I usually don’t write reviews very often unless my experience was really bad or really good. In this case I’m pleased to say this was a good experience. The service was great, the staff was more than will to help answer any questions and they were enthusiastic to do so. They had a good selection of things for all level of bdsm (except extreme), the quality seemed great for the most, and the price wasn’t bad either. I would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Very clean and well stocked, the Pleasure Chest was like a Wonderland of new experiences. Im the nervous type whenever I go somewhere new, but the ladies that worked here helped make the experience a great one. They were helpful, informative, and very pleasant. They made sure I left with everything I would need to have a great time. Would definitely come here again!

My preferred shop when Im in the area. It has a large selection of toys, equipment, and gender affirming products. Ive been to a lot of shops that are full of the cheapest most basic novelty toys that break in a week of use. Pleasure Chest definitely isnt one of those shops.The products they carry are usually, what Id consider, the mid to higher end side. So, I walk in expecting to spend a bit money but thats something Im okay with when getting the quality Ive gotten from them. Ive also discovered types of toys Ive never seen anywhere else.The staff has always been nice and polite while Im there. Knowledgeable if Ive got questions. They will test the products at purchase and go over anything you should know such as features or how to clean it. They have also explained their return policy and any warranties the product has with it. Which, honestly, Im not sure I would have known otherwise in most cases. Definitely appreciated!While I havent been to one personally yet. I know they have workshops often on various topics. I really appreciate giving people the opportunity to explore and learn about safe practices. I look forward to going to some!

I am frequent shopper at this place, i am not happy with last purchase of 250$ , they use to have authentic products but lately they selling fack products ( first or second copy ) of product just to make more profit. For sure no for future purchase.

Customer service has become the worst. When they show interest at all it was to claim they dont know their products. Very confusing response to simple questions.

Staff was really nice and helpful! It was my first time going to these, and they were very nice at helping me find exactly what I needed.

Erika’s boss needs to give her a raise she was amazing helped me and my boyfriend find what we needed and ended up purchasing a couple un expected items as well ️️ Great sales and costumer service person !!!!! Great experience and customer service. Julia was very helpful and informative about their products to assist my girlfriend and I out to find the best products for us. The variety of products, atmosphere was good, helpful staff means I definitely would recommend the store and we will be going back.

They have a great selection but the store policy on exchanges is not explicit and only advertised on the receipt (and is also a bit vague on the corporate site.. Bought an Intro 1 vibe at 9 pm, and the clerk was having trouble putting it together and getting it to work, but finally did. Got home and attempted to get it to work to no avail (to test not use), and was back in the store by 3pm the next day to exchange the item, never used, still new in box. They do not offer store credit, only exact exchanges, and as the Intro appeared to be poorly designed, I said I would like to spend more money and get something of better quality, but the store clerks were rude, and simply restated over and over only exact exchanges, only exact exchanges. Five stars for the initial service I received and a firm 0 for the afternoon crew and store policy I would totally understand if it were a week later, but I called as soon as I got home, and they were closed, went to work before they opened, and went back straight from work.

Went with my boyfriend and looked through their lingerie. They had a small selection and only two visible plus size items. While walking around I saw a drawer filled with things labeled 3x and 4x. When I went to further investigate one of the workers came by with a stinky attitude because I was apparently not supposed to be touching anything in their drawers. Why do you have all your plus size stuff hidden anyways? Wont go back, I will take my fat ass somewhere where plus size things arent hidden and barred from access.

Pleasant enough place, clean, helpful staff, and they have a parking lot, in Lakeview, imagine that. A wide variety of products, form the latest hi tech Bluetooth toys, to the old school you have to do the work yourself toys.
