If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I paid $500 for a table and when we got our champagne it was hot. Not warm but hot. The waitress was not attentive at all considering that $500 included a $50.00 tip for her. She ghosted us several times during the night. It took an hour for us to get our wings. When the waitress did come back with one of the bottles of champagne (We had two more on top of the one that came with the table) she had to be reminded it was her job to open it. I so was disappointed in the service I asked to speak to the manager. The manager never came to see what the problem was. Once we were seated we were forgotten about. The service was just plain horrible. This place claims to be the premiere gentlemen’s club in Charlotte. I really can’t tell. I will not be going back. It only takes one time for me to get the level of service I got last night to take an establishment off my list of places I will visit again. Patrons be ware!!

Went out for my birthday and had a ball. The bartenders were amazing and the dancers were very nice. The ones I encountered were very professional and werent pushy. We will be back!

We had birthday tickets we got to use them but because we weren’t early VIP was full and when ppl left from there vip I took there table we got to enjoy some of the screen on top of some of the girls it was packed we stayed an hour before closing so I will go again

Took my homeboy to Onyx for his first time. We had a VIP section and ordered a bottle of Henny. The bottle girl was very punctual. We also chose which girls we wanted to come to VIP. Which was great. All and all we had a great time and will return.

Barely any strippers dancing on a Saturday night. No alcohol served after 2am. My friends and I were maced due to some nearby friction occurring at the entrance door. The food we ordered took about an hour and change to come out. Overall disappointment.

After having birthday vip tickets I was able to use one and told my husband needs to pay bc it was already scanned I said no it wasnt but that I had more simply bc my entire party hasnt shown up yet was told $20 bc they couldnt wait for me to find the right ticket as I would need to step outside it was 1145pm and not a person in line behind us. The birthday vip is a fraud. Ordered honey hot wings only to get crispy plain Wings and told I could wait 20 more minutes bar staff attentive they get the two stars!!

What strip club stops selling drinks at club hours?! Thats why people come to strip clubs AFTER the club. Ill NEVER come back here. Thats a $20 down the drain.

The male review show was kinda wack. It did not start on time they had us outside in the cold waiting. There was like only one dude who did really well. Then they were getting mad at us the crowd because we were not hype. But there was nothing to be hyped about. They should have male servers on this night as well. And dudes in boxer briefs I can see that at home!

If you go here avoid Hazel. She’ll charge you $20 for a dance, and put you in a hole real quick.

So i come to onyx alot and love it but i was here the other night in VIP for a friends bday. It was his VIP table. When we got to his table i noticed alot of whispering amonst the dancers. My friend knows alot of girls and one in particular i wanted to dance for us, he wanted her too.but i guess she isnt in the popular crowd of dancers. But when i guess they had to pick girls i noticed a dancer was telling my friend who to pick! and when he pointed to the girl we both wanted, she dancer said no!? i guess they arent friends or this girl didnt like her, idk. I asked the girl we liked why couldnt she stay and what was going on...i was confused...I kept having to stand up for her and tell those other dancers no shes staying.... it felt like we were forced certain girls , we didnt get to pick for ours selves really, as the night went on i would see other girls we wanted so i would leave the section to tip them...not sure whats going on but being a woman myself i could see the favoritism, petty, hateful stuff going on there for the dancers against other dancers that look just as good or even better than them. I hope they address it, we still had fun but knowing how women can be and seeing some dancers just do it right in our section and against another co worker was crazy to me.

Ruder managers. The website says no cover charge before 10P on Saturdays. My friend and I rushed there and made it on time. They required $$ for cover charge although we were there before 10p. When I reminded them that its stated in the website, they were like we dont care .... the website is 2 years old.. They charged us. Next when we went inside, there was 0 diversity and the girls were not nearly as good looking as some other clubs in the area. We stayed just under 10 mins and decided to NEVER return to this place again. Hope its helpful to someone out there.

I went here for my birthday as they let me go for free and my people got in for 10$ worse mistake I wasn’t happy at all. Place is just trash!

When its time for them to be on stage theyll little twerk and run back to their hidding spot regardless if you ask them for a dance if you aint no celebrity or money dont grow on tree for you can forget your invisible. While the ugly ones give you unwanted dance then ask you for money .

Place has fallen off from years ago. I went Tuesday and all I saw was females that were shaped like spongebob . I spent $10 and left within 20 mins. They have a lot of young females there that look underdeveloped and the older ones look like theyre on drugs . only upside is the wings are still great .

So I went there last night . Ive been going there since I was about 18 Im 27. Everything has always been great but last night I ordered a double shot of jack Daniels it was 16.00 at the bar. About 45mins a lady came to our chairs to get our orders I order the same thing she said it was 24.00 Im like wait at the bar it was 16.00 she was like oooooo my bad that Hennessy. I wonder if the owners know they are charging for regular spaces. Then they block off parking lots that dont even belong to them. Thats not even located on their property.
