Do not purchase anything that can be broken because of cheap quality. We spent 55.00 on a strap that is suppose to be durable and once tried to put on the back strap snapped. Had not been used. Instead of just exchanging it and marking out as damaged goods we was told the best they can do is give us 25% off on a new item. This place will not recieve any more of our money. Beware buyers this is unacceptable. Well be doing a yelp review as well

Great place to visit for all your adult needs. Ive visited here several times, both alone and with my girlfriend. Each time weve been greeted in a very helpful, respectful and professional manner. They have a great selection and reasonable prices. I will continue to be a return customer

We were treated poorly and acted like we wanted to steal something from the store..it was embarrassingyou dont have to apologize at all .. so there was no one in the store, the employee who was there offered nothing to help .. she asked me to return a product on the shelf, as if I was stealing it .... tell me how do you buy things there without taking it to the cashier? and I dont recommend anyone to your store ...

Don’t know how this place stays open. Hardly ever have any new products. Went in last night and there is a black woman behind the counter. She is on the phone and doesn’t bother to greet me.As I’m looking around she starts talking loudly about how badly she needs to use the restroom. As well as how she was going to close down the shop to go use it.As I’m walking out she doesn’t even pause the conversation to thank me for stopping by like the guy that works there normally does. Don’t think I’ll ever be back.

Wow! This place is great.... the best customer service Ive had and they were very knowledgeable of the products they carry and answered all my questions. They eve special ordered the product I was looking for but they didnt carry. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Very pleased at this store. The young lady who helped me was very professional and kind. She gave me a walk through of the products and suggested things I might like! She was patient and made me feel comfortable! My fav. Adult store in Charlotte!

I had been to tons of stores and I couldnt find what I was looking for. I had almost given up until I find this place. Everything I was looking for was here, prices were reasonable, and the customer service was awesome.

First time here and No one was in the store, so I couldnt get in. I called the store number to find out if they were open today 3/24/2019 @ 4:00p.m. young lady answer and say yes were open, but I had to step away and Ill retune in 5 min. I waited another 20 min. Then I left. Can you say ( UNPROFESSIONAL?)
