Always fun, revolving exhibit upstairs. Currently doing two shifts of 10-1 or 2-5, online reservation. Used to be a ticket was all day, right now tickets are for either shift. Dino cafe closed so bring snacks and reusable water bottle. Creation station and dino sandbox are our favorites.

We visited on 9/13/2020 with our 10 yrs old son. The place is amazing and great value. The staff is very polite and friendly. The first thing I liked is that they made us feel safe and comfortable, they are doing a great job with COVID-19, sanitizing constantly. As a business owner we know the cost of maintaining this type of operation. Caroline from the Workshop was specially kind and patience with our son’s project, she is a very good fit for that job. The Art Studio is incredible for kids that like music. They have a special room for each type of instrument. Kathy was very kind. She assisted my son to create a colored painting even though we had only 5 minutes before they closed. Thank you guys from Creative Discovery Museum we will come back with our nephews!!!

We love this place. Our daughter turned two this week. The staff is amazing and so nice. They allow smaller groups in during blocked out times so it doesnt feel so crowded inside and they also are cleaning at all times. My daughter loves to make bite bites so she loved the kitchen in the 4 and under room. She loved the sand in the dinosaur exhibit and we made a spider as a hands on activity. She also loved the whole indoor playground and playhouse. She was running around super excited to touch everything. We as a family enjoyed the music part. Upstairs was cool with the mazes!!! Only downside was not really having enough time. So dont show up late for your time. You will miss out on some good playtime. We will definitely be coming back!

We took my son here after visiting the aquarium. They are currently taking temperatures and asking questions at the door to ensure safety from the virus as best as they can. The staff was also very friendly. Everything in here is an interactive learning experience. My son is only 2, but he absolutely loved the water room and the excavation room. The tickets were fairly cheap and we easily spent a couple of hours exploring. If you have a couple extra hours and a little one, I definitely recommend going in.

Having never been, my 3 10-yr-old grandkids had a great time. I thought it might be a little under their level but there was plenty for them to do and enjoy. During this Covid19 season, their precautions go over and above. Your kids are safe here as long as you do your part to protect them as well. I will bring the rest of my 10 grands soon. Well done.

We really enjoyed our time at the Creative Discovery Museum. There was so much to do and interact with. They have a great play area for kids ages 4 and under. Within that area there’s even a small section for kids 18 months and under. I really enjoyed the art and music section. The upstairs roof was neat too! Would definitely recommend!FYI: They have a private nursing area, complete with a sink and changing table, in the downstairs section.TIP: if you have a membership to a local children’s museum, check to see if it is in the same reciprocity network as CDM. We were able to get a nice discount on admission thanks to our membership to the Atlanta Children’s Museum

Fun experience, great for younger kids, there is always something for them to do, there is no correct way to walk around, just let them explore and especially, dont rush them in or out of any activity, a ton of benches all over the place for parents to rest while the kids do the activities... and be ready to go up the tower many times. Our kids are 8 and 12 and I think this was a one time thing for them.

This place is a gem. One of the best children’s museums in the country. From a tower to water to music to a climbing area this place has it all. We could not get enough of this place!! We brought 2 kids along with their godparents and all 6 of had a blast here. Our autistic child could not get enough of all the science stuff and loved the water play area, especially the climbing structure where one could use a fan to fly kites. We left to go eat and returned to see even more of the museum, and there was still plenty to keep us busy. We loved the music area (2 in our group are professional musicians). The dinosaur/bug area sparks creativity, as does the rooftop area. We loved the Daniel Tiger traveling exhibit, but I was sad to see that the museum didnt get the Mister Rogers Neighborhood puppets that I know are part of this exhibit. At least they have Mister Rogers cardigan and sneakers, which my children (and we) loved. That alone was not enough to make me remove a star because this museum is fantastic!!

My favorite is the station where you can build things with wood, plastic screws and other connectors to make things with wheels or hooks like a crane. I gave this place a 2.5 star. Why? The tickets were a little pricey for what they have inside. I did have a very unsettling experience. After we went inside with our TICKETS the nice gentleman at the booth of the lobby explained everything to us nicely and what the museum was all about.Once me my wife and kids went into the actual area of the exhibits we kinda were lost as to what direction to take or where to start. A worker was chatting with two other workers and so I asked them where to start our museum experience. They pointed where we needed to go. I kindly said thank you.But... as soon as we walked away one of the workers stopped us and then proceed to ask if we had paid to come in???? Seriously... I was respectful and answered yes. But honestly this interaction did not sit well with me at all.I am a Latino and not sure if her reaction would have been different if I was of another race. But clearly, if we had gone through all the coronavirus check points before coming in and even reserving our tickets online for the 2 o’clock entrance there would be no way to enter the building without paying.Honestly, this did not sit well with me. Out of respect to my wife and small children I did not tell the lady anything. But clearly, she thought we entered without paying.I’m not trying to make this a race issue. But it was very unsettling.Apart from that the exhibits where ok... never did any of the workers ask us if we needing help in explaining the different stations. The place is nice. My kids enjoyed the indoor playground more than anything else.Would I go again? Would I recommend this place to someone else? No.Thanks,

My kids head an amazing time here, start to finish. Id like to first say, it was once off the best organized kids museums Ive been to. Usually theres a lot of frantic looking parents and grabby kids, but everyone was actually interacting and making sure their kids were not being awful. The Adventure Science Center in Nashville should take some lessons from the staff here. Everything was surprisingly tidy and I honestly cant say enough good things about the wide variety of exhibits. My kids learned about instruments, made art, wood worked, sewed, and got to play on an awesome multilevel structure. Loved this place.

My family has loved this place for years! Different ages will have different experiences, but as long as youre willing to let your group split a bit according to ages and interests, there is something for everyone at least toddler to age 10 or so. We really like doing the museum backwards from the way its intended route--entering through the gift shop, then choosing which of thw interior areas to go to first. Its easier to push kids through the gift shop if you havent seen the exhibits yet. Once youve exited the gift shop going in this direction, youre in the middle of the museum and can choose art, music, science, medical clinic, preschool area, or the rotating exhibit upstairs--or the water area, where they really intend for guests to enter, but we save that for last. It works well because when Im ready to leave, I can excite my kids with the water area, and its really to get the familys momentum going in the right direction. We experience the qater and climbing structure for the last 30-40 minutes of our visit, and everyone is ready to go. We exit immediately with no visit to the gift shop at the end.

There is also a little cafe in it that serves a variety of snacks and meals. They also offer very healthy options for you and the kiddos. We absolutely love this place and come here every chance we get.I am not sure why people have rated this poorly. I am confused how you can take a child here and they NOT have fun.
