Let me start by giving kudos to all the talented performers.I have read other reviews that say things like amateur hour etc. This is not the case. In my opinion, this is a high caliber show filled with talented performers. The theater is small and intimate. I dont think there is a bad seat. Our seats were near the front and great.

Very disappointed with this event. Not what I expected at all! We attended the event in Chicago at the YBar.Positives:1. James, the host welcome us once we got in the establishment and provided information as how the hour will run.2. Sasha the main Drag Queen was very entertaining.Negatives:1. The event took place at a different location not listed on the website.2. When we arrived the staff was still setting up things. Drag Queens we’re just coming in to get ready for the show.3. We had VIP tickets but were sat on metal office chairs.4. The show started 15 minutes late and ended five minutes before the set ending time. It was supposed to last for one hour.5.The event was tailored to bridal showers and birthdays. All the guest except us were women. Never been in a drag queen show were there were not gay guest6. Only three Drag queens performed.7.The performers were not very talented. Not great lip singers or dancers. I have seem much better performers at a night club.8. Over priced for the quality of the show

I did not know what to expect, so I read a few of the reviews. Dinner was not bad, the performances were good and they have lots of audience participation. We placed bingo, I laughed so hard until I almost busted a gut. We had a group of 8 with reservations. It was my girlfriends birthday and this is where she wanted to come. The drinks, yes, very much on point. I say come check out the review and see for yourself.

Had a great time here celebrating my birthday with two girlfriends. We attended Sunday brunch, it was a show tunes theme. The staff was very efficient in ensuring your food orders were promptly taken, and the bottomless drinks were flowing. For an extra $15, the birthday girl got a crown, brownie, and an on stage photo with the host ginger snap. The food here was decent, menu wasnt complicated. We all ate the chicken and waffles and they were tasty.

Um what! i cant believe i havent reviewed this place yet! i went twice - several months ago and it was AWESOME.The show is awesome - the queens are really nice and hilarious. They almost always give each table a free shot or 2. Both times Ive went Ive gotten free shots.Ive been once for drag-queen bingo and once for Divas night or something - both times were fun - if you win a game of bingo or answer some random questions right during other nights, you get a prize - last time i won a gift certificate for brunch at some other other restaurant!

We had lots of fun! I know other people have complained about cancellations and venue changes, so Ill share my experience - the show that we originally bought tickets for was indeed cancelled, but someone contacted me about it far in advance and let me choose any other date I wanted. Then when we got to our rescheduled show, we discovered they had put us on the VIP list for free, so that was pretty nice. There was also a venue change for our show, but someone called me and left a voicemail about it and also texted tons of info, so that was really not an issue at all. The venue was cool. My only complaint about the show was that it was a little bride-heavy and they did a bit that was a little too long with all the brides who were there for bachelorette parties. But the drag queens were cool, and one in particular was the best - I dont remember her name but I think she did Vogue wearing a tie. Id definitely do it again.

This place is wicked awesome. The drag queens are so sweet and enthusiastic all the time. All Beef Patty!! Unfortunately I missed their performance since I came late. Other than that, I love the whole setting of the place. The bathroom is so cute and clever. A question mark instead of a male/female sign? Cuteee! However, the food isnt that great, guess the performing makes up for it. But I would definitely come back again for another gathering, hopefully I wont miss the show again! Id recommend this place for females if theyre into drags and such, perfect for birthdays, parties and ladies night!

I found a dinner and show deal which turned out to be perfect because the restaurant was in the same location as the show. Made things easier for us so we didnt have to travelThe show overall was funny and very entertaining. Some of the divas were more energetic than others. Some actually look like the person theyre impersonating. Back up dancers were on point and fab!

These guys were great! Even the men in the audience were getting into it. We sat right by the stage, great seats. They each played two people, so it lasted about 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. Worth the money.

Wonderful time at this drag queen show, me and a group of friends were visiting Chicago and looking for something to do and Stumbled upon the drag queen dinner show and I’m really glad we did because we had the best time out of all the places we visited while we were in Chicago. I have seen drag shows in New York City and other cities and this one actually surpassed all of them. Really funny show an amazing performances

Celebrated my sons 21st birthday at Diva Royale last night and we all had an amazing time! Food and drinks were great and the queens put on a fabulous show. A special thank you to our gorgeous server, Ruby Roo, and the exquisite Morgan Royal, for making this such a fun birthday celebration! Cant wait to go again!

Not sure where these positive reviews came from, because to me the whole thing came off as a big scam. Where do I begin? First of all, the ticket was $75 for the show and a three course meal. The tickets said doors open at 6:30. There was a last minute venue change. We showed up at 6:30 and the doors were no opened. We had to wait at least 15 minutes outside on a very hot and humid day. Then when we finally get inside, we are told we cannot sit in the “VIP” area which consisted of a bunch of folding chairs. Instead our group had to sit in an area behind a giant pillar where we couldn’t see the stage. Then “dinner” was finally ready. It was cold and tasteless. The show was average and we were rushed out the door after and hour in favor of bachelorette parties there is see a strip show.

All I can say is WoW these drag queen performers blew us away with their celebrity impersonations. The host was absolutely hysterical and how does laughing from the time we got there until the time we literally walked out the door. You could tell how much effort these drag queens put into their performances, their costumes and they must have rehearsed these acts a hundred times before performing them because they actually looked like the celebrities they were impersonating and did not miss a beat in the song that they were singing. This is by far the absolute best drag queen show Ive ever seen and the food here is absolutely amazing.

We had a ball last night watching these divas put in an amazing show. Every single one of the divas showed up and showed out. I loved every bit of it and the dancers where sexy and full of energy. My favorite of the night had to have been the end...What Makes A Man by Charles Aznavour. To sit and watch through a mirror as a drag queen comes out in a stunning gown, sits down at a dressing table with a lighted mirror and through the mirror the crowd can see what is happening. Slowly the dress is removed, the wig, the makeup and then the diva begins to transform back into a man before our very eyes. It was quite breathtaking and humbling. And out emerges this man who had the body of a male ballerina.

The decor was fabulous. Definitely will go back again and again! Bring plenty of $$$ so you wont cry when you see the check-definitely worth it.

The staff and hunks were very friendly and accommodating even with a venue change at the last minute. However, we really wanted to see a drag show and paid full price VIP but got less than an hour of a show. We were surrounded by bachelorette parties and the male dancers seemed to take priority over the drag show. Wish I would have known that because the show I paid for wasnt worth the money.

I have never been anywhere like this. A Drag Queen Brunch, whaaaat fun. Plus they do a cool show of various Broadway musicals. These girls PERFORMED. The food was good too. We all had chicken and waffles. Dont judge us. Lol. I must say my waffle was cold and the service was a little slow. BUT It was packed in there and we all had a good time. Yes I will go again. This is a great place to go with the girls. The Queens come in the aisles and make you part of the show. If youre shy, so what come have a good time. If its your special day, they will call you on stage and take pictures. Come check it out.

This was my first time ever to drag queen show, I attended with a group of ladies from my job that just wanted to get away from the everyday of husbands and childrens LOL we decided to go see this drag queen Dinner Show because a friend of ours had celebrated her birthday here and told us that it was absolutely wonderful and that the food was actually awesome as well. I especially want to say thank you to the person who guided us to our seats from the door because she was so funny and made us feel so welcome from the start. When the show started we realized that the person who checked us in at the door and ushered us to our seats was actually the host for the evening which I think is amazing that she actually took the time to greet everyone and meet everyone and set the tone for the evening. I just want to say thank you to all those drag queens that put on these phenomenal performances you can tell that they worked hard to make this show a great one.

Everything is handle really quickly, not rushed but they take care of all the tables right away. Since the waitress are also the entertainment. They do various songs from broadway show during Sunday Brunch. They make the audience a big part of the show so dont be shy. It was something new for all of us and we had a wonderful time because those ladies showed up and showed out. Boy oh boy do they entertain, Queen Empress the closing act has to be the show stealer by far.The whole experience was a great time and a cool switch up from the typical brunch or bday celebration.

This place was HILARIOUS.HILARIOUS.HILARIOUS.My friend used to work at Arte Pasta next door, and I would go in to have a drink as they were closing up and she kept telling me about Diva Royale. Well we actually went in for a bit before going to the EV to drink, and let me tell you, the smell of makeup is so thick, so absolutely suffocating I couldnt help but laugh my ass off. I swore I could see foundation just floating in the air.

I planned a bachelorette party here for a friend of mine and we all had an amazing time! It is always very stressful to plan something for many people because there is the pressure to please everyone, but I didnt have to worry because Diva Royale did exactly that! The performers were lively and created a really fun atmosphere right away. Our entire table was singing along to the music and dancing in our seats. The drinks were excellent and the service was fast. Because the girls were all friends with the bride and not necessarily with each other, I was really happy with how fast everyone bonded during the show, which was so easy to do since we were all having so much fun with the performers!Should I need to plan a bachelorette party in the future - or if I just want a crazy night out! - I will definitely be back here!

They changed the location of the show at the very last minute and the location did not have food only drinks. So me and my bridal party were inconvenienced and the person I talked to on the phone was not even apologetic or accommodating. Should’ve went to Hamburger Mary’s.

Okay ladies- this is so much fun. I would highly recommend going here for a special event- bachelorette, marriage, divorce, birthday celebrations! They will help you celebrate it in many special ways! It is a restaurant offering Italian food. It is a $15 min per person. I am told the food is really good. When I went I had the frozen Cosmo and the flourless chocolate cake. It was amazing! The cosmo was so strong I was wasted after 2! Then the show began. Each of the drag queen waitresses do their own show involving the patrons. We sat downstairs, Im not sure if theres a show upstairs or not. The interior is very bright and bedazzled.

We made plans for the Broadway Brunch for our friends bachelorette party, based on recommendations from another friend. Ive been to drag shows at clubs and once for a dinner show, so I had an idea of what to expect. What I wasnt expecting was for the food to be good; I figured we pay for the show moreso than the quality of food. It was a pleasant surprise. I had the salmon eggs benedict (called the Sister Act on the menu), and our entire group opted for bottomless mimosas for only $6 extra. The mimosas are delicious and someone came by impressively fast to make sure the pitcher stayed full. For $10 you can order a shot that comes in a novelty shotglass shaped like lips. Theyre for taking home !The decoration is really fun without being trashy. Chandeliers hang from the walls, and lots of the decoration makes it feel Alice in Wonderland themed. The show is tons of fun and the girls are so talented and pretty. For $15, we paid to have our bride to be go on stage, take a shot, and get a picture with Ginger Snap in an Annie costume. She was given a tiara to wear the entire time, and got to take that home in addition to the light up shot glass her drink came in, and a printed photo with a nice frame.
