Beautiful place , we have a great time and its perfect for relax and doing a lot of things .

It was an awesome place, nice and clean.

Beautiful spot, good breeze usually and view of the lake. Nice shade trees around the edges providing a decent percentage of shaded area, plenty of trash cans and such, and really a great picnic spot as named. Right next to the bird sanctuary as well which has great nature trails. Also right next to a series of ramps down to the lake that look graded well enough for wheelchair users, and Ive watched a lot of people with bikes and strollers use it with ease as well. I like it for my knees that have trouble with the huge stair-stepping of the shore there.

Great view of the lake…lots of open space for recreation.
