Great fun for a cold afternoon. We have a high energy 3 year old that we strive to find fun, engaging, safe environments for him to play in. He was able wear himself out in under 3 hours. It was also very economical.

Called this place to see if they were hiring for my younger sister who needs a first time job. Owner says yes we are hiring but closing this location soon so I said “okay word thank you have a good one” and he hung up on me then took the time out of his day to text my phone number and tell me “you shouldn’t talk to the owner (me) like that if you want a job” excuse me ? I wasn’t even calling for myself and for them to take my personal cell number and text me is EXTREMELY unprofessional

No complaints, it was awesome. Really slow day, so my son and Inhad it to ourselves. Words cannot describe how much fun my son had. Really good pricing too!

Its a bounce house and the kids had fun so thats really all that matters lol.

Great place for the kids, they love it!! The people working there are there, to take your money for coming in, not to be babysitters for your children just cuz youre at the bounce house does not mean they babysit.

Awesome place for children !

Had an enjoyable time watching the children running around safely having an awesome time. They even sell water, gatorade, etc. to quinch their thirst. They even offer separate rooms, where birthday parties can he held. And after all of their running, jumping, skipping hopping and sliding, you can rest assured, that before reaching back home, your child will be down for the count, and you will be interruption-free for the rest of the night!

Plenty of different bounce areas for birthday parties and different age ranges. Clean. Drinks and restrooms avaliable. Comfy chairs and couches for parents to sit as well.

Had my daughters 3rd birthday party there and she loved it. The young lady at the front was amazing. She helped any way she could if needed. Will definitely be taking my daughter back?

My girls are two and half so the toddlers area got old quick. I let them try the rest, and they had a blast!!! Sometimes it a little over crowded but that speaks to the amount of fun kids have here.

How are you going to kick a 3 year old nonverbal autistic child out of the toddler play area when its completely empty because hes to tall. will be sure to spread this word to everyone we know with children

Took my two young kids to a birthday party here. This place is ok but the bathrooms were gross and definately not kid friendly...I had to pick up my kids so they could reach the sinks to wash their hands. Like..why did they have to be built so high? I dont get it.

My daughter loves this place and I bring her at least every other weekend. We come from North Carolina. We shop alot in Chesapeake square. They have a special that if you come today kids get in free the whole summer. I wish I could get her there

Great place to bring my kid. He has tons of fun. The bounce houses look really worn though.

Wish they would update/repair the some of the older bounce houses, some of them feel like you might sink all the way into them. They added a new one, but its only for 3 and under which seems kind of unfair to the older kids, because its the best slide in there. My kid would not have gone down it at 3 by himself and they discourage parents in the bounce houses. Even when no one is in the toddler section some of the employees dont allow the kids to play on it and I think if its not being utilized they should allow it. For the most part everyone that works there is really nice and I see most them cleaning all the time. I like the fact you can pay for the entire week at a fair price. Overall its a good experience for the kiddos, would be a better rating if they would give the bigger kids more to do that isnt falling apart.

We had a blast we got there early so there was no one there we had free reign of the whole building were able to go on the bouncy houses with the kids which was extremely fun just a good place to have a good time. As usual is leaking children everywhere so make sure you disinfect

Good place to take the little ones for a good price. Multiple houses to bounce in and its not usually overly crowded unless there are birthday parties. Its well climate controlled, which you would not imagine due to multiple axial fans being used to constantly inflate multiple bouncers. There is a toddler area, which is cool so the littlest ones can safely have fun. SOCKS REQUIRED. I wish they had music playing or at least turn their TV on for the adults...but I guess you cant have everything.

Need more places for parents to sit. But our children are having a blast

Tried to book my sons 5th birthday party here, we have it here every year, and this year they want to charge $9.90 for each kid after the first 15 kids. They also use to provide clean up, paper plates, napkins and juice boxes. They no longer do unless you pay extra. Which is fine, but $9.90 for every kid after the first 15? The place isn’t that great

Wonderful atmosphere for children.

Just left their moments ago. Had to leave with my four-year-old hes big but they got 10 and 11 year olds knock him over every 2 minutes, no ones paying attention to their kids ... Staff was doing nothing about it ... complete waste of money if you actually want your kid to be safe. and you pay attention to your child . NOT SAFE FOR YOUR CHILD!!!!!!!!!

Second visit here. The biggest problem here is No Food. They dont sell anything but soda and chips. And No outside food allowed even though theres 20 feet of empty picnic tables in the middle of the room. Oh, but you could rent their party room and eat whatever you want for $150 bucks. Seems scam like. We were informed by staff that we are welcome to leave if we want to eat. It smells like feet in here and customer service from millennials is the bottom of the heap. Wont be back. Telling All My Friends.

This place is falling apart. Every one of the bounce houses had tears and leaked terribly. Several of the blown up sections were so flat that kids were hitting the ground. Dangerous.

I wasnt impressed, but my grandson had a good time and that all that matters!!

Toddler area was very dirty with broken toys. The staff was not paying attention, there were big kids in toddler area. Inflatables that said do not enter unless operator is on duty, were not manned.

Went twice during weekdays last week with one of my kids. Clerks are watching movies or on their phones.Couches look gross and I worry about if they have been wiped down.Facility has a good amount of bouncy houses but most are heavily patched.

Great place for kids to get some energy out (especially on rainy days). Various large inflatable bounce houses with climbing obstacles and slides. Minus a star for overall maintenance of facilities.

If its only 1 hour left before they close it should be half price. It felt like 45 min for my kids because they started cleaning and vacuuming 30 min before the closing time. It was also a hazard to my children. We will not be back !!!

I agree, staff pays no attention to things going on. However, this is an oasis for parents to let their kids go wild and it is priced so low that i dont expect any more than the 8 houses and a fairly clean place. im sorry that some have rated this so low because you need to realize the rent and overhead here makes this a place where someone wanted to provide a service and not make a fortune. kudos, this place is only open because someone loves kids, not for wealth.

Had a birthday party here a while back. Staff was not paying attention to anything going on in this place. There were teenagers running around, not watching out for the smaller kids, just trampling over them. Our kids didnt get to make the most of this place because of bigger kids just running right over them. A seven year old who was with us ended up getting hit in the face by some one elses child. This place could be a little better if staff would get off their butts and monitor whats going on in this establishment.

Well the staff at the counter and the place is very nice,and i noticed they do clean their place ,thats a thumbs up for me,but as a parent and business owner it needs a renovation,place is outdated,kids love things like pretzels,popcorn ,a snackbar with a eating area would be great,no a huge variety to choose from,this place is being run very cheap,they have 30 yr old arcade game machines,so sad

Needs more food/snacks

So I am very disappointed. My daughter, now 3, and I usually visit during the week to play and burn some energy, but we visited today on a Saturday. Very busy as expected. That was not the problem. Children were pulling kids down, jumping over the sides of the inflatables, older children playing in the toddler zone, it was absolute chaos. There were 5 teenage girls who apparently worked there and were just sitting behind the counter chatting, eating food, doing nothing at all. Not monitoring the situation nor the safety of their customers. Very poor experience. Definitely recommend going during the week but not the weekend at all.

For a party pack of 150.. All you get is a room 10 plates and 10 nakins and 10 jucie boxes.. Thats all no food or nothing a waste of money ...

Has not changed. Still feels unsafe and Im totally sure its unsanitary.This type 9f place should have mire staff monitoring the children. Ive often see little kids in the enclosure they dont belong edgewise . Set up is tight and not open, but theres not so many places for kids in Portsmouth to spend off their energies indoor.

Kids love it. There are like 8 different bounce houses and a small toddler area with an open bounce house with animals so you can talk to them. My son had his birthday party there and the 2 hours flew by. They were so busy jumping they didnt care about the food, cake, presents, NOTHING but jumping lol. The bounce houses have an extensive amount of duck tape on them but they still work and the kids still have so much fun. I cant imagine the germs in those things but they do have hand sanitizer there so I guess thats a plus. All in all my kid has a blast, meets new friends, and comes home tired, and its pretty affordable! Plus you usually get to go back the rest of the work week free, if you visit during the work week. (Of course weekends are never free LOL.)

01/29/2019. Fun place for the kids!

No music nothing really exciting for kids 3 and under. The customer service is horrible. Bland area for kids. Broken toys. The price fits the interior. But will not waste my money here again.

Not to many people that was good polite staff

The attendant who was working came over and started saying something to the children. I asked her what was the problem? She said only kids 3 and under should be in here. I asked her where was the sign that stated that, ok so there wasnt a sign. Got my money back and went to the mall. They have a friendlier atmosphere anyways. I recommend not visiting this location, this is the second incident involving myself and another family member! BAD BUSINESS! !

Fun for my son

Lots of places for kids to burn out some rainy day energy! They even have a toddler area with infant toys..that have batteries and actually work!!! Great place!!

The bathrooms are clean and they sell chips and drinks AND theyre right next to the chinese buffet, so thats good!

I had my sons birthday party here and I was not happy. I payed 150 dollars to have a hostess help me and my husband and we ended up doing everything. She finally came 30min into the party and I told her nevermind everything is already done. I understand that she was bouncing in between partys but someone at the front desk could of helped her instead of standing around looking stuipd when I asked them were she was. Its a good place just to let your kid play but I will never have a birthday party here again.

Its a little loud but my daughter always has fun. Plus some days they do face painting for free.

My granddaughter enjoyed it however some of the equipment was really bad and needed upgrades.

Starting to deflate inflatables prior to close of business....is there a child trapped in there?

Worst experience ever my son was trapped in a inflatable attraction and I rescued him by myself, and we didnt get any apologize from the staff.not friendly at all, too dirty place, lots of duck tapes.
