I ended my contract with them after my 6 months was up July 2020 and I still receive random charges of them trying to withdrawal money from my account. I have sent an email on Oct 5th asking for clarity and no response yet so I ended up putting a stop payment on any further transactions. Heads up to keep check on your bank account months after to make sure no extra charges have been made after your contract has ended.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! My Artist AND I Drove 2 hours to be told that HE wouldnt be seen without making a payment first. When you have someone coming in for a meeting, its your job to clarify any questions that the customer may have before trying to force them to give you money. They do not report to BMI/ASCAP, They sell false hope, and they will waste your time if you dont pay them first. Kimberly is rude and decided to call after I posted this review. My review stands as is. She couldve spoke to me and clarified what he was paying for, instead she had the receptionist take us outside and tell us that she would not be answering anymore questions without a payment. They are a scam.

I absolutely love the mission and what is is this station stands for. Such a blessing to all!

SCAM. They wasted our time and asked us to provide lists of referrals they could call. They said we could get a FREE 30 second radio ad for each referral. We provided 53 names with phone numbers. 6 or 7 of us were then crammed into a small room (during covid) where it was impossible to social distance. The condescending and patronizing producer told us all about the tremendous amount of charity funds they allegedly provide to people in need. He then said we would get $2000 worth of advertising and we would get 40 30-second radio spots and told us to email 50 words of ad copy. He then abruptly told us we could leave and several people had to get out of their seats just so we could get out the door. I emailed my ad copy the same day (that was about a month ago) and I have never received a response. Im not sure what exactly is going on here, but we fell for their scheme and this company made promises they did not keep. They are making money somehow and it seems it is at the expense of trusting entrepreneurs and small business owners. Stay away.

They lure you in by saying they going to help grow your business but instead they want you to PAY them to WORK for them as Radio Host. They want to pay with barter dollars and charge me real money to work for them. Dr.Smith is the biggest con there is. Trust me, if you want to grow your business, become active in your community and/or become a radio host; dont waste your time with WDRB media. You just going lost time and money that can be spent somewhere else.

Definitely a scam. My husband and I and our two small sons drove al the way to Charlotte from Georgia 5 hours during COVID-19 for this supposedly great opportunity. It’s not what it is. They offer free advertising but then charge 150 to 250 a month for at least 6 months minimum. Yes it’s a contract. They get your payment info before leaving and having a training class the next day. Please don’t fall into this trap. It’s a shame we risked our lives for a lie. People ready should be ashamed of themselves.
