We were invited here for a members only event.What a fun place to bowl, play pool, ping pong, or hang out and have a drink with friends or something to eat.The decor is neon modern and has a vintage vibe to it. Lots of colors and neon.Had so much fun bowling, prices are reasonable and the lanes are in great shape. The bowling balls from Lucky Strike, unfortunately, were really beat up, but the rental shoes were in really great shape. The 18 bowling lanes are modern and technologically up to date.We played a few games of pool too, there are a lot of tables here, 11 tables total, you should not have to wait for one.Food prices are reasonable, but drinks are a little on the high side.With all the options available for fun, Luck Strike is truly an entertainment complex for the whole family.

Tons of fun! Great variety of games. You buy a card with points. Mist games are 3 to 10 points. You even win tickets for playing games and will earn prizes.

My son was invited to a party here, however I had homework and was on a deadline. They accommodated me with a booth towards the back ,water and French fries while the boys partied for a few hours. The playlist they had playing was perfect for me and I was able to write my paper. They were able to bowl and patronize the arcade across the hall, freely. The staff were both friendly and on point throughout the night. My next visit will definitely be for pleasure; I love to bowl!

We went bowling to The Lucky Strike for my Husbands birthday last year and we had a blast. The prices are very affordable for being downtown, this place is huge and their equipment is very good, they have servers that will serve you drinks and food if you want to eat and drink while bowling, we had burgers and buffalo wings and we definitely had a great time.

So very many activities!! You have to pay to play, but its loads of fun for everyone. If youre into bowling, arcade play, watching sporting events in public, fried food usually served in a basket etc. LUCKY STRIKE has got all that jazz

I came here to see the Mayweather fight and a Halloween bash a few years ago. There’s a movie theater downstairs - billiards, bowling and the bars are upstairs. If you don’t feel like going to Kings in Rosemont then this is the place to be. The wings are good

Fun place to bowl with freinds. Went for the taste of Sreeterville, over 10 restaurant were showcasing a dish to sample. Nice, although would like to come back and bowl next time. Look like lots of fun.

Pretty decent place, located in the downtown AMC building on 2nd floor. We were party of 5 booked bowling alley for an hour. Prices are not very expensive, the thing which we loved is the neon lighting on the bowling alley.Huge space, they have a dining area, darts, pool tables and ping pong.In terms of food enchiladas were really good, tasty guac, bad pizza though (we tried margherita).Friendly servers, quick service over all nice place to hangout with a group.Bowling balls were too rugged, too much of wear and tear very old real improvement required in that area.

Food was great. Service was excellent. Our lane had obvious ridges and didnt look recently oiled. I dont like games of skill turned into games of chance. Maybe Im expecting too much from family lanes.

Upon entering were told that there would be a 45 minute wait to bowl. We then sent to set that up and found that there wad no wait.Once we started bowling we tried to order food. We were told that the kitchen wasnt taken orders because they were backed up. No one ever came over to our table. Attitudes were rude, but we stayed because we had teenagers with us and this was family oriented stop.

I had lot of fun at this place. Food is super good and staffs are really professional.

I really miss this place

Bowling, pool, ping pong, arcade, mini golf, great drink selection, delicious food. Theres also a movie theater in the building. Theres something for everyone. Had my bachelor party here and it was a great time. Id recommend this place to anyone that lives here or is just visiting.

My first time and what a nice place! I love the all the things to do there, from bowling to pool to laser video games. The environment was good. The staff was attentive and polite. The food and drinks was great. This is definitely a place I will be visiting again.

We only bowled at this location. The lanes are were well oiled, balls are in good condition, but the shoes have seen better days. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast.

Nice selection of burgers cooked to order. Plenty of space for pool, ping pong, & bowling. We bowled but didnt even get a chance to do the Miniature golf or the laser tag. Great for parties and groups. Like Dave & Busters no minors after 9:00 but definitely still great family atmosphere.

This venue was fantastic for hosting a small professional society outing! Our server was very attentive and the staff was very accommodating in general. Great way to relax with some fancy cocktails, billiards, and darts. The dart lounges were a ton of fun for a combination of competitive and relaxed competition. Will definitely be coming back at some point!

Went bowling here for a staff outing on Thursday afternoon. Practically had the place to ourselves. It was great. Staff were attentive and courteous.

Seasoned Bowlers BewareIf you are looking to bowl, DO NOT go here. If youre there to just hang out and drink with friends then youll have an ok time.The lanes are not maintained at all. Tons of dents and no oil on the lanes at all. Halfway into our session, the system went haywire. The bowling balls did not come back then the pin sensors stopped working so the computer couldnt tell which pins were knocked down. Eventually the whole lane shut down. It seemed like many of the lanes had similar issues.My advice is to stay away. Pin Stripes is nearby. Might be better off going there.

We (family of 5 and friends) experienced a rainy day during our stay to see the city of Chicago last May. Upon a quick search online we discovered Lucky Strike right next to our hotel. We had an absolute blast for several hours bowling, playing ping-pong, and billiards. We also found the variety and quality of food and drinks to be excellent! Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful showing us the ropes as we had never visited before. We will definitely visit again next time were in the city!!!

Bar service was FANTASTIC, food service was awful. Food we ordered never came out. After 40 minutes we were informed they made the wrong thing. We didnt have time to wait so we told him wed just like our check. No follow up with management, no correction, no apology. 20 minutes after requesting the check he returned, dropped it off and left. Unacceptable. Im guessing this was solely our server, Jonathan, but this was some of the worst service I have ever received at a dining establishment of any sort. Note: the table behind us requested to order, he told them to hang on and never came back. They left after 15 minutes.

Fun place! Bartender James was the best! Our food came quickly to the bar and the Pink Elephants he fixed me were AMAZING! Would have been 5 stars but the party we were apart of service was less than stellar (got there later so we ordered from bar after seeing how bad their service was). They need more James in there!

Lots of activities for the family, good menu, service is always pretty quick and friendly. Bowling, billiards, darts and general relaxing location to watch sporting events on the many TVs.

Great parmesan topped pizza. I would like to add we were there for The Silph Road private event in June, and even though it was packed to capacity they did a great job of serving drinks and keeping the pizzas going.

It was ok. Food is average. Beer selection is weak. Service was very friendly and quick. The bowling alleys are warped and unlevel. The ball selection is limited. In case you are thinking about serious bowling, look elsewhere. For having fun with a group, the bowling as well as the rest of the place is fine.

The facilities were very nice and there is a decent selection for adult drinks, including wine by the bottle. Overall great atmosphere and a lot of fun. I omitted 1 star though because of a pizza I bought there that was more like bread with a few things on it. The fried Mac and Cheese was great and other peoples food looked good as well (for pub style food) just dont order the Pizza, which, because its Chicago, I doubt many people order from a bowling alley anyway. Haha

Very cool environment downtown. Chic bowling alley with amazing food, plenty of drink options and plenty to do. Also a significant amount of space, it was way more open than I expected. They have bowling, darts, pool, and table tennis. The downside is that some of the activities can be quite pricey, it was $25 per hour for table tennis! But, if youre willing to spend this can be a really fun place to go.

The food was... Interesting. Nothing bad, but nothing great. Service was pretty slow, considering its located in the same building as the AMC. We had to walk the check up to the hostess stand ourselves or we would be late to our movie. Whats perhaps the most disturbing was being offered a pencil to sign our checks. Ouch.

This was an excellent place for our companies after the holiday celebration. The only down side, I didnt have enough time to try everything. Enjoyed the dart contest, bowling, the game room with the air hockey tables and alien invasion were also great. The hidden gem that a lot of people dont know about was the miniature golf course and a the tag lounge behind the big bar, definitely a must on my next visit.The finger foods were nice, giant cheese, beef and shrimp skewers. Of course the drinks were very good. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and very accommodating even with our large group, well over 150 ppl and it never felt rushed.

Bowling and pool tables in a nice atmosphere except its a little too dark. They played a nice variety of music. But if you dont eat meat, good luck trying to find something besides a salad. I was able to get the nachos without the pork but they still charged me full price with no extra veggies or guacamole. Will return but will eat somewhere else first.

Great Atmosphere for All Around Fun Especially for Adults

Nice atmosphere. Was here for a college alumni event so ping pong table space was reserved for us. Didnt check out the rest of the venue but would like to return to do so. Place seems really nice and youre not squished in with lots of people. Only really have gone to the movies and passed by Lucky Strike and FTW many times.

Ivan is a good server. He came over as soon as we say down and he offered great menu ideas. The food doesnt disappoint

We went to this bowling alley for a company trip. I live in Denver and we had a conference in Chicago. The lanes are well oiled, they had a very good selection and amount of balls, and the pool table felts were well maintained. They also served some really good drinks and the food was pretty tasty as well. I will be stopping by again the next time Im in town.

Over priced for where it is. They wanted something like $65 an hour to shoot pool, how this is not an upscale billiards establishment and the food is overpriced to just be ok.

I am in town to visit with my sister for my kids spring break. We are staying at The Embassy Suites and decide to stop in for food.The only reason this place gets any stars is because of Lupe the excellent head manager for the night. My server Shauna was great. Franco who stopped me at the door because of my popcorn had the WORST customer service I ever experienced. Just flat out rude. Definitely reporting him to corporate.

Nice atmosphere, but Lanes were not oiled properly and approach was sticky. The virtual games werent always working properly, could have been because we werent used to them. But wait staff was friendly and helpful.

Visited for a holiday party. It was a fun place to mingle with co-workers and their food options were good. Service was just okay even though it was a Wednesday night. The bowling lanes felt cramped: it was hard to get around other people due to the positioning of the seating areas.

Most satisfying evening anyone could ask for at this place. The staff is truly amazing and make you feel like family when your there. Highly recommend this place for a night out on the town.

Great facility with billiards, virtual shooting gallery, ping pong tables, bowling alley and great food and spirits. Great location for families and work colleagues to get together and have a great time. Jose was our Attendant/Server and he was outstanding!
