This place would get a higher rating if they would update the internet providers in this joint!!!!!! I dont get 5 Mbps in here. I get 1 mbps. I cant do much with that. They wont allow us to have Spectrum internet services. I dont know why. I guess Cincinnati Bell has monopolized this complex. I heard the previous owners had some lawsuit against Time Warner so thats why Spectrum is not allowed here. I dont understand why. Spectrum has way faster internet speeds and better internet connections then Cincinnati Bell at a cheaper price. Cincinnati Bells internet takes forever to run in this place because we are at the bottom of the hill so it makes it even slower. Why am I and other residents forced to take these slow expensive internet speeds when there is another better cheaper option out there???? Thats not fair we are forced into these outrageous expensive fixed prices. I hope this gets resolved in the future.

We have lived here for a year and have m never had any problem with management. The rules are clearly written on the lease and fair. If you dont like them then dont rent here. One family is being evicted due to the chaos and domestic violence in that home and that person left a negative review. No this mobile home park is not filled with drug user or dealers. The management makes certain that the park is clean. They expect you to cut your grass and not have broken blinds hanging in your windows and thats reasonable. The rental rates are reasonable and the units spacious and all they rent are recently new.

Lived her three years they cant keep manager maintenance never gets fixed. Dont move here worst mistake I ever made

When my family decided to move here was a nice place to live. But the moble home park to a turn for the worst. Because we my family on a monthly income. The new manager does not what to work with you at all. We had a freind of the family we refer back in October who moved here and have not fix anything in is mobile home for 2 months now.

Management dont care sewage has been drawing into Creek behind 9028 Brookside Dr. Cant keep maintenance. Called water works they said calling EPA hopefully this gets fixed soon it stinks from raw sewage

If you have pets dont even consider this place. Our dog wasnt on the banned breed list but after a year of having her the manager missidentified her breed (without ever meeting the dog) and said we had to rid of her. At the time there was 3 other dogs of the same breed living in this park.

Terrible and they rip u off the prices are so high u may as well just buy a house they should really feel bad for the way they do there residents

I live in the trailer park & contrary to popular belief it is a pretty quiet and nice community!

Some people here think its OK to curse at 3,4, and 5 year olds when there are playing im the street and in the woods next to the street.then the person who breaks it up gets wrote up and the people defending their child. People need to realize that its not OK to curse at small children and think you can get away with it.everything was smooth here until this person moved trailers and cursed at my child.even management said this person is a hand full.yet she stays to irritate people.

Starting to clean the place up also updating some of the services fairly quite place to live

I live here, and have for two years, always pay rent on time, rarely call the office, only have a handful of time for them to take care of plumbing problems and most recently my AC unit.The office is extremely rude and slow to take any sort of action, I still have a gaping hole in my backyard from last year for a plumbing problem, which took them months to sort out. In the mean time they left a huge truck and trailer parked in one of my two parking spots for weeks.It is the middle of July and I have 3 kids 5 and under, its been two weeks since our AC unit went out. They gave us a horrible room AC unit which does almost nothing, it is 90 degrees in my house and has been for about 2 weeks. When we called the office to see whats going on the woman there was incredibly rude and would not give us a date that the job would be done on, only saying The part had been ordered.If they had gone with a real heating and air company the job would have been done last week, but to save a buck they order through some company that has to ship the part here.Awful, awful, awful, customer service. Find another place to live, these people just want your money and hope they done have to do any work to keep your place (their property) liveable.

If you need something repaired good luck they just give you a its a new trailer its going to take time but generally they move out before it gets fixed one maintenance guy for for trailer parks kind of funny in it

There are issues here, but the on site manager is trying to clean house. There are a few people that embody the typical trailer park mentality.

They really put the trash, in trailer trash, and everywhere else but the can.
