Meh. I’m not sure what is so impressive about these houses. They’re different colors, okay?! Perhaps if you’re from the area they offer some charm or whatnot, but speaking as someone who’s been to all 50 states, they’re much better free attractions out there.

Absolutely breathtaking! The whole row of houses are neat! They mostly all have a side entrance and gardens. Some are for sale, some are lived in. Most are 200+ years old. Lots of history here. Just for historical purposes, you should see it! Right near the battery and waterfront. Free parking along the road.

My favorite street in Charleston by FAR! I only wish there wasn’t a large dumpster parked in front of the colorful buildings. It definitely blocked our opportunity for some pictures. The buildings are beautiful nonetheless!

The best part about covid19 is the ease of tourism. I come to Charleston 2x a year with my family. Having a 2, 4, 6 year old, dog and wife this is the perfect town. Rainbow row is as it was, just no traffic and the sidewalks are clear! Best time to try that restaurant where you can never get a last minute reservation.

One of the classic, historic spots in Charleston South Carolina. Incredible, historic homes on the water. Each multi million dollar in value. Went as part of a Downtown Charleston Walking tour. Having guide was invaluable to get full history as well as current values. The stroll along the water is particularly beautiful.

Rainbow Row on East Bay Street is a cool part of Charleston that is nice to check out when you are walking or driving. The colors are cool and a nice variety and it is something that adds a little flavor to the street. Little things like Rainbow Row are what makes Charleston a great place to be and visit. This is a nice and quick thing to see and show people. My favorite color is the green one.

There are some really nice old houses around the sea wall at the bottom of the peninsula. The area feels strange though in a way that is hard to describe. Like theyve tried so hard to keep the authentic quality of the neighborhood, they lost any semblance of a neighborhood.

I wont lie, I was a bit disappointed with actual rainbowrow. I guess I expected a bit more since it is one of the iconic things to see in Charleston. With that said everything around it is just beautiful. We were sucked into the time it represents. It was quite an amazing overall experience. The pineapple fountain and all the cultural buildings are walking distance which makes this a pit stop of a visit

This is a pretty area of Charleston. Not only are the homes beautiful, but the flower boxes on the windows are a sight to see. They are all a riot of colors and textures and the flowers are spilling out of the boxes. I had more fun photographing those than the homes. Its a short stretch og street so you wont need much time there.

Rainbow Row is a charming little area in downtown Charleston. Its a great spot for photographers, with the beautiful natural landscape and quirky colored buildings, there is always a promising opportunity for some wonderful shots. You can also find a few fun artistic shops mostly selling locally made items among the typical Charleston tourist trinkets. If youre interested in seeing Rainbow Row my suggestion would be to park in a different location and walk the area or take one of the many carriage tours that are available.

They probably have a room for that!Id have to say this place is by far the best Ive had for a restaurant! I love how the manager left me a birthday card. That was so sweet of him. Our waiter was awesome. He checked on us often to make sure everything was great and he greeted me happy birthday which was nice of him.
