This is a mobile home park that has opened up to RVs and tiny homes. For our travel trailer the sites are well spaced and many are shaded. Or you may want a space that is not shaded and avoid all the branches and goo dropping on your RV and truck. Management may or may not be in the office during posted hours but they will know if you drive over 15 MPH. We picked a site next to the woods that was lovely, but because these were mobile home sites there was a long distance between the electrical post and the sewer. We needed to buy a 50 Amp extension cord that was not cheap. There is inexpensive Internet available there. We thought it was a good experience for the three or four months we stayed there. For someone moving to Clarksville for a new military assignment or job I recommend it.

This place is great! A wonderful place to park your fifth wheel, motorhome, etc... long term! They allow sheds, skirting, etc.. Lot rent is inexpensive, and the community is very friendly. We love living here.

Nicely secluded

Great little Mobile Home. Lived here for almost 10 years the first time. Connie, the manager is a very considerate, kind, helpful person. Will go out of her way to help in any way. But, she is strict when needed. Follow the community rules and youll have no problems. Just moved back after a few years away and it was like I never left. She bent over backwards to help me get back. Couldnt be more thankful especially in my dire need of needing a place to live ASAP. Cone check it out. Most off, it a quiet, safe and friendly area. Kid friendly as well.

I like this place. Everyone has been friendly and its a super cheap place to live in your RV for a few months.

Stayed in my RV here wouldnt return my deposit!!! Beware!!!

The manager is a joke... She is a down right mean and cold hearted. Very rude. She thinks her trailer park is Disney World. Dont move here or ever even walk in the door.
