Just left the shop about 20 minutes ago. I was totally manhandled by Daddy Sky while she custom fitted me for my first harness. Then she pounded me. And it was fun! It was the smoothest experience I could have asked for. I walked in new and unsure of what I needed. Daddy Sky asked all the right questions and found me even better than what I was looking for. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend you see Daddy Sky for all of your leather needs.

Great selections

This is the best leather store in the US. I have been to so many all over the country - and this takes the cake! Unbelievable huge selection, many customized pieces are available in the store, and they will do in-store alterations as well! In the basement, they have a full leather workshop where they manufacture their own pieces and do the customizations and alterations. They have in house aromas that are unbeatable. And the staff is beyond friendly - it feels like visiting old friends every time I come to the store. In addition they have a full range of unique and fabulous adult toys. Since I have moved out of state, I am not able to visit as often – but they have a wonderful website that makes it easy to order! Convenient parking on the side street.

I usually don’t write reviews very often unless my experience was really bad or great. This time I’d say it was good-great and it was made great by the staff. The staff was friendly, they didn’t hover, they let you come to them with questions and once you did they answered with enthusiasm and knowledge. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because I personally felt like it was a bit overpriced because they make most of there stuff but to be far as I write this that’s the cost of quality. So I’m giving 5 stars! The wife and I will be back

So helpful and their quality is amazing. We stumbled upon them during our trip to Chicago and I have been emailing them for a Christmas gift for hubby and they are the best. I will never go anywhere else

Stopped by while visiting over the weekend and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality customer service and such great deals. I got everything I planned to buy and more. I most definitely will be returning soon.

Overpriced and rude service

I I have shopped with this establishment for quite some time only to recieve defective items that were over priced or either not in stock in conjunction to the rude assistance I consistently received from the manager Eric each time a purchase was made and an issue occurred I cant not express the level disrespect from this establishment given the amount of money spent has me lived to be racial discriminated against by the manager/Owner Eric is completely unethical and unprofessional given this great nation and the rest of the world is currently under a global pandemic known as COVID19 an the way business owners are struggling to keep things from going under an establishment such as LEATHER 64Ten an the items for sale they need every customer bringing in every single dollar to spend regardless of race and I was treated as if my money was and is no good on top of being told that I cannot wand would not be eligible for a exchange nor store credit with no given explanation other than the owner says I cant have the professional service & items I PAID for that are now defective and of no use an that is just not fair!

I can honestly say I love this place. I had the privilege of judging Mr. 64Ten Leather one year and since then the owners and staff have always treated me like family. Love you guys and I send as many people possible to you for everything.

My Husband was there getting a wedding present for her friend....great prices, decent selections and good help (clean and great atmosphere)....over all we are pleased with the purchase, items not for us and not sure if we will ever go back but if another wedding comes up or need a unique item then this will be the place !

I love this place. The clothing selection and staff are fantastic. I love the team like brothers -- very kind, great people. Definitely recommend for interesting clothing that you cant get at Macys.

I repeatedly witness staff and owners arguing, having short tempers with each other and people on the phone calling into the store, bad attitudes, being passive aggressive with one another. The worst is when the owners argue with customers like children on the play ground. The tension in the store is often uncomfortable, like at a yearly family gathering with in-laws. Extremely unprofessional. Leather 64Ten should go take lessons from Mr-S-Leather. Now that’s a store with outstanding customer service...too bad we can’t have one like that here in Chicago, home of IML.

The majority of the staff was very helpful and nice. Make sure to find Josh, if you can.As with all custom leather work, allow for a good deal of time. Keep in mind that promised delivery times are not always accurate.When I did receive my redone product, I was quite happy with the results. You may have to remind the person taking your measurements as to how to account for overly tall/short persons. The default custom shirt comes with 5 buttons and an unhemmed bottom, but there is no extra charge to get these added.Be very vocal, and stand your ground if there is a sizing issue. I was challenged to have to pay for the material cost for a remake of my shirt, when the employee that measured me for it (Eric) made a mistake, when I had been measured on-site. Be firm and unwavering, but not rude in the request for a remake, no matter how much the employee (Eric) loses his temper.As far as the quality of the product, now that it has been made to the correct length and specifications, it is amazing. One star was lost for the length of time between the initial order and the delivery (three months). Two were lost because of the rude treatment I received when the issue was brought up.

This place has a great variety of leather gear and a good amount of toys! The best part is how friendly and helpful the staff are! Definitely will be back for future leather purchases.

My wife and I frequent this store. The staff is not only helpful it also very nice. The custom pieces are beautiful and reasonably priced especially for leather. I cant see myself shipping for my stuff anywhere else. Thanks to the staff over at leather 64ten YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

They have the most friendly and helpful staff. Ordered a vest to get made and while it was getting made also got a patch and suspenders made and was able to pick them all up a the same time! Did it all over email and Milo was so helpful.

Im done after I got called out in front of my friends and other customers for using the bathroom towards the back. No visible signs suggesting no public restroom and have used it and shopped for years.

Brought some leather shoes in for a simple fix and the guys at the store were super helpful, did it for me right away and didnt even charge me. Really cool store with a welcoming atmosphere too

This place was great!! Real friendly staff that looks like they care deeply about what they do and the quality of their work!!!! The atmosphere was strong and inviting until this douchebag named Kyle or something walked in. A real class A piece of turd this fellow was, but regardless the quality leather overshadowed this customers Frenchy stench. A+ guys

Main clerk was too inebriated and busy flirting with a man to sell me merchandise. This is actually the second time I have been unable to buy things at this store because of the staff. As a frequent fetish consumer I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
