We love this park! Sasha gets her run on here! There are tons of other active dogs and other huskies that come here so she begs to come here every morning! Snickers get his sniff on and loves to greet everyone he meanders by! So friendly! Love it!

My pup loves this dog park and all her friends there️ People are so friendly and easy to talk to.

There is lots of space and decent area for the dogs to play. There is also a nice hose and water fountain for the dogs to get water. My only complaint is that there is not enough light in the dog park. It gets pretty dark at night and there are some mud holes that you or your dog can easily step in because visibility is so low.

Cool dog park, split into 2 dog parks. Very busy, but has a cool obstacle course. Also has a big park surrounding the dog park to take your dogs on a walk.

Love this place. The dogs are very friendly as are the dog owners. Kiwi loves going to the park.

Its just perfect. They have plenty of swings. A smaller jungle gym for little ones and a bigger one for older kids. Lovely playground and area.

Nice shaded Park. Agility thats fenced off in the center. 1 CON- wish the hours were earlier, especially in summer!! The city guys take care of it nicely. Mostly responsible, friendly dog owners. A playground for children outside of dog park w/tables, etc. I think age 9 is youngest for kids to be in dog park. Seen many accidents w/children before age rule was put in. Not good idea to bring your own food inside- unless you want to share w/dogs! nice park

Lots of space for doggos to romp around, a watering station for them to get drinks, a separate fenced area for smaller/timid dogs, lots of doggos to play with!

Such a great location and great dog park.

It looks more like a childrens park. But- there are bathrooms, sidewalks, shade in the picnic areas, not so much in the parking area. But- you can park east or west, to avoid glare from the sun midday. The area is well maintained in a nice neighborhood. Great place for a picnic with loved ones.

Decent, quiet park with good play area/swings for kids and also has a decent dog park with an agility course! Only downside to the park is there arent separate areas for large and small dogs

Love this dog park. Sometimes theres issues with irresponsible owners and not everyone is great at watching their pups/picking up their poo but overall a nice and good sized park. Lots of strong storms killed a lot of the shade trees last year though so it can be tough to find respite from the sun if its busy (wear sunscreen!)

The kids like taking our dogs there. Its close there is a fenced in area inside which works good for us because we have a dog thats a little iffy around other people, so we can segregate her.

This is one of the best dog parks down here. I love that it has a smaller fenced in area for small, aggressive or shy dogs. There is usually grass so the dogs don’t get muddy, and plenty of shady spots for owners to sit while the dogs play.

Comfortable environment, large dogs play outside the inner small dog fenced area. Plenty of room for the dogs to run. Water spickets and buckets for drinking. Friendly neighbors in a nice neighborhood. I would recommend this park.

Nice big dog park with many places to sit. There is water areas for the pup and is well maintained. An inner gated area is a nice smaller area and training area for some of the pups. Enjoy going there with my pup.

So far my favorite dog park weve visited! It was super spacious and pet friendly. I loved the separate gated areas and how large each section was. All of the other dog parents were constantly watching their dogs and being super friendly towards other families. We loved it, and we will for sure be back! Its a great park, and a nice size but the lighting at night is insufficient, and it closed early and its not open on Tuesdays.

Came here for the first time today. nice group of friendly dogs and owners, lots of space to run. the big negative i had was the poop everywhere. i don’t get how people cannot clean up after their pets.

This was a nice neighborhood dog park. My pup really enjoyed the open space. There were plenty of dogs running around even though it was a Wednesday afternoon.

My 4 and a half month German Shepard puppy loves this place. We have only gone twice but every time so far has been a great experience. Dogs have been super friendly along with the other parents.

Nice local bark park. Kind of hard to find nestled behind houses and between the school off to the corner of the park.There are a few trees that provide shade and a plenty of benches / walls for seating.

Nice size if you have smaller dogs. You can keep track of multiple animals. Everyone seems to have good control of their pups. Any squabbles are dealt with quickly.

There was plenty of space and my dog had a lot of fun playing with all the dogs that were there. The place was well maintained, and there was a metal gate protecting the dogs! I will definitely take my bella again

It was great because they had a inner gated area that is for smaller dogs. The inner circle had patches of grass and area had too much dirt versus grass. Very crowded at times.

Its a dog park. Its naturally awesome. I just wish theyd figure out a way to eliminate the puddles near the water bowls. Its such a huge mess.

I didnt visit the dog park. My daughters softball team practices here. Its a nice park. The playground area is shaded and varied. With exception to some people unleashing their dogs in prohibited areas, the park seems clean and safe.

Nice clean dog park. Hard to get little ones to the inner gated area without running the gauntlet of big dogs. Thats ok for my little dogs but I worry about others.

I went to the dog park while visiting family and Chandler. Seems like a great park I love that it has grass. Thats not something we have at our dog parks in Tucson.

Lots of room and an enclosed training area. The lack of shade over the water source is non-existent as well as a descent water supply. Most residents rely on bowls and a hose.

Its a decent dog park with all the regular jumps tunnels etc. Like all dog parks they are dependent upon local residents behavior which is good at this park.

Have brought my dog here on Many occasions and its always a great time. They even have a inner park for training. Ive noticed that people who have aggressive dogs will bring their dogs in that inner area to play with them, as long as there isnt a dog in there already.

I dont even know if Ive been to this bark park before but Google decided to tell me I needed to review it since it says that Ive been there so therefore Shawnee Bark Park is probably a great place to take dogs I assume. If you have a dog you should probably take it here because its better to have a dog bark at a park than bark in your home and annoy your neighbors. It probably is going to be a lot of fun for your dog, like seriously.

Great dog park, decent amount of street parking. Nice, large park. I didnt notice a separate section for smaller dogs, but I may have missed it. Lots of seating for puppy parents and shade for everyone to enjoy as well!

Its a park. Its pretty big, lots of trees, grass, and open space. Two playgrounds, swings, baseball diamond. Theres a large enclosure for dogs to run around, off leash. Folks are good about picking up after themselves, and theres bags available. Theres also a restroom, which is as good as you can expect. A great place for anyone to hang out at.

We took our 2 dogs there and all dogs were friendly, not a long walk from the parking lot, very well maintained area! And only a mole from our house WE WILL be back

Friends wanted to take my dog to the park so we found this one. A really nice area with some shaded spots, so important with the hot Arizona sun. It was really clean and the people were friendly. It has an obstacle course set up as a gated area in the dog park area, which we didnt use but it seems like a neat feature for those who would like to train their dogs. I would go there again, definitely.

This is a huge dog park with lots of extra subsections/gated off areas within. There is a ton of room for my pet to run around. However, the park closes way earlier than other parks at 8PM!! The lighting was also pretty terrible after the sun went down. Actually the while park has pretty bad lighting except the two softball diamonds. Unfortunately, the nearest dog park is like 10-15 mins away, so youll have to just deal with it or go for a long drive.

Pretty clean, its really up to the visitors to keep it tidy. The playground is safely put together, the dog area is secured by double gates which is awesome, and I really enjoy the swings. I may be an adult but I get nostalgic when i get on those swings.

The amount of stars this park receives depends on the type of dog you have IMO. Let me explain. There isnt really a small/timid dog area to speak of. There is a large outside gate encircling the park then in the middle there is another squared off gated area that has some cool dog obstacles that people use for small/timid dogs but its not only for those types of dogs. Be advised in order to access it you need to walk your dog through the larger dog area. So if you have a dog that doesnt handle larger dogs well this may not be the place for you. That being said, there is a lot of positives at this park. The people that come here are very nice and accepting of newcomers. There is lots of places to sit and get some shade. The park is 95% grass/ dead grass which is great. No real big problems mud areas for your dog to drag into your car. Its located in the center of a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. There is water here so no need to bring your own. Make sure you check the hours and days of operation as this park is different then almost all others. Closed on Tuesday and only open till 8pm during the week with some other different times as well. There is also a minimum age requirement of either 12 or 13 years old. Hope this review helped.

Nice active little bark park.

Decent park, large play areas, very crowded, unscooped poo. Brought my 5 month old Great Dane LuLu here for the first time today, I figured shes finally old enough & felt it was time for her first dog park adventure, unfortunately I was proven wrong... she wandered about uneventfully for about 10 minutes timidly surveying her surroundings & investigating the other dogs, occasionally zooming about. Then without any more provocation than an attempt to sniff- a horrid little dog lunged and attacked her leaving a bloody gash across the top of her muzzle. As we retreated I overheard the owner (who did nothing) nonchalantly make comments inferring this was a common occurrence. My dog ran terrified towards the gate. We left, disappointed and somewhat traumatized. All the while Im thinking in my head that dog doesnt belong here, unleashed, unmuzzled I know incidents are bound to happen, but I dont think owners should knowingly subject others to their aggressive dogs. We probably wont return.

The strange thing was when I got to the park there were actually some people inside that part they were complaining about other peoples dogs barking? And when I went to point out that they call it a bark park for a reason, they didnt seem to find it as humorous as I did

In the summer time, the shaded areas are a plus! And the watering station has an array of bowls for the dogs to drink from, instead of waiting your turn for one.In the winter, when it gets darker sooner, it has little to no lighting. I dont suggest going anytime at night.

Very nice facility. Has a separate fenced in area for small dogs. Unfortunately some people think that is their personal VIP area to bring their large dogs into. Other than that it is a good place to get your fido some exercise.

Large enough of a dog park they also have a seperate gated play area in the center of the park..not a lot of shaded benches and such i feel like im always stuck in the sun while my dog runs off and plays..they have a kiddie pool there for the dogs to dip in cool down but its been unavailable the past few times ive been there

We actually have football practice there. It is a nice park. Some of the patrons though are disrespectful. We actually had to pay for a lighted field for practice and dog owners were allowing their dogs to run off the leash through our practice.

Has a water fountain, friendly people and friendly dogs. Theres an inner fenced area which has fun little tubes and things for training. The grass is relatively dead but thats understandable, at least there are shady trees to sit under and stay out of the sun.

My dog loves this place and the people are very nice!
