This park is a hidden gem. There is a good sized lake which appears to have plenty of fish. I especially like all the trees. There are plenty of benches for for us “old timers “ to rest and feed the ducks. There is plenty of room for the kids to play as well as paths for strolling or running. It is a very relaxing place.

As I treated the railroad this place is just AMAZING! My first impression was WOW! So pretty and HUGE! There is literally so much to do! You can fish ride the railroad or the carousel they even do weddings there is so much more to this park! The family enjoys going every time we have a blast! I also enjoy going to relax or go for a walk but I mostly enjoy capturing the beauty with my camera its by far one of my favorite places to stop and take pictures! It is a very large place with so much to do you can even BBQ there! It is well worth the stop but be warned you will stay all day and wont want to go home but it is well worth it

This is listed as a trail and its not. The lake is very ugly and dirty. I can for a nice stroll and it was super crowded with people without masks so if you are looking for a safe place to hike this is not it.

I loved it... its a nice quiet place to sit and watch the hummingbirds fly around the flowers and hear them chirp in the trees.

Lovely park with full amenities. Great for a social distancing chat with friends. Great place for children with swings, playground and a train. Restrooms too. A small lake . Lots of benches and large Gazebos with tables for meals.

If I can describe my experience going to Desert Breeze Park today in a few short words, it would include, peaceful, tranquil, calming, pleasant, friendly, family gathering, and love for its environment and surroundings. A nice place to visit and hang out in spite of covid-19, because the weather is breaking from hot-hot towards being pleasant again. Enjoys yourselves!

Fishing,splashpad ,playground,bbq area ,lots of tables ,a humingbird area, and a train all around a lake with enough plaques of remembrance on most trees to almost make it morbid .....

Very nice park with a mile loop, lots of shade, and a small water area for the kids. Not to mention fishing.

This is my favorite place to walk. However there are a few ladies who think they own the sidewalk. They walk side by side with double strollers and block others from walking. You have to move off the sidewalk because these ladies think the sidewalk doesnt have to be shared. They need to get manners for others. Its the same ones doing this everyday. I had another person tell me they did the same to him. Other than that this park is great for the kids and adults alike.Great walking area. Place for the kids to play. Didnt see any fish in the pond but the water was crystal clear. Lots of duck.

This is the best park in the area! We drive past a few parks to reach this one. It has everything you want and is always clean and well kept. There are always a ton of families enjoying the day!

Its great going to this park. I used to take my children there to play or bike ride, now me and my dog enjoy walking around it

This park has something for everyone, from kids to a senior citizen. A nice lake, where fishing can be done, there are lots benches where you can relax. There are ramadas for cooking, relaxing and partying!! Tennis courts, volleyball, Soccer, Kids park etc and lights are available to enjoy after dark. Been there around 6 PM and saw tracks, hope train ride is available during day time. A long Walking trail is available.

Nice place for a family picnic. Although, there are a lot of birds. Make sure to sanitize picnic tables before using them because the birds poop are on them. Theres no people so its perfect even through social distancing during this pandemic. Playground was huge with lots of shady area for parents to watch the kids.

This is a great park to bring the kids it has a lot for them to do. It is also a great place to fish and relax.

Nice little park with paved sidewalk all the way around, a community lake where one can fish. Ducks, birds, lovely little ramadas with tables that jut out onto the water, plenty of seating around, a splash pad for kids, and perhaps after the closures the little railroad will be open again! Lovely place for a peaceful read, a good walk, or just time with the family.

Gorgeous oasis in the middle of Chandler; just as perfect for a quiet picnic with the family on the grass as it is for a rambunctious party for the kids.

The park itself is great. Good play area, lots of open grass, tennic courts and pond. I do really suggest you use the bathroom before visiting though, they are pretty rough for such a nice park.

Desert Breeze parks is a well maintained Chandler city park, with a pond. They have nice shade and picknick areas that have BBQ grills for the public use. Its says you should reserve these ahead of time. You can also have large functions and can serve alcohol.They also have a train ride for the kids and all sorts of amenities. You can fish as they stock the pond with trout in the winter and bass and catfish in the summer.

Really well laid out. It has gazebos for small groups to party including BBQ grills. A small lake with seating spread out around it. Not a lot of crowd given the COVID situation but the sand volleyball and the tennis courts were occupied with others in line. Overall a well designed and maintained place.

I am a nature person by heart. So my husband and I were looking for a park that had a nice walking trail that fairly long. I googled parks near where we were staying and Desert Breeze was one of them. It was close to where we were staying. We went and checked it out, this park was more than I had expected. So much to do there! Several different playgrounds that had shade over them, a lake to fish, a little amusement area for younger kids, a train that takes you for a ride around the park. Beautiful landscaping I loved the smell of the flowering trees that we passed by. Different varieties of birds and the beautiful sounds that made. Some were not afraid of close contact.

This park has some of everything. Walking paths, lake, baseball field, volleyball courts, playgrounds, splash pad, picnic tables, bbqs, train ride, etc. Its a great outdoor space to entertain all ages.

I like this park very much. However, it smells especially near the lake and I find 9 plus dollars a lot to take a train ride. Other than that I do like it.

Theres fun for all ages. A carousel, train rides, Jungle Jims, swings for the different ages. A lagoon with fishing and nice ramadas for birthday parties. Theres plenty of open space as well for your own awnings and tables and chairs! The grounds are well-kept and very clean. The only disappointing thing is the splash pad is down for repairs.

great park, one of best in Chandler, like it better than tumbleweed. The playground isnt as big as Tumbleweed but its still good plus they have a lake, splash pad, merry go round, train ride that Tumbleweed doesnt.Lots of trees, plenty of places to explore. Saw lots of people set up tents for parties. BBQ areas.They have a merry go round and a train ride that takes you around the park. I think its $3 a person. They also have a snack shop there were you can get some food and drinks.Worth the visit, especially for the splash pad

Great place to take the family to enjoy the park. It has ramadas to host personal cookouts/birthday parties, they do have others that are larger but requires early registration to book for large events. Great place for kids to enjoy the playground/ water play area (summer time)or ride the train my only issues is the fishing is not the greatest not sure how often they restock fish. my second issue is the water play area. recently it changed and has been size & toned down to what appears to accommodate only infants & toddlers (4yrs & under) it gets crowded and theres not much seating.

This has always been a great park, and I recently discovered a lot of the updates after taking my daughter there for the first time. Lots of fun stuff to do for the kids, and plenty of room for events. We went back the other night for the Movies in the Park event and had a great time. Love this park, definitely recommend!

Went to rescue a duck with a hook in its mouth and also stuck in foot, now safe with liberty Wildlife.Please dont leave loose line and hooks around lakes.

As visitors to this Chandler area, we weren’t sure what to expect. We went to the park after the sun went down, to just check it out. It was great! There was lots of things for the granddaughter to do. There was a splash pad that was not on at the time. A merry go round, which was closed. We WILL have to return during the day!

It is tucked away in a neighborhood, it has so much to do and lots of nice paths to walk on!! I did not see a dog park but it may have one!! It has a train!!

Clean and green. Solid, even sidewalks to stroll around the entire park. A few benches, trees, and enough garbage cans. A cute little playground and many sheltered picnic areas.

This is a really nice big Park perfect for kids to play. Nice large play structure, Splash Pad, big lake where you can feed the Ducks and actually decent size fish that you can fish. There is a train and a Carousel and small coin operated rides for the kids. Also perfect place to go for stroll with the baby or it take the dogs for a walk. Theres not really a toddler area but there are a couple of small slides and toddler swings.

One of my favorite parks in the valley. Great for walks around the lake. Kids love feeding the ducks and its also a good spot for Pokemon Go so the whole family is active running around. Picnic spots are also very nice as is the playground.

Tons to do. Splash pad, jungle gym areas, and plenty of space for a walk. There is ducks there, pigeons as well.

This park is well laid out, has a lot of amenities and is great for a broad range of activities. It quite essentially has the capacity to entertain any sort of outdoor activity. The grounds are well groomed from the visits Ive had there. I plan to have many more occasion at this park and I invite you to come and enjoy this gem as well.

Morning crowd is very affable. Lots of shade and tends to be cooler than most parks, maybe because of the shade.

We love to feed the ducks and birds. The play ground are lots of fun for the little ones. The train ride is also very fun, takes you around the park.

It’s one of the best park in chandler. It has a small lake where people do fishing, walking around it. Pets are allowed.

Great park for kids and families with lots to do

Big park to play at. Can go fishing in the ponds--we didnt, but its nice to have that opportunity.We primarily went for the train and carousel ride.Only downfall was there was one ride operator. What does that mean? Well, the person driving the train is the one that operates the carousel.So the train was scheduled for every 1/2 hour. I believe the train was about an 11-15 minute ride, gives the operator a chance to unload and say his goodbyes getting the train and then hustle over to the carousel to let people on. Operate the carousel, say his goodbyes, then hustle back to the train.We got off the train to go on the carousel. Carousel had no operator. We stood waiting, but another guy came out and didnt operate the carousel.. He went to the train. So we went back there.The main operator was nice and friendly (big dude with the eloquent, booming voice). I do believe he was on a break when the other person came out. He was not in a uniform and we did not understand his speech. He rushed so fast it was incomprehensible. Turns out this guy who was rushing through the speech for the train ride, my mother witnessed him messing around in the kitchen. He got ketchup in another (female) employees hair. Then this female was complaining (with every right), but it was all seen through the window. She was trying to get the ketchup out of her hair while in the kitchen... Ummm, what kind of food and sanitation laws does Arizona have? Another thing, another employee that was handling money for tickets/wristbands was also handling food... No gloves, just her bare hands.Seriously, thats disgusting.Also, girl with blue hair, there was no need to speed through the train ride. Good grief.We were there for the rides, but it needs to be known what was happening. I understand its a fun place, but the employees should act appropriately.

Very pretty park. Was nice to just walk, sit, and watch the ducks and people therein. They have multiple paths you can walk for as short as about 1/4 mile to as far as just over 1 mile. Or you can ride your bike on the paths instead. Or for something else you can ride the train that traverses the park. We didnt ride the train, but watched it from across the lake. They also have signs up with a number to call if you want to reserve one of the ramadas for a party. There is also a playground for small children. Again its a very pretty and also peaceful place. Great place to bring your family for a picnic or party.

My kids (7 years and under) had a blast.It has fishing at the lake (license required), fun playground with swings, and splash pad (not open during winter starting in November), there is a sandbox, and railroad with train which one can ride for a fee (currently about$5). There are areas around for eating/picnics. There is a Carousel (Merry go round) and a few other rides (fee) too.

Lots of people here, there are lots of different things to do. The train cost $4 per ride and the carousel is $2. There is a pond, playground, splash pad, lots of picnic tables and benches. A variety of shaded areas including trees.

Awesome park for family... birthday parties, for kids they have a cool train ride that goes along the whole park...very clean...also they have other kiddie rides for kids also a cool water feature that kids can get wet to if its a hot nice day out ..kids jungle gym...and for the people who love to workout nice trail that goes along the park...definitely recommend it

Very good park with big pond and great playground for children.

The park is beautiful,and the atmosphere was great. Lots of friendly people riding bikes lots of families spending time together bonding enjoying memories with one another. So shout out to the Potters House in Glendale Az. And to the Chandler church much love to all that played baseball i had fun and my kids had fun.

Beautiful park with maintained trails and manicured grounds. Large, man made lake is the center piece. Water isnt very deep, mostly clear and clean. Plenty of ducks and other birds to see. Fishing is permitted with a license. Small gauge railroad for the kids, although I dont know when its active. Parking seems limited for a park this size. Nice playground for the kids, picnic pavilions and restrooms with water fountain. Very nice Oasis in Chandler.

I love walking All of Desert Breeze at least 2 times per week! Hopefully Bike riders will Always keep safe and not harass pedestrians nor the People who want tranquility!

So much to do for the whole family! For the kids... Swings, slides, splash pad and a railroad(paid)! Tennis, volleyball and waterside picnic areas for the adults. Great place overall! For some reason the restrooms were locked though, hence deducting a star.

Had a family reunion here. Great facility for large gathering. We were all very pleased

We love bringing our two year old to this park. Between the splash pad, the playground, the lake, and the train area, theres plenty to do! Parking is easy and bathrooms are central. Its a fun place for family activities and playdates. The train area is only open at limited times and does cost money.

Definitely a family favorite. Splash pad is awesome. Lots of shaded areas to play. Great playground. Train is fun for the little ones. Ample parking if you do not live in the area.
