This is the first time I’ve gone to this store. Upon entering the store I was greeted by employee “Joy”. Her high energy and happy attitude made me feel like we’re friends.I actually enjoyed The experience. If I need anything in the future from Boost Mobile, I will drive out of my way just to work with Joy. What a nice person.

Beautiful place, too many rules little to no activity, excluding turkeys. More of a turkey sactuary, than a friendly community atmosphere...

Best 55 and above mfg. home development in the area. Laid out beautifully, pit set homesites, lake, clubhouse, numerous activities.

Senior living at its best. My mother in law loves it here.

I do some work for a lady that lives there. She is recovering from an accident. She was telling me people are very upset because they dont have water again. The pipes are old and they need to be replaced. The park itself is very pretty and well taken care of.

Quiet friendly 55+ older modular home living. Beautiful kept grounds. Great pool and hot tub. Library and dance floor for additional amenities free at clubhouse. Security gates.

Y daughter lives there. Shes very satisfied with and enjoys the various activities. Also there is a small lake with ducks and I saw an egret while there.

Stay away from this park! I have just recently had an awful experience with them in trying to purchase a home within the park and were treated extremely unfair with no respect whatsoever. Their park policies/rules have a lot to be desired, and the management within the park and corporate office are extremely rude, disrespectful and uncooperative. I would definitely do some investigation first and think twice before purchasing a home within this park! They take extreme advantage of the elderly and have extreme pleasure in harassing people to get what they want.

The club house was great and loved the duck pond and the wild turkeys.

Lakeview Village is probably the prettiest mobile home park in Ca. Beautiful trees, wonderful turkeys. Its a 55+ community, very peace-filled and quiet.

My friends had a language class graduation and this was the perfect place for our group. Music and dancing, but we could still talk and be heard. The acoustics are good here.

Nice neighborhood with some very nice mobile homes. At some of them, I almost forgot these were mobile homes. You will always meet the angry old person who is busy meddling in everyones business except his.

We were here to visit a friend, it is a very nice place that seems to be quiet and well cared for.

Great community filled with friendly elderly people. Great little pond with ducks, geese and turtles. I had a duck eat cheerios right out of my hand.

Nice Mobile home park with wide streets, newer homes, a lake, lots of wildlife and the park is well-maintained.

Only bad thing is theres to be security at the gate again so if you have an emergency when the gates closed and u dont have the code u can get in before someone dies

Quiet and safe with good landscaping

We have been living here for three months now. We like it a lot! It has beautiful commons area and a small lake that are all well tended. The residents are quite friendly. The only downside of this place is that I-80 is a little less than a mile away and the traffic noise level is sometimes unpleasant, depending on the wind direction and the amount of traffic.
