Saved me from being homeless a couple nites very sm place and quiet which was exactly what I needed

Excellent place to live. Quiet and off of the main road gives you the #backwoods feel. New management and owner are making improvements all the time.

I live here. One of the biggest Lots I am probably the second nicest trailers in here however this park needs help most of these homes in here are unlivable and abandon the owner is having me fix them up one at a time but could use more handy people or affordable contractors to help with some of these so they can livable and rented out keep this in mind as we need to get this place fixed up and filled with residence

The park started as and ideal place to live on a temporary basis. A few months in, the mysterious owner signed a new park manager. A tenant, Ill refer to as Prick, with absolutely zero managerial experience took over. An older man and his tyrannical, shut-in wife. They began harassing me every single day. He parks his miscellaneous trucks all around the park, one in my yard and a couple in empty lots. The wife sat outside of the defunct laundromat just to spy on my family. They walk across my lawn on a daily basis to throw their garbage into a trash pile literally inches from my property-line. Ive had enough with these people.

Any place can be called it’s how you choose to help change the environment an be community

If a zombieapocolypse occurred and all of humanity was washed away. . . this is what youd have left. Worse than a dump, this place makes projects across the city look like Beverly Hills 90210. Somehow I wasnt sure I was still on Earth or even really in the states upon entering here. Texas Chainsaw Massacre meets Michael Myers meets Friday here. Genuine dump and wow what a dump. Road or driveway doesnt exist and the roaches are the landlord.

What are their prices like?

Making a lot of changes. New management and hands on owner. Cant wait to see this place in 6 months!

Great little community, recently changed ownership, the new owners are working very hard on making changes and improvements. Be friendly and you will be treated well

In the time since I have posted my last review I have been back by and seen it again and what I have saw shocked me no improvements have been done in fact it seems like the whole park is slipping backwards from where it was. They seem to longer have a maintenance guy to get the place back to right and they seem to be getting more shady with their trailer deals.

Drove to visit this place for myself and it was very run down and scary!! Nobody would pick this place to live unless they had no choice!Sorry Charlie or whoever gave this more than 1 star. I dont know anything about this place except what I have seen

Owner needs to learn better people skills.

Beware travellers who need a place to park their rv for a night. Youre better off to park in a Wal-Mart parking lot then go there. Last weekend, after too many hours driving, we decided we needed to stop and sleep the night & I googled rv parks Cincinnati Ohio & this place was the first to pop up - clearly advertising that they are a Rv park who respect people travelling. The woman said yes, she has an opening for the night. When we got there, not only is it a very depressing place, but the woman parked us over a bed of broken glass and leaves. There was so much glass of all different types, that we spent an hour picking up as much as we could. I was very worried about blowing a tire on the road with our pets on board with us, adding another worry to the list when youre travelling. I found it disgusting that the owner would not take pride in her park enough to pick up glass that could potentially ruin a trip and put travellers in danger. Im a firm believer that it doesnt matter what you do for a living; as long as you do it well. Its a concept that the owner of this park obviously doesnt believe in. So if youre travelling..... KEEP travelling, dont stop there. Also, there was also so much noise around us that we slept only 3 hours and then left, deciding to take our chances with the deer and the drunk drivers than the likes of that place. Some worries when travelling are necessary. Blown tires because of other peoples neglect shouldnt be one of them.

To any travelers STAY AWAY to any renter Be ready to pump thousands into your trailers this park is a turd the park management doesnt do anything about any important stuff like sewage and electric problems but if a flower needs planted they are on it
