Very peaceful area it was hard to get in contact with someone during the hours of service

Easy to find. Friendly neighbors. All the amenities you need. Walmart, Burger King, McDonalds, Menards, etc., are all very closeby.

Never got back to my email. Not good for business considering I had a business opportunity for them. Owell their loss.

I mean does anyone work in the office? Two days in a row numerous calls, no one answers! A friend of mine is desperately looking for a lot and no one is around, but your advertisement says your open?

This park is extremely quiet, safe and friendly. The management team is very kind and friendly. A wonderful place to stay while in the Cincinnati as we are close to interstate, shopping and medical facilities.

Dump

My only complaint is that they never answer the phone. They say they’re there Monday- Friday from 9-5 but you can never get them on the phone.

I have a few things to say about this rv campground and none of it nice! This place is a dump - for the $50.00 for one night all we got was 30 amp. There are no showers, no laundry, didnt find a water hookup, no dumping station, no one on site, had to pay over the phone with a cc and then received a receipt via e-mail. Not a good way to do business. The place might be ok for storing things - that part is fenced in and secure. This is the worst we have ever seen and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Actually it shouldnt even be on the list of RV parks!

If youre looking for the bottom of the barrel security, this is the place. Cameras conveniently dont work during or after trailers are broken I to, half the lot has a security fence, but the other side of the fense does not, and any kind of customer service is non-existent. Price used to be decent, but it goes up every year for the same deteriorated lot.

I had a friend who lived here and I visited on several occasions. I would not recommend Hidden Valley. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the location is good - close to the lovely City of Blue Ash as well as easy access to major routes and shopping. The property, however, is very poorly maintained.One resident whose RV was still pictured on the Hidden Valley website as of December 2016 proactively enhanced the look of his lot with extensive gardening, a storage shed, decorative stones, etc. My understanding is that one day, in the area surrounding his RV, he was spraying weeds that management had repeatedly ignored and they promptly evicted him with no attempt to amicably resolve any misunderstanding or confusion. Its unfortunate that they seem to have treated him in such an arbitrary and draconian manner yet continued to use the picture of his RV and lot to give a favorable but now highly inaccurate impression of the community,

I thank that its the best rv park in Cincinnati.
