Good place to hang out, watch the game, grab a bite to eat, play arcade games and get a good adult drink. The presentation of the food was beautiful, I had The Game Burger...the fries were hot and tasty but the burger could be a little better seasoned. But, overall, a good experience.

Dad and I used to come here every Friday or Saturday until the Covid-19 happened. The food is great, the waitresses are very nice, and the PCs works beautifully. Better than my old laptop, Id love to know the hardware, processors, and equipment built/installed on their PC.

We did not buy food or drink, participate in a party, or play pool, video games, etc.Pros: Convenient location, self-service, some good selections.Cons:-The price!! While some games like the Duck Dynasty one had a decent play time for only 8 credits, others like Connect 4 were 23 credits for the blue player! Some games like the Jurassic one were very short for the credits used. Some simple, short games like Skee Ball were rather over priced at 7 credits. (It depends on what package you buy - but a credit is about a quarter.)-A lot of the games dont give tickets at all and others give very few tickets or a different amount than the screen said.-Some games ate your credits without working. Others already had out of order signs.-Not a lot of kid friendly games that werent simple gambling/chance types.We do not plan to return.

I went last week with a group of people, for a company event we had the hour play cards, but the cards only worked on a couple games maybe 6 total, there were also several games that we not working, and the ladies bathroom was gross! I do have to say the wings were delicious, and the bartender was great!! but my overall experience, should have had access to more games if we are paying for the event.

What a fantastic experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The birthday was a great success, the food was fantastic, and everyone had a fantastic time. We were so happy with the event. We will definitely be back again and will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

We had my son’s birthday party there about a week ago and everything was great! Service was very friendly and accommodating. My son and I go often and always have fun. When there are issues with a game the maintenance man always is friendly and gets it fixed right away. The only thing that is terrible is how incredibly hot it gets. There ac doesn’t work very well and it’s very stuffy at times

It was pretty fun. Its a good price to play the games. 10 dollars for 40 credits maybe 12 if your getting a new card..they have a bar..I didnt go to the bar because Im not 21 yet but its good to know...the food is expensive

We take our kids, its fun and convenient if you cant make it to a Dave & Busters. Some games that may be down for maintenance dont seem to be marked. This isnt a huge problem. The staff is friendly

It wasnt Game works, it was the Calendar store across from them. They are truely the best place to get a calendar, any kind, any size any pictures on any calendar. They are huge and so well stocked, you need to check it out

Feels like its on its last leg. We went there for a birthday. The games were mostly driving games, some would not work with the unlimited card we had. My kid had fun but it needs an overhaul.

For the price it wasnt worth it. The games were run down and many were out of order. The man at the front was rude and seemed annoyed when i asked questions. (It was our first time there, doubt we would go back)

I came here because a convention in going to held a pop up event. Its been quite a while since Ive there. The upgrades were really a nice surprise. The menu was new and fun. The gaming lounge was absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back

Im not even sure if the food that was served to us was actual food. Disgusting. Youre better off just ordering drinks and playing games.

Lots of machines dont work and workers arent proactively trying to fix it. Instead they just acknowledged the problem and said use another game

These five stars are for Zach in the restaurant. He was nice friendly and attentive. The food was good and fast. Zach made a great milkshake for my daughter and a great blueberry vodka for me lol. He had amazing table side manner. I hope to see him again and i hope someone high up see this and knows what a great employee they have.

Stopped by after shopping in the mall and had a blast. Games for the children and pool tables for the grown ups. Our waitress Kelsey was awesome and she made sure we enjoyed ourselves the entire time!! Definitely recommend this place for families.

Came here for some good family fun on a Thursday, there was just the right amount of people. We used the Thursday play all day card and that was awesome. The military discount took an already cheap price and made it better. We tried the food as well and it was better than expected and priced at the normal bar food price. Overall a great experience and we are back the next day to continue the fun.

If we could give this place a zero we would. Our waitress was horrible on her phone the whole time ignoring us, the food was terrible, and to top it off my wife was injured because the seat was broken. We tried to reach out to them and they never returned any of our calls. I waited over 2 months to post this hoping we would hear something. I hope everyone shares all of these photos and warns people of this place. If someone would like to reach out to us you have our number.

I just had the best customer service from Zach at game works. He greeted my family of 6 with a smile, my children loved him. He was knowledgeable and his friendly nature made us run a tab up because we has such a great time. I will definitely be returning and hopefully he will still be there

Gameworks is the perfect place for your average gamer. The arcade machines provide for a fun escape, whilst the many events the arcade hosts are good for the more professional gamer. For instance, I frequent the Friday tournaments the arcade holds for the game Super Smash Brothers. Overall a great arcade.My only gripe is that the food can be subpar at best, which is not at all reflective of the price, which can reach the upper levels of 20+ dollars. The dining, overall, is not impressive.

I think they cheat people on tickets by saying that the tickets are worth 2 points so only half the amount of tickets are supposed to print out. Even though some machines print out the correct amount of tickets.

Food and service were good. What wasnt good is that they have no air conditioning, and a promotion on Sundays where you get 2 pizzas, and 4 one hour game cards. What they dont tell you is that you cant play all the games with those cards. In fact you cant play many games with those cards. Not to mention they dont have those games labeled either so you get to walk around and be disappointed multiple times, as a kid on your birthday, its truly disappointing and I felt bad for the little guy but we already spent 60 dollars on the 40 dollar deal, also the drinks are 4 bucks for a 16oz cup, each refill is also 4 bucks. We will never go back, and will stick to Dave and busters. We suggest you do the same.

Great stop for the kids. Had roughly 2 hours of play for a fair price and the game payouts were reasonable for the cost. Both kids left having felt they played enough and got great rewards with their tickets. Cant wait to return and try out the esports section!

This place is awesome it was my first time but I love the variety of games they had available and a good chunk of them worked amazingly well. Definitely recommend this place will be going back there again

Always something to do with the family and friends. The powerup options are the way to go to maximize cost and benefit. Anytime we have had a problem with a machine the staff was quick to correct the issue. Go ahead and give it a go.

Love love love this place. So much for kids and adults to do. The prices are good and if you dont use all your points they roll over dor the next time..never expire. The only dislike was that a few of the games didnt work aftwr we swiped our card so some points werw taking and we never got a chance to play the game.

No central air conditioning. Very warm. Dirty. Several games were broken. Prizes are pathetic.Ordered a pizza, the waitress forgot all about it. I gave two stars for inexpensive drinks a a few fun games. Might be ok for a little kids birthday party if you cant afford chucky cheese.

The staff here is incredibly nice, so nice that it makes me feel bad to leave a negative review since they were helpful and kind. Everything you would want in a staff in any type of business.Where this place lacks is in their games, as there arent many to choose from. Many of them are broken or need some sort of work on them. There isnt a great variety and to be honest, this is easily beaten by Flipper McCoys down at the beachfront or the Dave and Busters in Virginia Beach. If you have the transportation to get to these places, definitely check them out. They just feel more fun and have better variety - this place just felt a little depressing and empty, even on a summery Saturday morning. The prizes in the game store are OK, but nothing to really push me to continue playing the games and the games themselves were meh enough to where I didnt really feel a pull to come back to, since I can find the same stuff in better arcades. If youre a kid, youll love them. Otherwise they really are cheap trinkets you can get almost anywhere else. I ended up giving my leftover tickets to some random kids, since I didnt anticipate being back.Please GameWorks, spruce up the machines! The staff is great, the rest of the stuff needs work.

My 12 yr old neice and I arrived on Saturday around 1230 as first time visitors. Check in was easy. The two guys on staff were nice and answered all of my questions. It wasnt crowded when we got there. We stayed about 2 hours.I wanted to play the game where you jump when the light comes around (like jump rope) was out of order. Sometimes I felt like the games were just taking my credits but we still had a good time with the credits that came with the Living Social deal.We didnt eat there but I put my coat in a booth while we were in the arcade area. When I went back to get it, two people offered us dine in service - I thought that was nice.In all, we had fun & would return.
