We had a bad experience with this company. We canceled TCM Backlot a year ago (which was a hassle). Then, one year later, they charged our bank account $86.00 for membership!! When I contacted them to tell them about this problem, they sent me this email: ...we have issued a refund.....our system sends out an automated confirmation email when cancellation are processed, but perhaps it landed in your spam/junk folder...... They didnt say anything regarding how sleazy it was that they charged us for something that we canceled a year ago! They did not apologize either. Watch out for this company, and watch your bank account closely to avoid being charged for something you dont want! The movies are wonderful, but their business practices leave a lot to be desired.
