Traveling full-time in a 42-foot coach we have stayed here three-times over the past two years. This park is 98% full-time mobile home residents and not really set-up to accommodate big RVs. The last time we stayed here, the rear end of our RV sank down one foot into the pavement. The bottom of our diesel engine came two inches from landing on the pavement. This park does not allow medium or large sized dogs, plus theres no place to walk your pet. We had AT&T phone service here and it worked great. Your satellite will likely not work because of all the large trees.

Not all trashed actually a quaint little place. In the center of traffic hell. But upside is its really close to stores and the freeway

Amazing environment created. A tiny oasis in the middle of the city. Reasonable space rent and down to earth residents. Its very open and clean and feels like...Florida happy vibe. Honestly Im so pleased to have found my elderly father a great little home imside this park.

I just love this mobile home park, it’s been here many many years I can think of at least 50. Neighbors are very friendly and keep an eye out for one another. Located in a very safe neighborhood

My Mother-in-law has lived here for several years, made great friends and awesome memories.

I know an elderly lady that lives there and she thinks its great. Having been in the park on many occasions, I can attest the park is very well maintained.

Management, 1☆. Ive lived near by for many years. A couple of neighbors moved in there, and back out after 3 months. Managers of these, usually have to deal with SOME bottom feeders. Not a good job. This park has been there for ever. They must be doing something right.
