I like the theater. It is small and quaint. The seating area is not always clean.

Great black box theater. You really feel upclise and personal to the show. No bad seats.

Not what I expected. Very small, which is good for small plays, as we went to see The Birth. Be aware that you are going to intimate setting.

The staff at BPAC is always so friendly and helpful. This black box theater is one of my favorites because it feels so cozy. Definitely get to Spirit Square early because the paid lot there fills up quickly and all other parking is a short walk away (7th street station is the block ahead).

Heard some free live music outside, that was really good.Then met my friend inside where her and myself watched an awesome stag play called TopDog/UnderDog.The theater itself was welcoming and all staff professional. I had a really great experience here and very much look forward to attending more events here s from me

Nice location, limited parking in front, great customer service and be prepared. If over 5’4 you should probably grab the seats on the end because its a bit snug in those seats.Otherwise I will attend another performance at this location again.
