It is rundown. Has not been taken care of. Employees dont want to help you. We bought the unlimited pass for our kids every time they wanted to ride something we had to go find someone to help us they were behind the counter on their phones. If you just want to play putt putt it is fine but to do anything else it is a hassle.

Customer service goes a long way. I was willing to book my sons birthday party, over 20 kids, here but when I walked in to rude employees and a snappy blonde haired woman I decided I’ll go spend my $600 and book my sons birthday somewhere else. From what looks to be a failing business I would invest into hiring better employees who can at least pretend they want to help or care about their job, which seems to be the biggest complaint you have at this place, and I guarantee you’d be able to fill up that empty game room. You don’t have to actually care about your job but at least pretend when someone needs help.

Not happy with this location tonight. We go there all the time but tonight was the worst experience. All four employees were sitting behind thecthe not doing anything when we arrived when there is tons to do cleaning wise. We played a plush machine almost had plush animal after $7.00 and the machine started taking my money. They refunded the money after it broke but would not reset the machine or give my other $7 back. Employees thought eating krystals was more important then making a long time customer happy. Glad their not my employees.

Used to be fun. Go karts are slow for the age ranges. No one else in the place and the guy had to make a comment about my mask slipping. No thanks. Edit* No wonder your parking lot is empty. TYPICAL of you to place the blame on the guy leaving a review..

We went in for the miniature golf which was fun. The employees there seemed pretty uninterested and not quite motivated to help customers. Most of all the place looks super run down and going by the way side. It needs a sprucing up. But it was a fun afternoon with friends.

I would give it 5 stars. The trees need a lil trim and the courses need the leaves swept off. But other than that we really enjoyed our visit and will return to play more mini golf!!

It couldve been fun if there wasnt garbage everywhere. The staff members rolled their eyes at us and tickets were overpriced. The T-Rex on the outside is terrifying and I wont be coming back... :|

The mini golf here is not good at all. The place is simply not even cleaned up. Stinking trash laying around. Lots of leaves and sticks laying all over the putting greens. For what they charge to play, it should be a nice place. Dont waste you time and money.

Rained earlier so outside rides not available, inside about half of the games broken...just bad timing for our trip I guess....

Place seem run down. In need of many repairs. Employees were just chilling on phones not really much help except the GoKart guy, he was pretty cool. Prices are a little high for the cleanliness and value of facility. Hopefully the owners see this and clean up this place. There was a raccoon on the golf course. Just all around wish it was in a better state of repair with some more personable staff.

Took my kids...very nostalgic but unfortunately the nostalgia was because almost nothing has been changed/updated or given proper maintenance. Several rides werent working properly or at all. Worst of all, the staff didnt seem surprised or care about the issues. It was more sad than frustrating...no to mention overpriced for the condition of the place.

Love this place!! Go karts, 2 mini golf courses, bumper cars, arcade, 6 player VR, robotic laser tag, batting cages.... real life Mario cart. Need I say more!? Lol. The prices are very reasonable and the passes let ya do everything except VR. Also, they have redemption prizes and good!!

This place is a joke. About a third of the things to do here are broken and if you have an issue with something taking your money, good luck finding an employee. The batting cages are super old and clearly worn out. The golf courses are in desperate need of repair. What chattanooga really needs is a nice place for arcade games, go carts, and other fair like rides. This is not that place.

Nice day of family fun but could be better if grounds were upkept.

Very good for the kids and the adults in the group, too. It shows a little age in the carpet but they are making renovations and overall a fun night. We took a church youth group and it was a fun and affordable night of clean and good moral entertainment. We didnt do much in the arcade or ride parts but they looked nearly updated.

Seems the arcade was an afterthought. Half the games didnt work. Prices for golf and attractions were high. We only went for the arcade, so I hope the other stuff is worth the price

We went there for my birthday and had a great time. I just wish the staff were more friendly and acted like they cared a little bit. Otherwise it was a lot of fun!

It was fun for my kids but a little run down.

It is a fun place, however it seems very expensive for what you get. Lake Winnepesaukah is cheaper for unlimited rides for the day than a 2 hour unlimited pass. Be aware they also charge for the card they use on top of the price listed. They do not tell you about the card charge and it is not listed on their cost boards. My daughter and I had fun otherwise I would have rated it lower.

Service is horrrible. Was yelled at about a mask soon as we walked throught he doors instead of politely offering a mask. Employees were very rude. The moment we walked in we shouldve walked back out. The entire time there we were treated badly. The employees didnt want to help with anything except sit behind the counter on their phones. The service was so horrible i didnt want to come back afterwards. I wish i had read th reviews first before going there. Very bad place to go looking for fun. It in fact ruins your day. Wouldnt waste another dollar there. They need to shut down or fire the employees.

Good family and friends fun but it need some upgrades.....

This was the only place in town we found mini golf. I feel like it was probably really nice at one time, but now it seems like it has been going downhill for years and years without much love and attention. Many of the attractions were broken and just left deserted.

It was a hole 60$ that i had to spend at this rats nest for a few guys to ride some go karts and they are slower than the people running the place thire are only 1 or 2 nice employee but otherwise really kinda rude so yeah dont come here if you like cheap fun

Seemed a bit rude...as soon as we walked in an employee yelled and said you have to wear a mask. when she couldve just offered one as soon as we entered without being rude..The staff dont seem friendly at all.

Trying to find something fun to do in Chattanooga on a nice winter day, we stopped by here. The golf course has some cool looking stations. The game Center had updated games as well. The Go Kart track was not open at the time we visited so maybe next time will take them for a spin. Staff was friendly.

This was a really cool place to go with a group of people who have lived here their whole life. I feel like a lot of what is offered here is brimming with nostalgia for those who have been visiting for a long time.This was my first time there and I thoroughly enjoyed myself, but walking around you can definitely tell that there used to be many more attractions than there are now and that some of the attractions have fallen into disrepair. For example, there was once bumper boats(now an eerie, closed down, and half drained pool of water) and a drift track for the go karts, but those attractions have since been shut down without being replaced. You can go look at the old areas where these attractions once were and get that spooky feeling of standing where something once was but is no longer.Now for me, I love going and seeing run down versions of places that once had a former glory to the residents of the town they were erected in, but I can see this place being a bit of a let down for anyone who does not appreciate that particular allure.Pro tip: the go karts are electric and there is a game that is meant to be played while driving that is very frustrating. You can opt out of this and use the karts with five boosts, much like their rally races used to be. Ask the operator for more info to avoid paying a large amount to be disappointed!!Overall, I would recommend this place as a fun way to spend time with your friends and family! Mini golf is pretty much always fun, and the few holes that are experiencing technical difficulties do to disrepair only add a challenge and bring more laughter and fun to your game.

Great place to take the family. Wish they had a bit more food items available. And they needed to fix the lights on the back side of the mini golf course

Less than enthusiastic employees. All im gonna say.

This place is old and pretty run down, but it’s really the only option for mini golf in town. Aside from that I still had a fun time playing the same holes I played as a kid. Batting cages were fun too, didn’t get to the go carts though, maybe next time. The staff isn’t the best, but they seem like mostly young kids.

My kids were turned away apparently and they said that the staff wouldnt allow thgem speciffically to go on the karts and my kid said he almost shlt his pants on one of the karts when a kid who lost his glasses crashed into him and they said the karts didnt work properly so someones wheel flewe off later he said one of his friends used the toilet and the toilet seat came offf when he was whipping

I was there with my son to ride go carts and went in to ask a question the lady working today was rude and I walked out. I will not spend money there to be treated rudely.

Lots of fun

We went here for my birthday to play some putt putt golf. There are 2 courses to play. The 1st course was okay but the parts didnt move and there is alot of maintenance needed on it. The 2nd course had moving parts which made it harder to play but again lots of maintenance is needed on it. They have other things to do also but we only played putt putt so that is all I can review. If you did everything that Sir Goonys offered, you could spend all day there.

On Google it says the hours are opened until 10 in Saturday’s. We pulled in at 6:45 and the lady was very rude and told us they closed at 7. There times were just updated 5 days ago

This used to be a great place for family fun, if you can catch them when they are open. Sir Gooneys NEVER honors there hours of operation. I showed up today with a party of 8 and the place was closed when it clearly states they are to be open till nine.

Seriously had a blast!!! Was welcomed as I walked in the door with smiling faces!! Came in with my family for a birthday party the party rooms werent that big but the customer service was great!! the Go karts were my favorite part about it, the kids had a great time as well!! The batting cages were fun I struck out a bit but it was well worth it to me, the arcade was awesome for the kids they enjoyed every bit of it!!! I especially had fun with ski ball and the basketball shot clock game. They have a bowling game, connect four, the kids loved the spin zone ride one of my wifes personal favorites but she wont admit it. Laser fury was my favorite!! The mini golf course was up really cool, I still use my imagination when I play thats what makes it so much fun!! If you dont have an imagination then you wouldnt really want to play but thats my opinion. The customer service was great, I have never had such exceptional service anywhere in the Chattanooga area with such servitude as those employed by sir goonys!

Its fun for families, kid events, or a date. Kinda run down in some areas though. I feel like just a little sprucing up could go a long way. Plenty to do though. Putt Putt is always enjoyable with the right company.

Had my sons bday here. He really enjoyed it but it could be costly if more kids show up with RSVP. Also make sure you kids are of age and height to do all the attractions.

Nobody was there on a Friday night

Absolute garbage. We paid $140 for 2 hour unlimited play and after 15 mins we wanted to leave. The machines dont move in the direction you want them to. There was broken glass on the ground. Go karts were a cool idea but didnt go very fast at all. Only thing cool was putt putt. We tried to get our money back but they do not do refunds. I now have to call the bank to cancel the payment. Place sucks so much I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY!!!

Place is terrible worst place in Chattanooga by far.

They would not allow my family and my self use the batting cages or ride the go karts they were super rude and laughed at us as we walked out the door took everything in me not to jump over the counter and smack the guy as we were leaving there were people riding the go karts i dont understand why they wouldnt allow us to ride or hit the ball but ill never go back

Only place in town for mini golf. Its a good time and obvious theyve at least repainted, but there is a lot of deferred maintenance leaving the place pretty run down overall. Not the cleanest.

Fun little afternoon time with the family. One the only place is the putt putt in Chattanooga. Two different mini golf courses go karts Amusement park rides. It is a little rundown but its still fun. They do have great weekly specials.

Dont come here expecting to be greeted by an enthusiastic staff or to come away feeling like youve gotten a great experience for a decent value. To be fair we showed up about an hour and fifteen minutes before closing- but Im fairly certain the main clerk shorted our cards anyway considering we didnt have any money left on them after two rides when we had paid for three. A considerable amount of our time there was eaten up by the fact that the attendants for rides are missing and the few you can find are lifeless, unsmiling and apathetic. No refunds if they cant provide service as other reviewers point out, which is insanely frustrating when they slow the go karts to a crawl thirty minutes before closing. Really sad that this is one of the main attractions of Chattanooga. Spend your money somewhere else, cause it sure feels like a waste here.

Some of the workers are on the less pleasant side, but overall a great place to be, and the go carts are amazing. The people who run said go carts are also amazing.

Visited this fun center back in the nineties with our kids! Played putt putt golf and we enjoyed the batting cages!

We had an amazing time! Unfortunately it started raining while we were there so we only played the first course but definatly a recommended stop for the kiddos!

Half their attractions were closed. Go karts and mini golf were fine. Its the people who make or break a place and this crew is breaking it. They dont care and their interactions with their customers are horrible. If you ask them something or point something out they give you a look or roll their eyes at you. Probably not coming back here.

Staff was rude aside from the guy that rang us up. There was a long line of people and 3 workers behind the counter. Only 1 was working and he was doing his best and was super nice. The young blond girl and the heavier black woman were just sitting there watching the guy work. When it started raining, we came back in for a raincheck as instructed. The heavier black woman was the only one behind the counter and she acted like we were a bother because she had to get up and do something.The putters were all very sticky and felt dirty.Me and my kids had a good time but no thanks to the staff.

Lots of newly updated go carts and such, that attendant was extremely helpful - next inside- No new or updated arcade games- which is disappointing. Some of them malfunction but the attendant was very helpful w that.- next- If you want food or drink, ice cream etc. Good Luck the employee for those services acted like she didnt want to be there, messed up, after she was told, she didnt offer to remake it an just walks away goes right back to sitting down acting like she doesnt want to be there. Despite the bad employee an outdated limited arcade games, the new laser carts an mario cart electric carts make it worth the trip. They akso have 2 other outdoor carts and golf -which mini golf does seem to have had an update.

Sir Goonys has come a long way. My son hung out with his friend and had a ball. They loves the go carts.

I was dissatisfied with this place because it is very run down, it needs maintenance!Their pool is closed, there’s another’s section next to the go carts section that is closed, their baseball batting cage was not working, so we waisted like 15 mins. there just trying to figure out if someone was going to fix it or someone to let us know what was going on since my husband & brother we’re able to use it for a little bit.Their customer service is not good. It looked like they were short staffed.I don’t recommend this place and will not go back, it it not worth to me and my family.We paid around $175 for 6 people (2 hrs. -unlimited on attraction, couldn’t use arcade).

A fantastic place to have fun! Take a stroll in the murky Putt-Putt golf puddles, a swim in the marshy pool, get swarmed by local wasps, and if youre lucky youll even get some shards of fiberglass in your skin from the Putt-Putt courses! It was fun for 2 adults and one small child. Played gooney golf, and played a few arcade games. My son wanted to go on the course with the giant dinosaur but we choose the wrong one. That was a little misleading. It would be a good idea to post a map of the holes (with pictures) with the different themes and characters at the beginning of the course. It would have been less confusing and my kid would not have been disappointed.

You have got to be kidding me! Between the outrageous pricing, outdated attractions and faulty equipment this is a place I will never recommend to anyone. This is not the kind of place that you really want to go unless you want to waste your time and money. The staff was very unattentive and unassuming. After being stuck upside down in the flipping bumper cars for more than 5 minutes my partner didnt care to continue on this horrendous Adventure. I really wish they would just return the money that we spent as I do not feel as though the price was set properly for the services rendered. I understand its a bunch of teenagers in an outdated Amusement Center but is this really the kind of service that this management wants to present. I truly am unsure how this company is still in business.

Not a bad place if you are bored and just want 2 get the kids out of the house and let them lose...or have a fun day with them.....could be a little cleaner.Overall prices are fair and theres a go cart track.....come on ppl!Race!

Rereview on 8-16-2020.Im only giving this place a five-star because of Kyle in the go-karts. He is awesome! Super friendly and very cautious about customer service. I honestly think hes working at the wrong place and his talents are going unused. He honestly should be working customer service inside or something because it would feel a lot more friendly. The lady inside that was running the cash register was friendly and had good customer service also.Most employees inside were sitting around on their phones and didnt seem to be walking around cleaning anything. Which is a big deal these days! Most arcade games are very cheaply made and dont work very well. There are not many ways to earn tickets and the games are expensive for what they are.The place as a whole as far as keeping up with the grounds and the golf course is very outdated. It needs a makeover badly! I mean badly. This place could be a gold mine for the owners if they just gave it some Love and care. It would really make a huge difference and pay for itself with the repairs and touch-ups. They should think about this!

We came on a Tuesday night which gives u 2 hours of unlimited play for everything for $20 per person. Which is expensive which is why Im giving 4 stars. That & my 2 year old couldnt do anything but arcade games. BUT we only bought the unlimited pass for our 7 year old to save money. & he LOVED everything. The stuff they have to do is great & definitely a place to have all day fun!!

Would give a much higher rating if they are least put a ramp or something so that the middle pool wasnt depressingly filled with dead, drowned frogs

We took all the kids it wasa sunny day but it began to rain...so we lost an hour or more of our pass time but the wonderful manager made sure to give us rainchecks so we could come again on a better day...the staff on this day was amazing!!!!! Thank you sir gonney for a worth while day out

Lots of great activities for the family. But struggling to maintain.There are all sorts of motorized activities, but often something is broken. And while the staff are nice, there are way too few staff members. Also, they only seem to be open at varied hours at different parts of the season. So call ahead, because even the times shown in Maps could change.The activities could be pricey for a large family, unless you use a discount of some sort.But since they have a lot, you dont miss the broken things very much. They do keep the most desired things running or repaired with some efficiency.At the end of your visit, your kids will be happy. Adults enjoy the fun and games too. Best to try going at non-peak hours.

Horrible place to take your family! It is all about the money and it doesnt really matter if your family has a good time or enjoys it at all. I would not recommend anyone visit this unfriendly and untrained place.

The flip zone rides are fun..... but some arcade machines do not work correctly

The woman who worked the counter this evening was VILE. The second my husband and I entered she had an attitude. We only played mini golf, we came in around 7 and finished shortly before 8:30. With over half of the corse in disrepair its NOT worth the nearly $20 to play. With a cigarette in her hand she yells at us that we need to leave because they are closed.... The sign on the door clearly says you close at 9 but thats fine. We left and wont ever be back. If you want to stay in business i suggest finding new employees and revamping the course.This was my very first time ever coming here and I had heard such good things, We were highly disappointed.
