and friendly. You wont be disappointed.

We stayed here for the second time in as many years and loved every minute of it. Everything begins with the owners Billy and Terry who are so amazingly nice and genuinely care about their customers. Its almost like visiting fun relatives you havent seen in years. They make you feel at home and its such a welcome aspect that you just dont see much of these days.Susan also is a delight and has a real inviting demeanor. We didnt really get to know any of the other staff, but you can tell that they care in how well kept up the accommodations and grounds are.This place is a hidden gem and dont be fooled by the motel style look. Its really more of a cottage style feel and everything is relatively modern.The location is a little more quiet than other places on the beach and the view of the bay is spectacular. There are great eateries within a couple blocks such as Clear Sky Cafe and the Beachcomber. The beach is only a short walk and ESR provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and even fishing gear if thats of interest to you. If youre on a tight budget, then the kitchens are all well stocked with cookware, dishes, and other amenities so you can dine in with ease. There are also two gas Weber grills available. Its nice knowing that there are really nice laundry machines available for free if needed.Bottom line is that you really wont find a better deal for what you get with ESR and youd be remiss to not give this place a serious consideration.

If you truly want to experience Clearwater Beach the way it should be this is your place.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great location-in the middle of everything(walkable) yet quiet, clean rooms, nice pool. Just a great place for couples especially for some R&R. You can walk to everything. Well-priced-good value.

Perfect, absolutely perfect. Cleanest place I have ever been to. Dock space looks like it was installed just yesterday, so clean and bright.

Nice for price and clean

My family and I just returned from a fabulous stay at Acqualina and, honestly, we couldnt have asked for more! Upon arrival were greeted with a tour of the property and glass of champagne. The managers and servers at AQ were outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
