Love this place! I had never heard of it before and my friend took me yesterday for the first time. I don’t actually live in Chicago, I live in a suburb, and the only shop near me is Lover’s Lane which is expensive and sometimes the staff feels standoffish. THIS place, however, was amazing. I’m not trans myself but do have a lot of trans friends and it was so, so, so incredibly heartwarming to see how available all of those products are for anyone who walks in.I didn’t personally need much help from the staff, but there was another customer that was asking lots of questions and always getting a thorough and well explained answer.The toys seemed pretty affordable in comparison to what I’ve seen elsewhere too which is fantastic.

Cant say enough good about this store and the people! Pricing is super reasonable, the atmosphere is friendly, displays are informative, and the people are helpful and kind. They patiently put up with my fairly obvious nerves, and ended up making me feel perfectly comfortable. Plus Im bound to love anywhere with art about enthusiastic consent on the walls! Im not a big writer of reviews, but I really wanted to put in a good word here!

Open, positive, nonjudgmental, informative, awesome.They are there for people of all levels of experience, but i think they do a spectacular job of making it easy and safe for people who are buying their first toy. Which is a tremendously tough thing.A great place.

I absolutely love this place! As someone else said, it is very well curated, and I find that the prices are fair, and comparable to what youd find online. I also love that its woman-owned, and that there is a sign in the front window that lets everyone know how inclusive it is to people of different backgrounds. Its a great place overall.

Super nice staff, with a well curated collection of toys! They were really helpful with giving me the option to order a toy and pick it up when it arrives in store as well. Very trans and queer friendly, with a range of packers available. Definitely will be coming back in the coming months.

So helpful! They didnt have a binder that worked for me, do they gave me other suggestions and really cared that I got the best thing for me regardless of if they got a sale.

Went there as part of my Womens Activism class and I have to say that I felt very comfortable and at ease, something I never thought id feel in a sex toy store. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of the questions that were asked. An interesting thing about the store is that all the toys out of their boxes on display so you can touch them before buying them, which is pretty cool. I totally recommend this place.
