We had our kids birthdays there as well and each time we had fun.What I like the most about kid junction is that the kids can use the play areas until closing. These play areas are the big obstacle tubes/slides; the kitchen/pizzeria, the post office and the grocery store. They also have play areas for just little kids. All these are available all day. They also have a few Arcade Games that require tokens but my kids spend most of the time in the play areas.The entrance fees are as follow:Infants and non- crawlers: free;Crawlers-2 : $7.95;2-9yo: $ 10.95Adults: freeTo enter, Everyone is required to wear socks: babies, kids, parents and all guests. I have seen themChase parents down for socks.As far as birthday party is concerned, they have packages to choose from. Nano : 7 kids $170; standard: 15 kids $229; ultimate 20 kids $279 and private 35 kids $725. They also recorded the video for us to keep.

Love taking my daughter here. She enjoys playing in the Center area. Place needs little updating as some places you can see things broken. But overall, its good for the value. We have made it a point to take our child every week here.

This place had just gone some renovation and it looks a bit better than the last time we came. They have more pretend play stations now and even have some kiddie gym area. Place is big and clean, downside for me is the arcades though might be appealing for older kidsThis will now be our quick play area whenever my kid is bored. Bonus is they sometimes have some promo on groupon that has free drinks.

Horrible customer service. Website says it’s open at 10 am on Sunday. Which it was but for a birthday party. We drove all the way from the Tyson’s area with an excited child to play. We show up only to be informed that they updated social media (which we’re not on their social media page) but not their website. The website clearly says 10 am. So we were turned away with a very upset 2 year old. Even spoke to the manager and she said she was sorry but acknowledged that the website wasn’t changed. To add insult to injury, their own employee pointed out their reckless oversight to the manager. This place is in the business of crushing kid’s expectations.

We had a wonderful time at Kid Junction! Theres so much to do for my four boys of different ages. The special for lunch on Wendnesday was great! The staff was very friendly, and the place is kept nice and clean. We will give it a 5 stars!

We used to love this place... so much so that we booked our daughters birthday party here. Two weeks before the party they called saying there were renovations being done and that some of the arcade games wouldnt work. While I was bummed that wasnt a deal breaker and they offered a discount. Then five days before the party they called saying that they would be closed due to the renovations running longer than expected. I was in complete disbelief, especially when the options they offered were moving the party to the next weekend. We had already sent out invitations and had family coming in from out of town. Also, why in the world would I ever trust them with a party again!? We had to request a refund and were given nothing for our troubles - I thought it would have been nice to offer some play passes or something to encourage us to come back. So in the end we were left with five days to find a new venue and make other plans! If they had even just mentioned on the call two weeks prior that there was a chance they might be closed that would have been so much more helpful. Sadly we will not be back to this place and I would strongly recommend anyone looking to book a party there to think twice.

Its a good place, but on Friday, Jan,19 from 6pm to 8pm it was only our two kids..So quiet..it was weird to be alone in all space...The service is good and staff was very very friendly. The food at cafeteria is good and inexpensive.

Not sure even if they check whats working and whats not, many of games arcade were non functional, limited play options for kids.Kids got bored quickly, wasted my money.Nothing much really for kids to play and enjoy, need a huge upgrade, seen better places around.I wont recommend.

I have given this place higher ratings but after what happened to my son I had to rate it again. This facility was outdated and poorly maintained. Recently they have been updating the arcade machines and did some remodel. However still poorly maintained with facility. The play area was not properly maintained and my son fingers got stuck in one of the platform due to them not paying attention to those things. No one probably go in there and inspect it. Son injury was bad, and I told the staff and they simply say we signed the liability so too bad. Also, I told them about the place where he got hurt but they did not close the place. Hopefully no other kids got hurt that day. Lastly, the restrooms need to be cleaned regularly throughout the day...

Friendly staff and plenty of space for the rug rat to run around. Been a pleasant experience each time we’ve been.

Drove by this place, saw the sign and said hey theres a playground. Made the U turn and went back. Its small but still managed to be there from 5-7. The video games are a waste of money. You want to make money, make it one credit. And also have them work. Skee ball, no balls. Bowling broken. Basketball under inflated balls. Get with it owner. Youre missing out on money due to laziness

My kids range from 2 to 10 years old, and they all really like it. Its one of the few indoor places that can accommodate such a wide age range, since usually size minimums or maximums either exclude the youngest or the eldest. Everything doesnt work all the time, but with a lot of visitors, you expect occasional breakdowns.We used them for a birthday party and it went very well and was quite reasonably priced.

This place is mostly arcade games that are extremely overpriced. The kids keep wanting to go to them as they are every where. So I would not be coming back. Instead of enjoying the play area, you spend most of your time explaining to the kids why they cant spend $50 on the arcade games

I brought my boys here for an afternoon. I used a Groupon to save a little money too (so check for offers). The facility is fairly clean even though its packed with kids. Its very well staffed too. There are several play rooms like a mail office or kitchen as well as arcade games and a netted climbing course.Absolutely perfect for burning energy before nap time!

Came here for a 5 year old birthday party. While small, this place had a lot to offer from climbing toys to arcades to age specific play areas and even private event rooms where the party could go for cake and snacks. The place was a bit dated and many of the arcades were out of order but the ownership just turned over so I suspect that will change for the better. Bottom line, it was a great place to burn some kid energy!

Toddlers playground needs to get clean. All around is full of hair!!! Is this because the babies can not walk they don’t pay?!? I have no problem to pay and enjoy a clean place!

Took my 15 month old grandson and he played and played and played. Love the toddler area all gated in. He could run around and I did not have to worry about him getting away from me. He really enjoyed shopping with his cart in the pretend grocery store. We even had lunch at a great price. The staff was very friendly. We will be returning !

Very nice place, after renovation its really nice and have alot of stuff for kids to do. Im taking out two stars as I think they couldve made the floor softer as its very hard and slippery and with kids running around in their socks they slip and can get hurt

A great place to play, a delightful staff, good snacks and a very nice space for the kids to play, the Wi-Fi is amazing doe the adults. The games are a mixed bag with the coins and cards switchover. We hade a wonderful time and we enjoyed its unique offerings and good energy. It wasnt crowded on a Sunday.

Such a cool idea but it’s sooooo dirty!!! The baby area floor is sticky and has hair all over it. Clearly they don’t clean. So gross.

This is a good place to bring your children when it is raining and cold outside. Lots of play space and different activity rooms. Staff is friendly and food is fairly good and reasonably priced.

I take my grandchildren (1.5 and 3 years old) routinely to Kid Junction in Chantilly. They love the place - it has a very large jungle gym with a variety of slides for the older children and a smaller one for toddlers. Theres also a play area with large blocks, tunnel, ride on toys, wall games, etc. for toddlers. The areas for younger children are all gated off to offer protection. There are also several centers for children of all ages - post office, grocery store, restaurant, veterinary - for children of all ages as well as electronic games. Party rooms are also on site. Affordable food is offered on the premises, you cant bring your own. This is fine with me since I prefer not to haul food with me. The safety and security there is wonderful...I can actually relax and let the 3 yr old run around while keeping an eye on the 1.5 yr old. Put yourself on their email list for their specials. They dont spam you. Of all the play centers in the area, this is the childrens favorite.

Great time and place for my young 1 & 3 year olds. This place was really affordable, extremely clean, with a great staff. It was our first visit and they took the time to explain everything and make sure we knew where everything was. Also really liked the security they use in identifying kids to parents, which gives you peace of mind.My kids loved everything from the play shopping center, and the rides, to running around in their obstacle course. It was really great they let the parents in to the climbing area to ensure the kids were comfortable. After about two min in there with my 3 year old she was ready to run wild on her own.We didnt have any of the food, but it all looked decent for a kids play area and the costs were pretty low. Area was very clean so we would have tried it out if we didnt have dinner plans.Highly recommend this place for locals as well as those in town for a visit (as we were)

Ive attended multiple childrens birthday parties here. It is always a fun experience for the children. The play area is great, and wears the kids out! However, they dont have any system in place for ensuring that children can only leave with parents. I just walked out with my daughter and no one ever stops me to make sure shes actually mine. So Id recommend that you keep an eye on your children.

Disappointed in selection of games. Games did not give out tickets and 50 percent of the games were out of order. Fairly clean but smelled like feet. Staff all seemed to have slight attitudes. Also asked for a couple things on the menu and they didn’t have them, said they haven’t been able to update it.

Great place for kids, amazing staff and new management has made awesome changes that brings freshness to this place. New color scheme looks very attractive for kids. Would definitely recommend this to all my friends and family.

My son is 2 and weve been here twice. He loves the play rooms and the variety of activities. I think the price is fair and everything is reasonably clean. The staff are polite and helpful.The play gym is large enough for adults to pop in if a little one gets stuck, but the whole area is made of mesh so you can easily see your kids so you dont have to go up with them if theyre still young.They also have a tiny tots play area and one for toddlers that arent ready for the big play space.Cons - I wish they had some sort of locker system for diaper bags and purses. They need to fix the exit door, it only works if you press it in one particular spot. The play room accessories might need evaluation for replacement. A lot of broken produce/doctor accessories and knobs on the stoves.

Awesome Place for little kids .... My Cousins daughter love to come here. They have lots of activities to do like Imagination towns of Post office, Pizzeria, sunshine market, animal hospital. They also have big jungle gym with multiple slides and arcade sections. I liked it better than chuck e cheese as it is much more clean and not over crowded with lots of noise around. Highly recommended for age groups of 1-10 year old kids !!!

My child has a great visit. Things to do for kids of all ages. I will definitely go back. The inside is undergoing a bit of a reno but the fresh paint is great.

The play areas for children under 3 and 2 arent so good. Most of the toys (as littlr as there are) need new batteries, the areas need more & better toys, more than 1 rickety slide considering it costs $8 for kids aged 1-2.

Cute fun nice place to bring kids and have kids parties. My daughter came for a birthday party and she had a blast. Clean for the most part. Some parents just need to also follow the rules and have socks on and not have their nasty bare feet everywhere.

Attended a first birthday there over the weekend. Staff was excellent and very friendly, and place was clean. They have multiple themed rooms and age-appropriate suggested areas filled with toys. Its a smaller play/activity place which is both an advantage and disadvantage - easy to monitor/watch kids but might be a problem for very big parties. Overall had a great time.

Fun, family-friendly place with very hospitable staff and management. For example, during a bad snowstorm the venue closed midway during our scheduled party. Was allowed to enjoy the stuff provided up to that point for us and our guests free of charge; and management allowed us to reschedule at our convenience for a later date with no additional charges and receive the same package as if it would have been our first visit.

We have been several times over the past two years. My kids, 2 yrs and 4, enjoy the indoor play area. Good for getting exercise on rainy days. The arcade games are fun for them but there are usually a few not working. Pizza there is terrible. Dont plan on a meal there.

Kid junction is the best place for little kids !! I have been there last week with my neighbors kids on a rainy day .. It was our first time there and they have lots of activities to do . They have tiny rooms and lots of stuff in them like pizza store, animal hospital, grocery store, post office. I went to Monkey joes before which was good but kids get bored of only bouncing and jumping all the time. Where as Kid junction have separated sections like Arcade section, Jungle Gym with slides and bounces and imagination towns. Their food tastes good with plenty of options rather than just pizzas, fries and drinks. Will be back for sure.

Need to take your kids somewhere thats not too pricey and still be fun. Kids Junction provides, activities of all nature. Your kids can play cooking in their kitchen play area, if they dont like to cook then they can explore the post office, which is filled with actual packages to ship and they also have a grocery store where your kids can pretend to go grocery shopping like they see parents do. To top it off they have an obstacle course for all ages toddler to 9 years old. My kids love this place.

Not a fan. Parents have to remove their shoes and pay just to watch their kids, and then you have to buy cards to play the games. One kid cost $21 for mediocre play. Oh, and theres few places to sit while the kids run around.

I love Kid Junction!!!!! I could have not have asked for a better place to bring my children. All of my kids, ages 1, 5, and 8 had a blast. I think you get so much for the admission price and the best thing is there is no time limit! I was surprised to find out that the fee we paid for is good for all day and there are a ton of activities for all ages. They really have it all covered here. The staff were attentive and friendly, the place was VERY clean, food was good and reasonably priced, and most rides/games were only a quarter, but still there are many things to do if you dont want to play an arcade game. My children cannot wait to come back and I am definitely booking a birthday party for my daughter this year at Kid Junction. We love it!!!

Really fun; lots of things for kids of all ages (even my young toddler). There are a lot of great, active toys (slides, gym space, etc.) but also great spaces for imaginative play.

Having two 20 month olds and a 4 year old, things were getting a bit crazy around the house this winter and we started checking out options for indoor play. Its definitely very difficult to find something indoors that one person can take all 3 kids to and feel safe and not lose your mind...and not break the bank. Kid Junction fits the bill perfectly. They have several gated off areas for my boys and my daughter has fun too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And - to get out of the place your child would have to go through two doors ... both of which are right by the staff desk ... so I think theyd notice if say a 3 year old wandered up by the door themselves.

Went to Kid Junction this afternoon with my twins and they had a blast. Pretend and play pizzeria, grocery store , post office and animal hospital are awesome. We also did DVD for 3 songs and manager on sight Mr Jose is great. He spent few mins with us explaining about facility and things my twins can do. Based on previous reviews I was hoping few arcade games but to my surprise there are 20 plus arcades for different age groups. We also went into jungle gym with my kids and they had a blast. They did not to leave after 4 hours. We had pizza and French fries. They were good. Their toddler area is also nice for 3 years and below and they have 2 jungle gyms. One for toddlers and one for 3 years and above.

I am very happy with last experience. My daughter has penut allergy and good that they are not allowing outside food or any nuts. As a mother, I understand the value of not allowing anyone with outside food. I understand them as they have to think for all the children coming at their place. Place was clean and good food. Great great great!!!!

Lots of hidden costs throwing a birthday here. My wife found a Groupon to have a 15 person birthday for $180. We ended up spending over $400 total. I recommend having a birthday elsewhere.

Took my one year old and this place was disgusting. Toys were filthy in the baby area, there were no responsible adults working (only teenagers) and half the games were out of order. The pretend play areas were mostly disorganized and missing most of the toys. They had an empty post office and grocery store missing items. Hair and dirt everywhere. Gross!

My children love this place. Less noisy and crazy than Chuck E. Cheese, and more non-video game activities for the kids to do. Just had my five year olds birthday party there, and she loved it!!

When I got to place there were several moms with kids waiting out front knocking on the door. Nobody came to open the place up. No answer on the phone either.

Kids will love this place. Parents can relax or play with kids. I love spending time with my kids. Only problem is the food. Get your food from somewhere else. The packaged items are very old.

Had my kids birthday party here Couple months ago. Attending staff was nice and staff there were friendly however half of game machines were out of order and my little one came back and had HFM disease afterwards.

A decent indoor playground and one of many around the NOVA area. Quite a few of the machines were inoperable while we were there which isnt a big deal as most of the play rooms and playground was in good shape. Service is friendly and they appeared pretty clean (toy mess exception...it is a kids place).Overall, constantly going here with the kid.

Nice playground, my kid likes it. Some downsides are: limited sitting for parents, like really too few tables; coffee sucks here, but its not a coffee place in the first place. On the good side: slides and rooms for role games for kids.

No. This place was made just to rake in money from unwilling parents. Overcrowded. Dirty. Broken games and arcades.

Half the games were not working. Lollipops were a prize in one off the games and kids were running around with them sticking out out their mouth (obvious choking hazard). Food and drinks were not provided on time for a toddler birthday party we were attending. No one checked my stamp to see if I was leaving with my own child. They ran out of socks to purchase for those who did not come with some, so they ran around barefoot. And other parents kept their shoes on. I dont think I will ever bring my daughter there again.

Place is nice with a lot of different areas. Geared towards younger kids although my 6yr old still likes it. Staff is nice too and always just gives him some coins.

Better off at Chucky Cheese. Mascot scared the kids. Soda was flat. Didnt tell u you couldnt bring your own foods into the place prior to booking. The jungle gym was the only thing that was good some of the games didnt even work.

The facility was dirty and smelled of poop. The electrical outlets were mostly not child-proof, most of the equipment look like it was bought in a second hand store. More than half of the toys did not work or were broken. Would definitely not go back

I took my 6 year old niece here over the last weekend and she loved the place! The place is huge and has play areas for kids of all ages. We played together on the arcade machines and she had a lot of fun in what they call Jungle Gym. The food was good at decent prices. They do not allow outside food and that is good in a way for me because my niece has food allergy (if she is offered by someone in my absence). Their party rooms are also quite spacious, and have good packages for birthday parties. My brother decided to try out the birthday party package here later this year. I will write another review with my experience with birthday party later this year.

It is clean and well kept. I think the admission price is steep considering the equipment is like a Chuck E. Cheese or a McDonalds play place. Tokens are extra. For toddlers who dont want the arcade style games it is great, but for kids 4 and up your money is better spent buying tokens at Chuck E. Cheese and letting the kids play on the equipment for free.

Its a little small so when there is a lot of kids there it can feel a little bit like a mad house.

It use to be better... I came on a weekend and it was clean and manageable. Sunday’s should be considered peak— I guess weekends due to birthday parties. Play rooms seemed to lack items. Most things didn’t work ie. Toys falling apart. Good place to wear out your kid but be prepared for a busy time. Ps. Always bring cash for tokens.

The set up is nice BUT its really dirty, exposed wires in and around the equipment, and half of the machines dont work. Not worth a dime.

Ripoff compared to chuck e cheese. $10.40 for any kid over 2. 4 video games and a small food seating area. No ticket reward system. Decent climb construction but at Chuck E Cheese you get in for free and they have a climb construction, ticket reward token games, huge seating area, and tons of games. I anticipate this place closing in a few months.

Held 3 yo bday party. Food is good (esp chicken nuggets) and the staff nice and helpful. Thats about the only reason for 2 stars.Might be due to the current renovations but nearly half the arcades are broken, all the prize games were nearly empty and the place looks in disrepair. Simple things like TVs werent even turned on.Will not go back until renovations are complete.
