My family and I went here at the very beginning of the year for a birthday party before covid-19 was even thought of. Going back over half a year later post covid-19 , I was actually impressed with the changes the company made to allow for everyones safety. They space their birthday party tables far enough apart and everyone coming in the door get the temperature check. They have also upgraded their technology as far as the tickets go. Kids can get an armband that scans at each machine instead of having to put coins in and each time a child wins tickets it is loaded onto their wristband.

This chuck E. Cheese still does the tokens and have not upgraded to the cards yet with points and minutes on it yet. But I really enjoyed the tokens and I felt they were really well priced. We did not eat there, but the games on the playground side was directed mainly for younger kids. My eldest son of 9 was not a big fan of that side. The other side had games for the older kids, but not a big selection and I didnt see any cool shooting games for the older kids. I loved the chuck e cheese because most of my kids are under 6 so it was perfect!

Pizza is always fantastic. Games where good and open. But they dont give you tickets anymore so it was hard to show the kids what they won. Also the tube they can climb through was closed due to covid

Someone was cleaning the entire time, not to many people and enough games to play to keep the children entertained. I was really happy with the cleanliness of the place. Although the jungle gym was closed down at this time. Understandably so during this craptastic time.

Real expensive for kinda bad food and a lot of outdated games but still fun for toddlers

Chuck E. Cheese is a great place for kids to have fun and unwind.!Got to keep up with them, it can get pretty busy. The staff are very courteous and patient, and professional. Love the way they carry themselves there , very important especially when its a family atmosphere and youre dealing with children. ROCK ON CHUCK E. CHEESE!!!

Every time we come here. My daughter has so much fun. There pizza is yummy. Chuck E. Takes his time to makes sure all the kids get to say hi and take pics if wanted.

I give this establishment three stars because it is close to my area. There are two issues, the installation is not big and it does not have enough equipment for the kids. The customer service is great, but there is room for improvement.

Definitely Not clean place, specially the booth we sat in.at least 5 games were broken we did not know until we put tokens in them.I can interpret the staff respond to any inquiry as a not friendly.The food was ok. Not bad but not great.you have to get the tokens to play, other places already use a charge card, very small and crowded.I would try other places before coming in here.

Their prices are reasonable and my kids love coming here. I guess the only downfall is that it gets extremely crowded in there and kids just run wild. Other than that, its a great place.

Horrible staff not friendly do not help. I asked if they could check for my sons coat the manager looked at me like I had two heads before dismissing me. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Went there yesterday with my daughter and two grandchildren. Pizza was actually very good. Cashier was very nice and friendly. But not the girl at the entrance! We entered, she stamped our hands. Never once looked at us or said a word. Bad day, tired maybe? Nope. I had to go out to the car saying to her as I left Ill be right back. Gotta go to the car real quick. She barely looked in my direction, and said NOTHING. Later on when we left I said bye bye to be polite. Guess what? Didnt look at any of us, didnt look in our direction, and didnt say a word! Inches apart and couldnt even say so long. Your employees will ruin a business. I for one, will not be back.

Came to celebrate sons birthday and they made him feel so special. Some things were dated, but kids had a blast!

It is a very small Chunky Cheese, but we always have a blast when we come. Because it is small, it is easier to keep track of your kids. I would definitely recommend this location for parties or just fun.

My kids love going to Chuck E. Cheese. I love seeing a smile on their faces. The staff have always been very friendly.

Plenty of people, had plenty of fun, kids had time of lives as usual I even played some games wit my new baby in my arms.

Our son Zayden had a great birthday surprise at CEC today, every employee was so awesome in making sure he had a great day! My wife, a Veteran, enjoyed her free pizza too! You all are amazing!!

Always a great atmosphere from my children and myself. The salad bar is always fresh and they have a great variety of vegetables. They always have great offers and the food is always hot. I will say if you dont like it crowded you should come during the week Monday through Thursday come before 2 p.m.. you will be satisfied as my children and myself are always. Friday Saturday and Sundays are their busiest days because they have birthday parties. Also if you call ahead theyll tell you if theyre very busy or not and you can make up your mind as to go. Enjoy!

Th play areas were clean and well kept. There are a ton of different activities for children to choose from.

This chuck e cheese is stuck in the past. They still use tokens, and dont have many of the updated games. Go to one of the updated locations for a better time.

We were here today and we were playing, one of the staff cleaned our table and threw our pizza in the garbage. The manager immediately gave us another pizza. Then my daughter was a few tickets shy of what she really wanted and the girl behind the counter said let me see what I can do and came out with what she wanted thank you. My experience was five stars food was excellent and staff was great thank you for an excellent experience

I love Chuckie cheese my kids love and enjoy spending time at Chuckie cheese the food is great and its very clean employees are nice and friendly all the time. All the game machine works

It was nice the only thing that couldve made it better wouldve been the play cards. The Chesapeake location didnt have lol and it has been 4 yrs since i needed to use tokens. But the associate there was very informed polite and ready to assist in case of a problem. She helped to make sure that my lil man enjoyed his 2nd bday.

Great service, pizza is delicious! The robots dont work well, and they could use a tv screen update, haha. But its a good place to go, just like I remember it as a kid!

Had granddaughters Birthday party. Staff were kind and professional. Kids had fun. Plenty of good options and games to play. Suggest they incorporate adult beverages.

Not very many games, and theyre still using tokens and tickets instead of the cards most of these game places use now. The kids still had fun though

Good service, great fun for all ages, nice variety of games. Not too crowded (on a Friday afternoon at least). I especially like it that they have the old system with the coins instead of the cards. I hope they keep it.

Ive been to other chuck-e-cheese it was good but around America but this store is the best good pizza nice employees needs a remodel its too small and needs more games chuck e hardly comes out unlike like advertised they have animatronics still I would recommended this store if your in the area

Love the family oriented atmosphere. Children and parents enjoy the activities made available for patrons. Its a regular place for us to visit. All workers/hosts are friendly and accommodating.

They were very busy. Reasonably clean for amount of traffic. Havent been to this establishment in over 20 years. Expected more games. The large tubing hanging thing for kids seemed to be enjoyable. The pizza we ordered came out faster than expected. It was very good, we just had normal pepperoni pizza, of which was a thinner crust. Flavorful sauce and cheese. Was pleasantly surprised. Dont expect great prizes when redeeming your tickets, as should be assumed.

My family visited this particular establishment on February 2nd , they have yet to recover..All three of our grandchildren as well as my husband fell ill. This place needs to be cleaned and sanitized on a frequent basis.I also understand that there is a possibility that it may be a common practice that you are recycling pizza!?Which if true you’re causing a great heath risk to you patrons.Please Hire a cleaning agency to frequent you establishment for the sake of the children!!

Pizza was good. But the prize selection for kids is severely lacking based on cost. Dave and Busters has much better options and cost about the same. Not to mention, Dave and Busters has more food choices and far more game selections. We gave Chuck E Cheese another chance after many years, but now officially done. If you want to better choices for your money, do your own research and you will see where to go.

Great service and a wonderful place for a birthday party. The kids had a blast. Also I never knew they sold alcohol. That was a plus!

I brought my granddaughter to this Chuckie Cheese in Chesapeake, but won’t do so again! We have been here for 2 hours and the Chuckie Cheese character has never been out once! She keeps asking where he is. They are supposed to have him come out on every half hour. Got a bunch of kids running it. Just wow. Too much $ for not good service!

My daughter bday party was reserved for sunday sept.1 4-6. Did everything online Wednesday the 28 paid deposit that friday, and sign the book. So we take that hour ride from Nc get there sunday and there is no reservations for our party. So we are heated and higly upset and ready to leave because of the manager on duty friday didnt do her job right. Now we had to wait an hour for service but on the bright side on that day they had an angel as manager on duty name Kenesha she fixed everything. She really deserve a raise. We also spoke to the GM she was nice also but didnt get her name. It started off bad but end of beautiful. I really enjoyed myself and the food was excellent. Its people like Kenesha that help yall business grow and never get notice so i took my time to recognize her excellence customer service for fixing a manager screw up.

Chuck E had my child chasing him around for a photo after she asked multiple times and he said yes or okd the photo op yet he still kept walking around. Get a better Chuck E thats either not fed up with kids or thats kid friendly after all it IS for kids and he applied for the job!

Kind of noisy but fun for the kids. I think that they need to update the Chucky characters they have on the stage. they are very dirty and old and there are falling apart. The food was Great. my grandson really enjoyed it, I do think that they need to upgrade a lot because the Chucky character did not come out, because his eye fell out. So my grandson did not get to see Chucky perform .Overall it was a great day tho. My grandson enjoyed and thats all that matters

Birthday party fun. Blowing $$$ machine too hard for kids

The young kids working there need guidance. We were at a reserve party table and they gave all my nephews party supplies to another party, they fixed their mistake but the young kids working there were totally zombie like even when they sang the birthday song for all the kids, they looked miserable. Having a beer there really eased the craziness of the day. But that hourly drink minimum is serious and very much needed.

As far as Chuck e Cheeses are concerned this one is my least favorite in the Hampton Roads area. Its much smaller than the others with less games for the kids to play. However, you still get the same experience of overpriced gross food and a one trip salad bar that hardly has anything on it. The kids love it there though and thats all that matters at the end of the day Lets all just hope we dont come home with Norovirus or the flu!

This Chucky Cheese location needs an upgrade, seems like half of the games jam from being so old, having to go an chase down an employee sucks ticket machine also jams, employees at this location are very nice and polite, place is well kept and clean. Overall experience needs an upgrade!

This place is good for the kids to burn energy, but someone needs to deep clean. Ive always loved Chuck E Cheese, but this experience will make me second guess next time the kids ask to go.

We went for T-mobile Tuesday and they wont even honor the coupon at that location I decided not to spend any money there for the principle. We left and we wont be back.

Had my daughters birthday party @ 9:30am and had the store to ourselves for a while before the flood gates opened.

Outdated chuck e cheese. I came in and stood at the cashier area when i first came in to order and literally stood there for about 5 minutes before a manager got up from one of the tables where she was eating/talking on the phone to tell the cashier who was in the back to assist me. I tried using a giftcard and they told me they couldnt accept it although i used this SAME EXACT giftcard at this location a month before. Im glad the chuck e cheese by me in lynnhaven opened back up because i will never come back here again.

Fun time for little people and great controlled location for parents.

Its quiet on weekdays but a madhouse on the weekends! Its fun and a decent size. Sometimes the games will take your tokens but if you tell one of the stuff members they will give you a new token and fix it. Pretty clean and friendly staff.

My grandchildren always have a blast there. The cheese filled pizza is pretty good and so is the Italian sandwich. The employees are ALWAYS very pleasant and always good with the children.

I love everything about this place. So simple. Get in. Buy ur tuckets from $10 and up = 30 tickets and up. Kids played so many of their fav games. Order for anything u want. Its an awesome experience

Great place for the kids Its great no one can leave with your kid or anything so you no your kids ok because if you dont have the same number on your hand as your kid your not getting out and the kids had so so much fun when we went home kids passed out from running around and having so much fun

Staff is nice and place is clean but they are still stick in the past. They dont use any of the rfi chips. Also the token machines dont even take card. The one in va beach is way better. Only came to this one because the one in va beach has construction going on.

We paid $318 for my daughters birthday and there were several things wrong first there were no parking spots. The place was way over crouded to the point where I am pretty sure it was a fire Hazzard. We got rushed out of there even before the kids got their dip n dots. My 7 year old got pushed by a 13 year old in the playground. All around it was an awful experience and I will not be coming back to this location.
