Reasonable prices, excellent quality, excellent knowledge and overall excellent service. My recent shopping trip here was great! Casie and Josie both were great and helping me find what I would like and in the way I wanted to it to fit. Certainly a cut above some of the other adult entertainment stores that I have been to. This store will be seeing me more often.P.S. the original people that were the subject of poor reviews from a year ago were fired. So give this store a chance!

Can’t figure out why so much hatred & negativity for an ‘adult playground’ shop.The store is clean & well stocked.. staff was polite & helpful in respectful manner..Anybody who walks into a sex-toy shop only to complain about the prices is a moron.. NEWS FLASH: sex sells & people are willing to pay for things to spice up their life. If it’s not in the budget, that’s no fault of Adam & Eve!

Dont know what everyone else is complaining about, I had wonderful service, friendly without being invasive or uncomfortable, and Im pretty nervous about buying this sort of stuff so its hard for me not to be uncomfortable in this kind of store. Hard to find something on a budget but definitely worth looking. Will be coming back in the future when I need something new.

The store is nice and neat but the employees are weird. The cashier at the time was very rude and she watched us closely asking every two seconds if help was needed (we were the only ones in the store) note the store is not big AT ALL she was literally following us around️ Also This store offer a VERY SMALL selection of items and it’s ALL overpriced Will NOT be returning and will NOT recommend this Adam and Eve to people of color️️Me and my husband felt very uncomfortable

I will never buy from this location again. The white woman with the glasses is racist, uninformed, and tries to pressure you buy more expensive items. This is why im fighting their charge with my financial institution as I speak. DONT buy from this location. You will get better service from the Concord location.

Will never enter this store again. My partner and I (African Americans ) came here last night. There was a white couple in the back of the store, the cashier was behind the counter. We enter the store and start looking around. The cashier comes from around the counter and pretends to dust while keeping her eyes on my partner. I noticed this, got her attention and we immediately left. That was my first ever experience of such a thing first hand. (Racism, prejudice, stereotypes) will never go away. She had no reason to think wed steal other than us just being black. I was angered by the whole experience.

Everyone from this store is always so rude... including the Asian lady. Today I was going to cachet nail and then Adam and Eve until the Asian lady came outside and said that I cant park there. In the stores parking? “It’s for Adam and Eve customers only.” I didn’t even walk away from the car yet, so she had no idea if I was going in or not. She just came outside and said that. It’s no Saks! Not even Victoria secret. So who is this lady??I’m still getting my mani and pedi tho On another occasion they stopped me and asked me to look through my purse. Even tho I as buying a bunch of stuff. I walked out. No you can’t look through my Valentino bag lady. She treated me differently because I have tattoos. I have tasteful art. And btw that doesn’t mean I’m a criminal. I’m a mother, a wife, a daughter, and a friend. I am educated. And I work hard for my things. And I am accomplished and proud. You don’t know me so HOW DARE YOU...Another time, the lady behind the desk wouldn’t run my husbands debit card with me handing it to her, even though my husband was right next to me. This place is terrible. And some of these (if not all) good reviews are clearly written by the staff themselves. What customer takes a pic of the store trying to advertise the place?? Lol again not confirmed, but pretty fishy...

Helpful and patient with my questions. Not a huge store but good selection and good atmosphere.

Manager and other staff racially profiled me as a shoplifter before i had a chance to even look at the product. after reading other reviews i understand it is because i am an african american. the blonde manager and brunette (both white) employees were both obviously intoxicated while working and i overheard them saying racist remarks about me. i emailed upper management and they offered to meet me there to remedy the issue but when i walked up to the shop I saw that the same racist employees i complained about were there. i will never visit this establishment again. wish i could give zero stars

Will not be visiting this store again. Was there last night with 3 other friends ages 20-21. Didn’t even step inside good enough before we were asked if we had ID. We were watched from then on the clerk even went to get another worker from the back who also watched us. We continue to look around the store trying to pay it no attention until one of my friends and I decided to pick up and goof around with one of the items and the clerk basically yelled at us to stop as if we were kids.... terrible serivce, and small selection

So....we were going to come here but the lady that popped her head out the door was SUPER rude. We parked in front of their store and walked toward the nail salon next door to see how long the wait would be. We were going to walk back over to Adam & Eve to come inside because we knew we were going to have to wait on a nail appointment.The lady inside popped her head out the door and with an extremely rude tone told us we had to move our car. My friend told her we were coming back over there after we got an appt. Her response was ok if you get an appt you need to move your car. CLEARLY WE KNEW THAT.Very nasty lady. Horrible attitude. The store already has bad reviews and someone else left almost the exact same review.You just lost business. Wont ever come here again. Wish I could leave 0 stars.Now Im seeing other reviews here saying she is very rude to people of color. So now it makes sense!

The store was out of what I went into get but the generosity and helpful attitudes of the store associates made up for it. Thanks ladies!
