I would give this place 4.5 stars. It was not busy when we went which was nice. Several areas were closed which was disappointing. Also, I only saw 2 hand sanitizer stations at the very front or in the bathrooms. I would have expected to see them throughout. Or at least near areas that had things that got touched. Other than that, we had a good jump.

Terrible service. If you are planning to celebrate your birthday here, warn guests not to bring flowers. They wouldn’t provide you the most ordinary vase of water or anything else for flowers. You will pay $ 400 and you will not be given an extra decanter of water for free. For only $ 5.If mom will be happy with your service she’ll give a tips. But she did not. She is just to shy to say everything she is thinking about it.

FANTASTIC.... Came Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 for my sons 7th bday!!! He had a blast. Lots to do, staff were polite & they most definitely dont stay down your back about your children wearing face mask. My second time here & it most definitely wont be my last. Need better planning for parties.Took more than 30 minutes to check in for a scheduled party because only one person available for all check ins.Kids still had fun.

Great time!! Attended a birthday party for my nephew, a kids birthday. Not a dull moment very kid friendly, first time visiting and was very impressed. There are multiple areas you can jump, climb, soar through the air. Private areas are available for parties, they also provide food and beverages. You have to sign a waiver, included with the cost are a pair of neon orange socks that are made specifically for jumping, the bottoms are slide resistant all sizes from toddler to adult are available. There is a a bull ride available that was awesome, high score of 26 seconds I must say lol. Arcade games scattered across the facility for a separate fee. Too many things to name, basically kids AND adults can both have fun. I know Im leaving out other fun things but overall a great place to visit, will return again. Forgot to add I did notice the employees were very attentive to following guidelines pertaining to covid, cleaning attractions after each participant, cleanliness and wearing masks.

This is an awesome place to jump! This is the cleanest trampoline park Ive ever been to! The staff are really friendly, and the pricing is very reasonable!

Really fun, definitely better than sky zone. But the laser maze had no employee to supervise and the mechanical bull had very hard plastic areas that would hurt, the foam seemed like it didn’t get cleaned enough and the food was a little pricey. But other than that, the staff were very nice and the park has a area for parents. I’m very happy :)

After seeing what went on tonight with the kids out there from a video online I will never bring my kids there until they get this place under control were halfway through the pandemic and I guess that means no social distances for them and its over 200 kids, no face mask! Fighting, nothing but a whole bunch of chaos. If you going to drop your kids off at least stay with them.. This is a sad generation for the kids to grow up in these days

Loads of fun. My kids have a wonderful time here and about $16 per hour isnt bad with all the things they have for kids to do here. Give this place a chance if you havent. Definitely recommend 5 stars!!

Very fun. Lots of different activities to do for kids and adults. There are lots of leather couches for parents who arent jumping and an adult only area where they serve alcohol. All ages welcome. Price is a bit steep (reason for 4/5 stars). Staff is AWESOME.

Had been to Big Air, for a birthday party. Both the kids loved it, as there were areas for both ages, 6 and lower and older kids aswell. Comparing to the other 2 trampoline parks in Charlotte, I felt big air was bigger and better. And lots of activities for all ages.

My son had his birthday party here. Planning the details was so effortless. I was in constant communication with Brittany, who was extremely helpful. The party was on Saturday morning, the place was packed and even so we had no problems checking in, getting all of our guests together and starting the party. The young lady helping us with food, was great. This place is highly recommended for any event!

Very cool spot. Had a good time here when in NC. May sound a bit funny but when looking online it looked bigger and made me excited go but getting there was no where near as big as I thought. Been to quite a few other parks like this and seemed theirs was oriented to the children. There was still fun to be had for us and adults. I liked their climbing wall into the foam pit. Also the way they have their basketball hoops set is much better than a few other places I have been to. All in all very fun place.

Really fun place to bring your children. I bring my children once in a while otherwise they would get bored. Some places dont function sometimes like the lazer maze, and the VR place, but other than that, great place for birthdays.

Hate I have to give this place any stars visited this place My 1 year old daughter got a hold of chemicals they had on the floor spoke with the owner John Cox one time he has yet to return my calls and follow up with incident report or anything all I heard him talk about is in middle of selling his home so with that being said they are not to concern about the safety of kids and families and they have a bunch of kids working on site who are more worried about using the attractions themselves rather than helping paying customers the doors need to be shut and the prices of the food is horrible and the food is TRASH I have pics and audio I will be displaying shortly STAY AWAY DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

This place is awesome! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We lost a phone in the foam pit and they were so kind to let us look. We got help from staff and other customers. We luckily found it! We are from Utah and I have to say everyone was so kind to us. I would highly recommend this place!

Love this place for the kids to have fun and get a full workout. I thank the owner for the friendly staff who get to know the customers and entertain the kids when possible. Thankful for #homeachool days while crowds are in school youll find us running around having the majority of the place to ourselves. A must visit for all kids..mine range from 2-13 and absolutely love it and would go every week if we let them.

The people are all very friendly and the park itself is in good condition and a lot of fun. BUT.....on a Sunday afternoon they do not have nearly enough people on staff. We had to wait 30 minutes just to sign in. Then we had to wait 30 minutes to order food. Then ANOTHER 30 minutes to get a refill. It seemed to be at its max capacity. Staff could not keep up. Again, the people are very nice and helpful, but with the money thats being brought in Big Air needs to loosen the purse strings and HIRE more people so customers dont spend half their time waiting in line. They even ran out of drink pitchers. 30 minutes for a pink lemonade is ridiculous. They need more help. Several employees apologized and stated that they were just overwhelmed.

Our children had fun. Great way to get in exercise. Although we all checked in at the same time, there was a 15 minute difference in the times when printed. My grand daughter felt cheated because her time was 12:30 and the others was 12:45; she was told by staff that her time was up at 12:30.

They dont do complicated pricing per attraction like some places. One price per hour or two hours. Lots to do. Didnt go to the upstairs parents area but think thats a great idea and you can see your kids playing below.

This review is for the birthday party experience as a host.It was our first time here, and it was for my sons birthday party. This place is so much fun for kids! Both of my boys had a blast at Big Air.But I would not do a birthday party here in retrospect. What was really lacking was some sort of central meet-up spot for the duration of the party. Everyone arrived and started jumping, but our party just blended into the crowd. This place is big, and there wasnt anywhere to call home base until after the 2-hour jump was over. So we didnt really even know who made it to the party unless we happened to pass them somewhere in the park.This place is great for kids, so I cant give it an overall negative rating. But I wouldnt do a birthday party here again.

We just noticed this place. You cant see it from the road but if youre in the parking lot, you cant miss it. Its huge inside and my daughter loved it!! Friendly staff and lots for the kids to do here.They have Lazer tag, wall climbing, trampolines, obstacle course, and a pit filled foam blocks to jump in. Music played overhead from speakers.There is a concession stand and tv in that area. There is a raise area in the center where you can see the entire play area. Free WiFi and massage chairs. We bought a membership. Well definitely be back!

Awesome place. Tons of fun for adults and children alike. Fantastic spot for parties and very readable priced. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.The facility feels clean and airy inside. Its extremely well laid out and has tons of activities. They have a cafe and tons of seating.Plenty of parking outside, easy to get to from the main roads, and tons of fun!

GROSS there chicken was super hard and dry i found a roach in my food and there fries were frozen solid when they gave it to us.

The place is amazing the problem is the staff.They are very rude. No matter where you go they are around you looking at you angry., like you are doing something wrong always.I know they need rules to keep the place safe but they dont need to exaggerate at point no one can have fun.They are not polite.We will never come back .

Its a great place to have a kids birthday party! Our host was Jada and she did a good job with the kids. Theres an adult lounge upstairs that serves IPA beer and wine, it also has massage chairs!

This place is Super crowded on Fri and Saturday PARENTS BEWARE. Some lowlife stole my daughters shoes as we were jumping. Spoke to officer and he told me that was the 3rd pair tonight plus two purses were stolen. Never again. Its a sad world when your kids arent even safe at a kid friendly place .

The only thing this is missing is a adult only night!!!! So much fun!!! The big kid in me was having a ball but my lungs reminded me I was in my late 20s haha. The staff is so friendly I brought my three year old son to my brothers birthday so there was a ton of people the staff looks out for the young kids and one staff member even brought my kid to me when he got hurt. So its such a nice very family friendly establishment. I will go back many more times and thinking about getting a monthly pass so much cheaper than visiting one time. But still relatively cheap for all the stuff the have for the kids to do.

My son loves the trampoline park so I took him to the one in Pineville last year for his birthday. Horrible experience! This year I did my homework and checked out all available parks and read the reviews, even visiting them. I am SO glad I chose Big Air Charlotte! Not only does it have lots of things to do but it was CLEAN (even the bathrooms) and the staff was so nice. The front desk signed our group in and was great about getting everyone and everything organized. A big shout-out to Miguel who was patient helping the kids with the Virtual Reality (some were nervous) and especially to Daniel who was an awesome host! I’m used to having to help out at these parties but he wouldn’t let me. It was so nice to just be a guest. One other thing I really liked is they have plenty of staff and they actually follow the safety rules instead of just posting them on the wall. All the kids told me they had a great time. We’ll definitely go back again and the other parents said they plan to come back also. If you haven’t been I highly recommend it, but get there early for a lighter crowd.

This place was better than what I thought. Its not your run of the mill trampoline park. It has a rock climbing wall and a bull ride. Then they have a parents lounge that serves alcohol. From the lounge you can see 360 degrees. A change in trampoline parks!

The best trampoline park in the Charlotte area. Clean, professional staff and a lot of room so you aren’t on top of everyone in the building like the other park across from Pineville mall.

Big Air is so much fun for all ages! I have seen adults enjoying themselves as much as toddlers! I especially enjoy cosmic nights after 8pm every Friday and Saturday! (See my video for a glimpse of the fun)The cost is very reasonable for all the activities that are included!Ive attended several birthday parties here and they are awesome!!! The pizza is very tasty, the cake pops and fruit are delicious! I am so thankful to have such a cool place close by!

Good for kids, but expensive. $15 for 2hrs I think is too much.. And the pizza, its the worst pizza I have ate in my life.

Great place for kids to spend some of their apparently limitless amount of energy.

It gives you a very wonderful experience. Not a very toddler friendly place. If you have a toddler then there are only couple of spots you can enjoy in the entire park. However, it is an ideal place for celebrating the parties especially for the big groups. Even if there are multiple groups celebrating the parties it can accommodate them. Go there on Mondays and enjoy the special of $20 for 3 hours. I definitely recommend to someone looking to have some fun with the kids especially providing the physical activity

My childrens shoes were stolen. Staff refused to review footage. Children were fighting and adults, including staff sat and watched. There was no security in site to ensure the safety of other patrons. I am very disappointed in this business. My children will not return.

I got my shoes stolen there Jordan 5’s worth 200$! Celebrating my friends birthday someone stole my shoes how can they allow this your staff doesn’t mention lockers they just want you to pay and they don’t even have anyone watching the shoes or anything unbelievable has to get police involved and no money back or anything since staff is lazy and just loves talking between 1 and other and being distracted *NEVER LEAVE YOUR SHOES BUY A LOCKER EVEN IF THEY DONT MENTION IT* never gonna go back.

Love this place- went Sat night for Cosmic Night. Black lights and loud music for 3 hours. During the day its a smaller cleaner version of the larger trampoline park. At night on the weekend its pretty neat. My 12 year old said it was his favorite.

Came for my sons birthday at his request. He had a great time and is wiped out. Best kind of fun for a kid.

Ive brought both my grand kids here at different times 9 years old and 7 years old. The 9 year old loves the climbing walls. The 7 year old loved all the trampoline, jumping activities they have. Theres something for every age group. Definitely recommend this place! Also the staff was exceptional!

Very nice jumping place. Fun and entertaining for kids. Great place too have a party. I will say if you don’t bring grip socks it can get quite expensive as grip socks are required.

This place is great! Wish the indoor playgrounds/trampoline parks in my area had some of the stuff Big Air has...like the climbing wall over a foam pit and the mechanical bull.

This is the best trampoline park I have been to ( so far). They have rock climbing, trampolines, bounce basketball, foam pits, etc. The pizza was amazing! The price is $15-$20 per person (adults & children) + 3 per pair of grip socks, you may also bring your own grip socks.

Great place for the kids to go jumping and playing around at. Parents, when you take your family and friends, watch them ride the Bull ride. Its really funny to watch when they are up there riding and have to last for a certain amount of time before falling off! Lol

Was really great when they first opened. Overpriced food was even tolerable. But the staff has gotten less friendly over time and it just isn’t the same family experience anymore. Nice facility but the people make the experience as much as the place. It’s a shame to cancel our memberships but family time needs to be quality time and the staff killed that part.Tried the place again. Saturday nights are out of control. Very an hour to get through the line. Total confusion due to no line management or barriers. Heavy drug use in the bathrooms. Definitely not a lace where I will take my kids again.

We visited here last night for my son 9th birthday and we had a blast. Cosmic night was so fun. The staff is nice and friendly. Prices was great!!! 3 jump hours for 20$ a piece and 5$ meal ticket for each that included 2 slices of pizza and a drink. The kids had fun and they enjoyed the music as well. We will definitely be back!

Such an amazing place. SPRAWLING COMPLEX with plenty to see and do. They have safety measures in place for if ever something happens on a rare occasion , the night I was there a kid from our group got a nose bleed from goofing off. The employees promptly checked on him as well as quarantine the area where he played and bled until they had the area sanitized and clear. Also in MY OPINION a niceMAX WEIGHT ALLOWANCE on the majority of the activities there.

Great setting up a event for 14 teenagers. All of them had fun. Will book group event again. Definetely a learning curve on the whole check in/check out process that was supposed to be so simple.

FAMILY FRIENDY sure as long as you aren’t a white family.... My 6 year old doesn’t see color but BIG AIR employees Cabre and Aryanne most definitely do... As far as I could see during our visit NO rules at all as long as your child isn’t a white kid because then the full force of the fun GESTAPO is dropped on you full fledged RACISM... I vow to NEVER allow my children to be the subject of someone’s bigot beliefs again

A variety of activities for kids of all ages, but be prepared to spend part of your paid time waiting in lines. Also, this place is not very sanitary. In the 2 hours we spent there, never once did I see an employee clean anything. There were several sticky/dirty surfaces, and the bathrooms were disgusting. While we had a good time, I cant say well be back anytime soon.

I was here visiting my nephew from Florida for his birthday. His party was from 3-5pm. We got here and the staff was not organized, and he place was not that busy. Our party area would not be ready till 5pm. My brother went to speak to a staff member about getting in the area 30 minutes before 5 and they had the nerve to tell my brother it would be an extra $50 WTH? There was no other parties going on just ours. My jaw dropped when he told me that. Lesson learned we will not be back

Great place for kids of all ages. They have a Trampoline section, Dodge ball area, Ninja Warrior type course without the warp wall, virtual reality section, laser beam and orbit room, bull, climbing walls, upper viewing area, etc. So much fun!!

Cosmic night is so much fun. They have good snack food pizza nachos and chicken tenders. Food prices are reasonable. Everything you see when you walk in is included in admission which is awesome. There is nothing more disappointing then getting to a place like this and finding out the extras are extra. 3hours for $20 is the best gives kids plenty of time to play and take breaks and eat. We will definitely behaving my daughters birthday here.

First time visitor today with my 2 kiddos, ages 10 and 7! They had so much fun and after 2 hours of playtime they were still not ready to leave. Neither was I We came as a part of a larger group and I was amazed at how well the staff handled everything from checking in to their interactions with the kids. We also purchased water and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. The owner even introduced himself and seemed genuinely happy to have us there...great customer service which is so refreshing! We will be back for sure!

Make sure you get a receipt! My 10 year old went with some friends and his friends mom paid for 2 hours for each kid. One hour in they weren’t allowed to jump anymore. His friends mom talked to the employees and they said that since she didn’t have a receipt (they didn’t give her one) the kids couldn’t jump anymore even though they paid for it. We sent him with $31 (enough for 3 hours) and he came back with $7. The cost for 2 hours was $24. He would have had to lose exactly $12 and come back with only $7 if they actually paid for one hour. Seems suspicious. With all the options in the area we don’t plan on returning to this location. If you do go just make sure you get a receipt so you can prove that you actually paid and won’t get half your time cut!
