I dont live here but I have friends who do and it looks like its a pretty decent mobile home park.

Upset as we were told that they would approve our application as long as we passed the background check and after a few days I was told we were denied because of our credit score, then was told they didnt allow a co-signer. Was gonna buy a home out right for cash. We were looking forward to living in this beautiful park. So upset.

The manager of this Mobile park just threatened me, he chased me around the park in his black SUV and scared the hell out of me while making a delivery. I tried to make a delivery and didnt try to seek out such a physchotic situation. I had to call the police on this phycho to resolve the issue.

Wonderful people to work with at the office. Mike and Vicke thank you so much for getting us in and being so nice as we go through the set up process. Nice to know my Son will be in a nice Community.

Too many damn speedbumps

Severe mold issue on most of the homes especially 271 & 242 Ridgeview Drive also most need roof coating, looks horrible towards the back & the geese have seriously taken over, was going to purchase for this park due to privacy but decided it was too nasty. I feel for my friends living in the park !!!If you say anything to the park managers they never do anything about it !!!The only thing they seem to care about is the speed limit which is ridiculous at 10 MPH, on cruise a vehicle goes over 10 MPH !!!

Great place to live if you want a well run park where the managers dont put up with any nonsense

Super friendly ladies in the office. No worries about my motorhome while at work - everyone I met while out walking was friendly. Prices were better than everyone else within 50 miles. Ill stay here again.

Very well kept mobile home park. Quiet neighborhood with a couple of small lakes to enjoy.

This was a very affordable place to stay, didnt really have any complaints. It was affordable and there was a section with alot of RVs so it was more like a camp ground with huge lots. Plenty of room for parking and its a great location if youre working in Louisville at a car plant. Make sure to have the good Sam it will pay for itself in two week.

I liked the fountain. They also had a lot of trees for shade. The speed bumps really helped slow down traffic.

Nice neighborhood.

Kinda a run down trailer park but good friends living there so that made it okay.

This place is a joke. I did an application after agreeing to purchase a mobile home from and individual for 6500 cash. Have the funds to purchase available. They said i had to many derogatory credit line... Ok i explained i am in the process of divorce and moved here from Florida. Give a single father of 3 a chance i make 6000 a month i can easily pay the 346.00 a month remember Ive already paid for the mobile home in cash. Smh good luck to all those who apply.

Ive read a lot of negative post about this place but decided to judge for ourself and i would say its a very nice place we travel for work with our fifth wheel camper they had full rv hook up and friendly people...for those who complain about the management and the speed limit it is 10mph and kids are playing everywhere so if you dont wanna be told to slow down then just obey the speed limit we were there for 3 months and never had the water shut off so im not sure why all the negative complaints only problems we had was with the neibor driving thru our yard and that situation was taken care of we would stay there again if ever back in Clarksville Indiana

Quiet and the lakes are just a bonus if you like to fish or just feed/watch the ducks. Some people are just slobs. Yes slobs are everywhere tho.

Not bad but need to do better about goose poop clean up. Plus the high traffic sound.

It is a nice clean mobile home park with lakes throughout duck live in the small lakes it is a quiet community.

This is nothing like the show trailer park boys so if you expected that, youll be REALLY upset and cry and maybe pee your pants a little...

Nice place to reside, good clean areas well kept and the people are quiet decent,cost of living is fair and its very convenient and close to anything or anywhere you need to go!

They honestly dont deserve a star at all. Ive had family in here for years and have constantly been harassed. You like water? Well then DONT live here! The water gets shut off at least 3 times a month for multiple hours. There is pot holes every where. You are constantly profiled and watched when it comes to driving even when doing the speed limit. Ive almost been hit by numerous impatient drivers trying to get home. The place easily floods when it rains. Im not talking a couple inches. Im talking a foot or two of water. They dont salt or brine or even plow in winter. So many of us get stuck on the roads. and then get yelled at for not being in a parking spot. There have been multiple cases of drug busts in the back of the park. A little girl just died last year in here because of her abusive parents. And they run background checks on everyone so they say. My friends refuse to come here because they get accused of doing 30mph through the park. You cant even change a tire at your lot. When they have something to say to you they dont pick up a phone and call you. They leave notes on your door. Seriously. Dont live here. Its not worth the trouble. I fell for the happy smiling faces first too. The list just goes on and on...

The roads are full of potholes, the management will harass both residents and guests alike (seriously, they flagged down the pizza guy and told him to leave), and the rent just goes up and up. Seriously, the rent jumped almost $50 this year, and they cut back on the services they provide (you now get charged $25 per week for each extra trash can you place at the curb). Moving soon, and happy to be out!

I really liked this mobile home park/ rv park because its so close to the mall and other shopping centers . The rv sites were nice and lots of space . The trash bins for the sites an in handy also .

People are nice and the lakes are fun to fish in as long as you have permission

God forbid you find yourself in Clarksville, Indiana in need of an RV spot... youve got 2 choices: Add-More, and Silver Lakes... both of them sub par and over priced. Both options will probably be more than youve EVER paid for an RV spot in your life... especially in a place as horrendous, meth-infested and inbreed as Clarksville.Ive been full-timing for close to 10 years, and Silver Lakes is very near the bottom of the list of desired places to stay.Expect to pay close to $500 per month for a spot a stones throw from the interstate... children playing outside literally cannot hear each other over the roar of the automobiles thundering by.The RV spots are also adjacent to a DOT highway lot, so expect the scent of asphalt and the clank of dump trucks 24/7.When it rains, it floods, and you WILL HAVE standing water underneath your RV for days and weeks at a time - no joke. You WILL track an enormous amount of mud into your RV... but walmart is close and carpet cleaners are affordable.Do you like running tap water? Well at Silver Lakes you get to pay an additional $92 per month for it! Also not a joke... and the price goes up every 10 months or so. Oh, and it isnt always turned on... Over the past month its been TURNED OFF at least once per week ALL DAY LONG.Do you want pipes that dont freeze? Well you will need to supply your own pipe heater to thaw the parks pipes, because they wont provide thawed pipes for you... another DIY project.When its time to pay rent, dont expect an invoice on your door, but do expect to pay late fees when they neglect to put said invoice on your door.Can I say any other terrible things about this awful place? Probably... but Im too busy planting grass around my RV... thats right, you get to plant your own grass seed too! Sure, its supplied by the park for free, but the actual landscaping is up to you. Its to cut down on the excessive mud created by the standing water - which, BTW, is contaminated by the leaky sewer that keeps creeping up out of the ground into the standing water puddles... great stuff!!!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!If you are a seasonal Amazon employee, tell you supervisor that you do not want to stay here at Silver Lakes... in addition to hating your job, you will hate your time off there. Im so happy to be gone!
