Great park! Tons of things to do, lots of room to run, track for walking or riding bikes, hoverboards, etc. Huge, open field. Swings, nice big climbing structure. Shelter. Park is well- maintained.

Small park with a wonderful run/ walk exercise ring around a large field. Looked like soccer fields were set up. Exercise stations set up around the ring. Also had a neighborhood trail set up in the back.

Great place for parents and kids. Running track with some exercise equipment for big people, playground for little people. Interesting setting- tucked away on top of a hill in a little sunken field, view of the open sky. Three little stone tables sit under a shelter by the playground. Run around the track or sit in the shade and watch the kids play. Unique park.

A nice play area. Tons of slides and climbing obstacles. A little dated and a bit muddy after some rain, but good. A great flat, grassy field and gravel track. Exercise obstacles on the track, too. Parking above and at park level. Not far from the highway.

This playground is a great place for kids! We found this on a trip from Ohio to north Carolina add a place to stretch... Id give it 5 stars of there were flushing toilets. The port-a-potties were clean, though. The park seems well maintained.

A secret oasis in Charleston if you can find it, with plenty of trees, playground equipment, big soccer fields, side trail, never crowded.

Great park for the whole family. Has a very nice playground, dining pavilion, and a lot of green space for sports and recreation. The green space is surrounded by a well maintained track with exercise stations throughout. Bring the bicycles for the kids and run along beside or open a chair and relax.

Its a good park for the neighborhood. Usually a few people or completely empty. Its only busy when theres a soccer game. The jungle gym is somewhat small, but there is a decent rock climbing wall on it. There is a hiking path on the opposite end from the jungle gym. There is also a shortcut to forthill if you pass through someones backyard.

The playground is excellent, kids will have lots of fun. Park is very quiet and peaceful for a good walk or run around the 1/3 mile track. Lots of exercise stations to stop and do pull-ups, sit-ups, etc.The only drawback is the restrooms- which are portable units rather than a real bathroom. So bring your own bottled water if it is hot.

Danner Meadow is the best public park that I have found in Charleston! Not only does it have an exceptional play ground with multiple slides, rock climbing walls, ladders, bridges, and swings... It also has a massive flat track that can be used for bike rides, walks, runs, etc. It is well maintained, clean, and so fun! As a professional nanny I recommend this park as a great location for a safe day of fun and exercise!

Nice park with walking loop and nice playground. Only two stars because of the stench of chemicals that permeates the Charleston air. It is hard to enjoy a day at the park while breathing in chemical vapors!

NIce park, fields are a little uneven and pitted which can make sports involving running difficult. Running track is also uneven but usable for walks and such.
