My 25 year old daughter and I lived at Wellington Green mobile home park for quite awhile. Our experience was very good ! It’s a very safe place to live. It’s very quiet. The manager, Gail, is an excellent manager. She works with you if you have a problem. She keeps the rules for all of our safety. So with just that little bit said.... We think it’s a very nice place to live and it’s all thanks to the lady who manages it. We thank you for the hospitality during our stay....

Nice quiet place. My Nanaw has lived there for awhile and loves it. Nice neighbors, nice staff, clean park, safe...We love bringing the grandkids over....and that pool ️️️️

Wellington Green is a mobile home community in Clarksville, IN. It is situated very near Wal-Mart and Sams. Also close to several good restaurants and walking distance to an Hispanic grocery store and restaurant. It is well kept.

I have to say that the two intelligent beautiful and amazing women Gayle and Katrina there at Wellington Green are the most amazing nicest understanding Park Manager/assistant managers I have ever met in my whole life and if you want to find a great starter home for yourself or for your family I would highly suggest go to Wellington Green and speak with Gayle about Starting you’re amazing future!!!

We have been very happy with our experience. The facility grounds are well kept, and the home is immaculate. Move in day was a breeze. maintenance issues are resolved quickly and professionally.Gayle has been great to work with.Keep it up. If you are looking for a place to live this is it.

This place is beautiful just dont the people that go out at night a do barbecues it happens so often especially with the neighbours and the trailers are not too bad and also every one here is friendly.

Its a nice clean place to live, you have to follow super strict rules that may not be convenient for the normal size family. You cant park on the street or you will get you car towed, you can only have two cars per lot. We have had to pay money for parking in the street overnight to get moms car out of the impound. They used to have a place for the extra cars to park and they have recently taken that away.

Overall, great residents and most of them take pride in their homes. The rent however has nearly doubled with no incentive to make the lots look better. No discounts for military or seniors. No help in listing low price repairs.no place for more than two vehicles,low noise control but overall not a bad place to live.

Nice, clean, quiet park. Ive seen some people saying the rules are strict but no more than the other places Ive been or lived. Its those rules that keep it the nicest park Ive seen in a long time (& definatly in the top 3 ive ever been to). The maintence and grounds keeper dont slack off. Grass is always cut, pool is always beautifully kept, play grounds and basketball courts are clean and well maintained, trash is picked up, etc. Ive seen the insides of the trailers & WOW! Flawless paint, carpet, counter tops. They do an amazing job at matching all the colors up so it flows and everything compliments each other. Always on the ball when it comes to repairs. Staff is pleasent...I really cant say enough good things about this place. Its a really nice, well kept, pleasent park. Some of these negative reviews are people evicted, dont follow simple rules, and people that were fired, but unfortunately anyone can be petty and leave a review. So take them with a grain of salt. I dont leave reviews often, but i think highly enough of this place to spend my time giving an honest review

I have lived here for 13+years and I love it. Don’t understand why people complain about Gayle. I have had zero problems with her or any of the office personnel. Treat people with respect and you might get it in return

I think it sounds like the owner needs to get RID of Gail!!!!!! I was looking for a place to move a trailer or look at buying and I have read enough to know that I would not ever move there as long as she is the manager! Thanks for sharing so ppl dont get stuck somewhere like that

Mobile Homes HAve Their Own Driveways. Looks More Like Your Home Home....

Went on a Tuesday to hang out in the pool with my niece. Pool needed to be skimmed, there was not one around. I was told that it gets cleaned every Monday. I then noticed those little bugs that can swim underwater. The pool should have been shocked on Monday when it was cleaned. The chlorine level should have been higher. We left, I wasnt about to swim in a public pool with bugs and a low chlorine count.

Well taken care of, clean Didnt look like a trailer trash Mobile Home Park.

Root system from over populated oak trees destroying peoples property and creating an over abundance of leaves.*Should be maintained by the property manager. Fallen limbs cause for concern as they can damage your vehicles and roof.Also they will tow at owners expense, the tow crew comes late at night flying down the road blaring music.Also they will shut off your water randomly, so have a bucket ready.Most lots flood, alot of the driveways flood in pretty inconvenient locations.I saw a pretty good fight there once, it was two latino girls fighting over some guy, my two year old daughter got to see it.All in all 10/10

Is there anyway we can get cars do the speed limit? We have several little kids in the park and it makes me upset that they cant go 10 mph. Also people are not cleaning up after there dogs and letting them run loose. I dont feel like its is a hard request for us residents to follow.

Has definately gone way down hill. Have to wonder if owners even care about up keep. Dirty and over grown.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The owner Gail is as RUDE as they come to tenants who have been here for years!!! She towed my cars WITHOUT NOTICE because they were parked directly in front of my house. We parked 2 cars in the driveway and was told we couldn’t park there because it was “grass parking” even though they were both on concrete. So we move the car, 5 months later she gets both our cars TOWED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!! Doesn’t have the decency to give a notice, letter, knock on the door, nothing. She’s too coward to let you know she’s about to get your vehicle towed for 150 per car or to even do it during the day. I have many, many years in this trailer park (10+ years) and over the last 2 years it has gone straight DOWNHILL. It is VERY unkept. Worried about cars on the street but doesn’t worry about the unsightly trailers that are falling apart, or the grass that grows up to your knees before it gets cut. Rent has gotten raised multiple times over the last year & for what you’re paying it is NOT worth it!! Especially to deal with UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE owner named Gail!!!! I highly recommend to never even think twice about moving here!!!

I was visiting someone here and my car was towed for being parked on the street. I didn’t see any kind of sign warning me about this, but later found out the sign was further up the road, not at all visible from where I was parked. The driveway was full so even if I had seen the sign I would’ve had nowhere else to park anyway. Ridiculous and unfair.

Would not recommend this community for a family. Allows violent felons to live in the community while running off decent families. Dealing with management is not productive.

I worked at this place for 3 Months, The manager Gayle was Rude with me and the residents that lives there. I’ve ran 3 offices and she is NOT manage material.

It is clean,quiet.Easy to get too.Good location if you enjoy shopping. Also a lot of restaurants.

Not very well kept. From the people I know that live there, they are not treated very well. They have all kinds of empty spaces that they just let the grass grow over. It used to be a beautiful trailer park, but has really went downhill!

Speed bumps are too high and your car will scrape going over them at any speed. Neighborhood well kept though.

Do not move there- Gayle Gregory is a liar and loves to start drama. I have personally seen her steal and bully people out of their own trailers with eviction notices. I lived there 27 years and loved it until Gayle became manager she tried to evict me immediately because I cleaned out a shed and had so much I had to do it 2 days early. The judge was flabbergasted and said he had never had a case like this. I am elderly and disabled so the judge agreed to give me 2 months but first he took it under advisement because he was worried about an Appeal. He knew this was a shady trial iIf you dont know this Renters have no rights in Indiana.The owner needs to know a lot about Gayle but people are scared of herGayle knows no one wants an eviction on their court records so this is how she works it.

I just moved in to one of their new mobile homes and I love it here. Very nice neighborhood. Quiet and clean. ️The only bad thing Ive seen so far is at the entrance there are extremely large pot holes that need to be filled in.

This is a very nice, well-kept community. It seems peaceful and quiet.

Just received a letter accusing me of unmowed grass, high weeds, and an unpainted shed. None of these accusations are accurate. Gayle is the property manager and is very unpleasant to speak with. Gayle and her staff appear to be suffering from some type of impairment which directly affects their observations skills. This is not the first time accusations have been made which were false. If you have considered moving here, I would strongly advise against making this place your home. The community is fine and problems with theft or unpleasantness does not exist between the tenants. The management truly ruin the living environment with the poor execution of their responsibilities. I have never caused trouble with anyone and follow the rules, so Im not sure where this unnecessary hate is coming from.

Wellington Green is a nice and clean little community, but what is great was the company I kept while was there.

One of the best mobile home parks Ive been to. The houses and yards are neat and well maintained. I really appreciate all the trees and gardens. Maintenance is responsive and quick to address & fix any issues. My home itself was brand new at move in and was in great condition. The floorplan is spacious and gives us plenty of room. I do wish there was more storage available, but thats a small complaint.

I have only been here 3 Months. This is is my first mobile home . I was lucky enough to purchase a home with the play ground, bs ball court and pool and clubhouse in my back yard. I’m looking forward to summer !Very well up kept homesThe staff has always been wonderful with me. I would recommend!

The management run a dictatorship here. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to move in here.

My mother lived here for 20 years until she passed away the end of December. She left her home to me. I was notified today by Gail, the property manager, that because our credit score is not above 600 we cannot live there. We must keep paying lot rent and mowing the grass but we are not allowed to stay in the home, the home I own. It must sit empty until I can move it to another location. All because of a low credit score. It means nothing that the rent is paid every month or that the yard is taken care of. These people are cruel, despicable and heartless. A five year old will be homeless because of a family low credit score. Gail simply states it is not her concern.

I would definitely stay away from this place. The manager. Is a very hateful person. she allows a lot of felons. And a lot of drug dealers. Go into that community.

Very run down.... Management was not friendly at all... Saw alot of questionable activity going on in the neighborhood. I was interested in purchasing a home here but the park is very run down, the residents do not take care of their places, I drove through it at night to see what kind of activity went down... I have seen questionable people standing around the outside of the park, and dogs that are unleashed running around, I have seen better and safer parks in the South Side of Chicago, where I used to live. The manager, Gayle was not very friendly and her shadow, I believe her name was Tonya? They seem very tight, heard them gossiping about a resident how she will be getting evicted. Found that very unprofessional.... I wouldnt want my manager gossiping about my personal life in front an stranger let alone a resident. NOT cool... But if you want to live in a hood style neighborhood ... then this place is for you!
