I absolutely love this place. Its a great place to take the family because the family all have to band together to complete this. Fabulous fun experience. Also the place was very clean.

We had a great time! My brother and I did a virtual escape room with our dad for fathers day. The team gave us clear instructions for how to access the room and how to play from a remote location. Our game avatar--Tessa--was wonderfully friendly and willing to revisit clues and sections of the room that we hadnt quite caught on the first walk through. Absolutely no judgment when we got stuck on some pretty basic things and very patient with three people trying to talk to her at once. :)

This place was so much fun ! We are from St.Louis Missouri and they made us feel very welcomed! Will definitely go again next time we travel to experience another room!

We did our 40th and 41st Escape Rooms here. We did Bunker followed by C-Block. Bunker was one of the most impressive games we’ve ever done. Not easy, not insanely hard. But challenging. C-Block is fantastic all around. They both flow, make sense, and tell a story and we completed both As well. We’ll be back to do their other two rooms soon. Daniel and a young lady whom we didn’t catch her name, had cute green dyed hair, were our helpers and they were both great. A+ 10 out of 10 ️️️️️

I was looking for a virtual team building event for work. I reached out and Michael was very responsive, professional and made it easy to get everything set up. It didnt matter that we were on the west coast. Everyone had so much fun and both team were able to escape! I highly recommend this for any type of group.

This place was more than I expected! The rooms were spectacular and well designed! The puzzles made sense and flowed so well! My group has completed over 45 escape rooms and we put Escape Experience at the top of the list.Must do!

This was such a great experience. My group really had fun and we were able to experience this with some family across the country too. Having been to this escape room twice now (one in person, one virtual) I would recommend both being very fun. Each offer a unique experience, but virtual puts everything right in front of you. The interactions were great and really happy to have done this!

These rooms are incredibly intricate, detailed, and fun. The owners make the game super enjoyable! You can tell they put a lot of work into these games. One of the most difficult but understandable rooms Ive ever done was the Bunker! I dont even live in Tennessee but I want to visit now. Their virtual format is easy to use so long as you have good internet connection and are willing to work quick.

Wow! The Bunker is a top shelf escape game. Great mix of electronic magic and analog challenges. Incredibly responsive and happy to help staff as well. Our entire family was involved in solving puzzles and the story is great, especially if you are old enough to remember the cold war!!You will not be disappointed in this experience, whether a first time escapee or seasoned enthusiast!

Have done 4 rooms here now. Bunker is one of the best of the almost 40 rooms weve done. All of the rooms are great. Staff is great. Locations isnt the best, but it is a destination spot. Would definitely recommended going here.

We did the virtual escape as a work activity with Tessa and she was absolutely wonderful to do this with. So nice and comedic, really glad we did this!

I did the Runaway Train with three other people. It was set up inside a real train car at the Choo Choo, so it was really immersive. That particular room required a lot of teamwork to get through. The puzzles were fairly challenging and a ton of fun! Just make sure a certain member of your group knows how to open a briefcase ;)

I set up a virtual team building event and it was SO great. With social distancing and all of us working from home this was an awesome time. I plan to book many more escapes with them!

This was a Birthday experience for my sister and we attempted to escape Prison Cell Block C. This was challenging and soooo much fun!! Our host was friendly and very helpful. My sisters and I will definitely do this again!!

My friend and I had done a game at Breakout Chattanooga the day before, and decided to switch it up and go to Escape Experience. We did both the C-block and the Bunker rooms. CRAZY in depth, but doable, the multi-room experience was insane. We loved it! Of all the escape rooms weve done we recommend this one. I forget the names of the two people that helped us, a young guy with brown hair and young girl with dark black hair - they were awesome!!! They helped us tremendously and they definitely deserve all the praise. Awesome experience overall.

My friend had booked a virtual room for her hubby’s bday. We paid, they sent the zoom link, we all logged on and... nothing! The screen just kept saying that we were waiting for the host to log on. My friend called and emailed with no response.. No host ever logged on or got us set up..

This was an excellent place! We did the vaccine room and it was very captivating and thrilling. The staff is very friendly and encourage success. Definitely want to go back

Cameron was the BEST! We did the virtual experience and it was such an unexpected blast. It takes a minute to get used to because youre directing someone with urgency and want to make sure you dont sound like youre barking orders! But once you get into the groove of asking the right questions and putting things together, its really really fun to figure out. Five stars for our body in the room. Give that man a raise.

My family and I came into this feeling a little skeptical of the entire idea, but our game host made us feel very welcomed and safe. Hannah, our game host, was extremely friendly and interacted with us throughout the experience. After our first game, we loved her so much, we booked another experience later the same day with her. The second experience was even better than the first and we met another game host, Alfie, who was also amazing. We actually ended up beating the all time record for the Bunker. Great time! We just booked another room with Hannah for tomorrow morning. Definitely recommend this place and Hannah or Alfie as your game host.

Excellent. We had a fun escape room weekend vacation and did 3 of their rooms (Bunker, C-block and Runaway Train). All 3 were absolutely fantastic. The best build out was the bunker, but my favorite was the Runaway Train. I highly recommend these rooms. We will be back for the other two.

We did the Runaway Train room with a group of 4 people. Ive been to plenty of escape rooms, both around Chattanooga and many other places. This was one of the best for sure. The puzzles were very well done, though they had a few glitches. Many of the puzzles were unique or different that made the room very enjoyable and intriguing. With a group of 4 all of us had plenty to do, but with a group as large as 8 I could see it getting a bit crowded. Though it is a little bit more expensive than other escape places, I would say its worth it, especially for those that enjoy escape rooms. People new to escape rooms may want to wet their feet elsewhere before diving in at Escape Experience.

We had an awesome time here! We did the bunker and almost escaped... but we did save the world! It is quite obvious that they have put a TON of effort into making this as realistic as possible, and it has paid off amazingly! I highly recommend Escape Experience if you are into escape rooms.

The room was very well done and super fun! Cameron was our gamemaster and was very friendly before and after the game. I am a gamemaster a Breakout Chattanooga so i have some experience with escape games lol. The only negative as not being able to communicate with the gamemaster during the game

This is one of the best escape rooms I have ever done. My family and I did the Runaway Train room and had so much fun that we did the Bunker room the next evening. Both rooms were really well done, but the Bunker blew all of us away with its design. Eddie was our game master for both rooms, and he was awesome. He was really enthusiastic about the back stories of the rooms and got all of us excited to try to escape. I would highly recommend this for anyone that loves solving puzzles, working together, and having fun!

Best escape room experience Ive encountered so far. The doomsday scenario one was themed incredibly well and had some impressive props. Guide was very helpful and nice as well! Loved it.

Recently, we partially completed the Bunker Experience... It definitely makes you think outside the box! We absolutely loved it! I do recommend taking your phone with you! You may need it for pictures, or light! Have fun saving the world and yourselves!!!!

Just completed our 4th Escape Experience, and we love it every time! The challenges and expectations are different in each room, and every experience comes with its own unique surprise. I love this place. Me and kids go just to have fun trying to figure out the puzzles. We dont even get close but its so much fun.

Extremely well run, very nice and helpful staff. We were there at 12:30 on 12-24-19, the sweet lady at the desk with the nose ring was very polite and did a great job with the hints during the game.

The level of intricate details put into the rooms is incredible. We had a group of 8 people, at times that was an advantage and other times it was a detriment to our progress. You are given an hour and a light back story and locked in a room. There is a way to open the door if you need to use the restroom and return. There is a person in a control room monitoring your progress, and ensure that you dont cheat or damage their rooms. You can have up to 3 clues given to you and still qualify to break the record. Any clues in excess of your 3 will be given but exclude you from competing for the top time. You request your clues via a provided walkie-talkie, they will not talk back to you but simply place the clue on the tv monitor on the wall with the count down timer on it. A great way to spend time as a group, we burned up 45 minutes and it felt like 10! I cant recommend this activity enough.

Without question one of the best escape rooms around. Ive been to two others in the Chattanooga area, they pale in comparison Escape Experience. Ive been to escape rooms across the country, from Irvine, CA to Denver, CO, from Biloxi, MS to Red Deer, AB, Canada. These guys are the most consistently excellent. Every room is well thought out, reasonable, engaging, exciting, everything you want in an escape room.The puzzles arent so linear that your group is stuck waiting while two people do everything, but clear enough that you know what to do next. The decorations are exceptional, the hint system and hint quality is perfect.The staff are always friendly, personable, and professional.All that and the prices are on par with anyone around.Six stars, no question.

I highly recommend!!!!! It was awesome!! We had someone in a wheelchair and they were able to go through it as well. For all ages and very interactive. I will definitely go back and try one of the other rooms. It only cost about $30 a person so Its a great deal!!!!

We did the Bunker. It was, hands down, the best escape room Ive ever done. Ive done maybe 6-7 escape rooms, and Ive never been so immersed in the experience through the setup and also the sounds. It was challenging but also logically flowed. I cant wait to go back and do another room!

This is THE place to go to. Without a doubt the most fire Escape Room. Better than any other ones. I’m a bit of an Escape Artist myself so I know what’s good and what isn’t. ALFIE IS THE BEST WORKER. If the owner is reading this please give him a FAT RAISE. He is the man and made the experience 10 times more fun. This is the most Uganda Jenkins approved thing ever.

This experience was soooooo much fun!!!!! My husband and I went here for his birthday and we had a blast!!! We did the inheritance room and we escaped with 6 minutes and 52 seconds remaining on the clock. We are eager to go again! If you haven’t done this before you will love this!!! This establishment was great! We had a corporate event for our senior leadership and the staff at Escape Experience helped make our event successful! We booked online, but arrived later than expected, the staff worked with us and the other groups that had booked the times after us to allow us all to have this experience. That made a huge difference in how our corporate event went, and without the understanding and flexible staff at Escape Experience, we wouldnt have had such a great time! Thank you Escape Experience for helping our corporate event run smoothly and make a great impression! Would recommend to anyone for a corporate team building event.

The room we did was sooo fantastic! It was much larger than we originally anticipated!! It was extremely well set up and the props/locks were great. There were TONS of things to solve—definitely hard with just my husband and I! We will be back next time we are in Chattanooga! Oh, and visit improv comedy right next door if you’re here on Friday or Saturday-they’re hilarious.

Had a great time escaping from Vaccine. It was full of challenging puzzles and neat clues.

We did this as a family to celebrate three birthdays. We paid the extra to guarantee it was just he six of us, and it was great to do this a family team.We did C-Block and just barely escaped, but we did. It was so much fun, and I cannot wait to go back. Now that I have one under my belt, and I have a better idea of how to go after them.Highly, highly recommend!

Wow. I have done many escape rooms and this one WAS AMAZING! The staff were super chill and helpful. We did The Bunker and IT WAS INSANE! It is borderline simulation with the sound effects and everything. Don’t want to give anything away, but it was crazy how many rooms there were and how the doors/walls moved! Absolutely would recommend!!

Gentleman had two groups running and was able to keep in character for both of them. For my anniversary gift my spouse rented the jail break for us was everything we expected and more. The gentleman helped where he could and we had a blast will Definitely go back!! Ok for a couple better if a group goes in!

Good entertainment for the price, and good selection. Facility was clean and well prepared when we arrived. Game was entertaining, but a few red-herrings were thrown in that did not fit to solve the puzzle. Good placement and atmosphere, and fun for the whole family.

This is the first time we have ever done this, It was really fun! It turned out my duaghter my sister I picked the second to hardest one! It was pretty challenging unfortunately we didnt get to escape! But In the end it was a really good experience! Eddie, the game master, was really helpful and enthusiastic about his job, and made us aware of everything!

I took my staff here today for the “Vaccine” experience. We had a blast, the room was challenging and extremely well thought out. This was a great team building exercise that challenged everyone to think and work together. We will definitely be returning!

Went for a company holiday party. The staff was friendly, warm and inviting. We split up in groups between all the rooms. We had a blast. We were able to take group photos at the end that the staff help us take. The staff was engaging and made the experience that much better. One of the best escape rooms Ive been to and that is all because of the engagement of the staff. Its a great team builder and a very fun experience.

The bunker was a fabulous room. We have done probably 30 rooms total and this room is definitely in the top three that we have done in our lifetime. It does a great job immersing you as if you were there in a bunker. Not super difficult but kept you engage the entire time. I have also done vaccine and the inheritance which are also very good. This company does a great job. The bunker was one of the best Ive ever seen though.

This place is so fun!It was my first time to do one of these and the folks in charge were so great. The escape was a challenge but not super duper difficult - which was encouraging! We definitely want to do another escape challenge.A cool way to spend a rainy afternoon.

The host was really bad! She did not know what she was talking about and did not turn on a major clue on the TV!!! She did not tell us how many clues we could use! I do not recommend this place to go to! If u had a good time lucky u! I really wish we had a good host to tell us a good hint because it was my girlfriends birthday I she really did liked it! I love you Bertha! Drop a like when u get a chance! j

Staff was also super cool and made it even better- love when you can joke around with them.

Ive been to a similar place in Louisville KY but the attention to detail at this place is amazing. We did 2 back to back and by far the bunker was the hardest but very cool. I would recommend this place.

Our full group of 8 The Bunker and we have been spoiled on escape games forever! No other company weve tried before or since could compare to the immersive experience, attention to detail, complexity and variety of puzzles we experienced there. We plan to try all the rooms here eventually!
