Loving this job!! The staff is so gracious and kind. Great to work with the kids. They love the train rides and the bunjee right beside the train. Received nothing but love and compliments from the customers too!

Countryside Railroad and Bungee are expertly managed by a young blond woman. Her expertise in operation of both rides, and the ease with which she relates to the children, make it a fun experience for everyone. She is the consumate professional, treating everyone with respect and good cheer. I highly recommend visiting this business with your kids whenever you are at Countryside Mall.

Working at the Train Station has been amazing and above what I expected, the owner and manager always put the customer’s and employees safety first and everyone is always kind and caring towards each other.

Yesterday I was in line for the train with my child. A woman with her son, maybe 2-3 years old was trying to talk to the train driver (blonde female) about a concern of hers. The train driver would not give her the time of day. Constantly avoiding eye contact, pacing around and speaking with a very unprofessional tone when she did say something back to the customer. My child and I got out of the line and continued to shop. I will not support small business if they come with poor customer service.

Working there in the beginning was how any job usually is, getting used to the ropes and learning the rules was normal. But Jay (Business Owner) was completely unprofessional and a tad bit sexist. There is definitely favoritism and he prefers to hire girls because “they’re easier to train or in his words won’t hit on any women that comes to his business with their kids” In my opinion, he was rude, and it was clear that I couldn’t do anything about it. I was told by Samantha (manager) yesterday on the phone if I chose to come back after the Covid-19 closed everything, that Jay was basically going to act the same way and if I didn’t like it, the job wasn’t for me. There is cameras everywhere, and yes he does watch them constantly, which is understandable considering it’s his business. But he takes it a little too far. We used to “share” tips. But I made a big deal about it because nothing was being shared. Jay would give the most tips to his favorites instead of the people who actually worked. So I brought it to Samanthas attention and she worked with us. So everybody got their own tips from that shift. But after I was told that nothing would change I chose to depart from the job. Nobody has to deal with that, especially from an employer.

Wonderful place for children. My 2 kids have been riding the train for 7 years and love it! Both of my children love riding the train through the mall. The owner, Johnny, and all of his staff are friendly and accommodating. Johnny always goes over and beyond to make sure everyone has a wonderful time. I highly recommend this wonderful train ride.

What a wonderful time. We brought our children there and everyone was great with the kids. The kids were begging to go again and again. And the pricing was very reasonable for the experience. Cant wait to go on another ride. Wish I could give 10 stars instead of the 5. Great Job!!

The train at Countryside Mall is awesome, my grandkids love taking rides on it every time we go to the mall. Great value for the price. The train takes you around most of the first level. The entire staff is amazing, very nice and courteous. Highly recommend.

Countryside mall trains have been part of lives for 11 years now. With each new grandchild it is nice to know they will be their to give us some indoor entertainment. We love how the condutors know all of our kids names. Thank you for making the mall a special place to go.

The train is super fun for all ages. The owner is always friendly and cares for his customers and employees very much. My nephew loves the train and always wants to ride it. Always coming back! :)

The train is a lot of fun for the kiddos. The staff are very nice and are always smiling. The owner is very nice and seems to really care about his customers and staff. Very good person.*Update* Ive been working for this company for over a year. Left a manager position elsewhere and got hired at countryside railroad. Johnny has been a great boss. Ive never had a issue with him or anyone else in management. And I know if I did, I am able to voice my concerns with him. I love coming to work because my management team is awesome, and because we have the best customers. Through Covid-19 I was able to reach out to Johnny with any questions and concerns. Im happy to be back to work and I know our customers are happy to see us again!

My girls loved the train and cant wait to go back. They allow the adults to ride with the kids which is great. They had tvs on there to entertain the little ones and johnny the manager was very respectful courteous to the customers. I was told they also had birthday parties where u can rent the train which is awesome. Cant wait to go back. Good prices as well.

Such a wonderful idea for the children! Both my nieces love this mini train in the mall so much! They ride around the mall and wave to people like they are in a pagent or princesses! The best part is it’s relatively inexpensive for the ride time! If you’ve never take your children to ride the train at Countryside Mall I highly recommend you do so! The best part is it’s family owned and operated by a nice man named Johnny. Johnny and his staff always have such a positive attitude and make you feel welcome! Not like some places where you feel that you are inconveniencing the staff that work there!

My kids absolutely love the train! They request to ride every time we are in the mall. They adore Johnny the manager and ask if he is there every time they ride. Great inexpensive experience for the kids and a nice break for mom!

My 4 year old son loves trains so when we saw the train going through the mall he got super excited. We bought a 10 ticket pass and usually go on it during the Christmas season because it’s a little more exciting for him. It takes about 15 minutes and the train goes to the other side of the mall and then back.

My family loves the train. The manager Johnny is very nice and good with kids. My nephews especially love the train and they ask where Johnny is every time.

I am reviewing this as a former employee. This is a terrible place to work at!! Don’t let the pay fool you. The owner is extremely rude and childish. His mentality is “his way or the highway”. For sure not someone who is fit to run a business that is mainly for children. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to work here. Also, on my last day, I did not receive my share of the tips because “I only worked 2 days” but I was scheduled for only 2 days, i was able to work more days than that. I will say, the kids LOVE the train and I was only happy because I was able to make their days.

Very friendly girls that operates the train and my son loves going for rides through the mall, the pricespare very reasonable and Johnny the owners first concern is safety of equipment and customers.

My family has been riding the train for seven years now. We are always greated with kindness and always feel welcomed by all who work there. My special needs brother especiallly loves coming when the manager Johnny is here. Johnny is always accommodating and interacts wonderfully with the kids. The train has become apart of his/our weekly routine and he loves coming every weekend. ️ Plus the rate is unbeatable.

I’ve worked at the train for about 2 years now. It’s awesome here the owner worked with my school hours and makes sure i’m comfortable with the hours I have. Following the businesses rules isn’t hard and it’s a super fun job!

The train is great. Wonderful attraction. The female train engineer was super polite and good with kids. The people supervising. Particularly, Jay, was rude, unprofessional and aggressively verbally abusive. (06-30-18) Terrible person in general. ..... And now a security guard has just informed me. I AM NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES INSIDE COUNTRYSIDE MALL. OR OF PEOPLE... L...O....L...
