Absolutely poor customer service and as a result of Tyrones action, i will not be purchasing. For background, I am absolutely purchasing playground equipment for my 3 children and intended to do so today. I spoke with Corey, who is professional and polite. Corey answered all of my questions. However, prior to purchasing, I decided to view the equipment. I called PlaynLearn and Tyrone answered. I explained to him that I wanted to view the quality of the equipment and that I would be there at approximately 2:30 pm. Tyrone proceeded to say that there were customers scheduled at that time . I was okay coming at another date/time. Instead he said, People always say that they are coming and never do; go ahead and come. So we packed the family up and headed out. We are approximately 1 hour out from that location and we accidentally took the long way! At approximately, 2:25 pm. I called PlaynLearn, and Tyrone answered. I said told him that I was en route and that my GPS had my arrival time at 2:55 pm. He proceeds to say You know we close at 4pm right? I said, I know. My reason for calling was to let them know that I was running late. He then repeated, arrogantly and rude You know we close at 4pm? I responded No worries; thanks!. Hes clearly not a professional. If there was an issue with my arrival time, you state that. Any professional, would have done so. Something along the lines of, I dont think that may work, do you want to reschedule? Instead he behaved like an animal. I intended on getting playground equipment and a trampoline; but, I refuse to spend 6k and be treated in that manner!

Great place to take the kids on a rainy day. Staff was friendly and didnt push any sales on us. The trampolines were a big hit. Fairly reasonably priced too.

We purchased our playset from our former local Rainbow dealer years ago. They are no longer in business.We are very fortunate to have found Play NLearn! Despite that they were not our original dealer, they treat us as if they were.We have been Play NLearn customers for several years. Weve had them do an annual safety inspection and tune up on our set. Further, theyve helped us with the inevitable warranty issues that one has with an older set. This has been critical to keep our older play set in great condition.Not only do they do expert work, theyve even worked with us to have the warranty parts shipped directly to them for inspection and to save on shipping.We cant recommend this company highly enough. You will be extremely pleased with Play N Learn as well as with Rainbow. Both back their products long after the sale is done!

Took my son to check this place out because we found it on line and scheduled our birthday party there. Its so much better than expected. Spacious, clean and the employees are attentive and helpful. We are looking forward to our party!! (Additionally) we had our birthday party today and it was the easiest, best birthday ever. Everyone including all the dads had a great time.

I had my son s 4th birthday party here. And I couldnt have chosen a better location. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I am glad I chose this over the pump n jump places. That gets crowded so quickly, whereas this was sunny n bright and so much space for the kids n adults to spread around. It was also a lot of hands on real play (including trampolines) than just the jumping at the pump places. My son hates dark places and if you are accommodating special needs kids who need bright spaces, this is the best choice. Overall it was a huge success. Thank you staff!

Wonderful place for birthday parties. plenty of indoor playgrounds, games, and trampolines for all ages. Great value also.

Excellent outdoor playground equipment display, available open play times for children for a small for fee. There are a number of playground sets, trampolines, basketball hoops, and pingpong tables on display. Clean and well kept, air-conditioned, bathrooms and water fountains. Party room is also available for rent.

My kids had lots of fun here. We will come again.

This place is so fun! Playground equipment and trampolines inside for kids to play on, perfect for when the weather is bad.
