We needed to find a place for a birthday party. Found Xtreme Air in Chandler. What a great time for all the kids and the adults. From the staff to the amount of bounce equipment that is there. Jade and Gabi we so amazing during this entire process. We will be doing more events here in the future. If you want to get out if the heat and have fun Extreme is the place to go!

It does have quite a few trampolines and is kid friendly. Pricing is on par with its competition. Its well staffed and supervised. Those are the positives. Negatives are its falling apart. The Obstacle course has seen much better days and they have very limited cafe options and of course dont allow outside food or drink. Jumpstreet is far better value for money in the same area.

My son and nephew had a great time. Needs more activities, but there was a blonde hair female employee who was absolutely wonderful very courteous and friendly.

Cool place for big or little kids. My 2 yr old likes the area for young kids. The price for little kids is great! Only $5 per hour. Prices for older kids are a little expensive.

This extreme air is bigger then the Chandler location. The foam pit has an obstacle course with a slack line, that was cool. It was a little tough for the younger ones because of the large monkey bars that start it off. They have a larger rink for the hover boards too. Unfortunately the hover boards were out of order. We came for that so I did 4 stars, overall better than Chandler though.

Weve been to this place many times and each time its getting worse. The kids have so much fun and its great exercise. The place is understaffed, dirty and run by disinterested teenagers. The bathrooms are disgusting and the place smells bad. Save your money and go to the one in Surrey.

Expensive but the kids loved it. Staff is pretty good seeing how they are kids themselves. Food was blaa but service is very good. Its worth the trip for the kids

Xtreme Air (Pecos Location), is an awesome place for friends to hang out and want to do something cheap. Specifically trampolining, this place is affordable for the time packages they give you. KTR is across the street, but they have much more different parks to enjoy and they are a bit more pricey. Strictly trampolining, block pit, etc. this place would be the one to go to. There is also second location on (Ray Road) but I personally prefer this location!

Great place to work out some energy! Really neat obstacle courses for the whole family to try. If youre brave enough to do it you can try it! The staff was very friendly and patient. I have more complaints with other parents children than I did with a single member of the staff. Every member of the staff work together to ensure every childs safety who was left to run wild while they ( the staff) remained polite and kind. The water tasted awful from the water fountains. ( Buy or bring your own bottled water) The bathroom was fairly clean for how busy it was. They have lockers to keep safe your personal items, they give you a padlock during your stay to keep your things safe. They have an area for snacking as well where they sell drinks and food and have tables to sit at. perfect place for a party (they even have a dance room!) and they have excellent activities for children of all ages even your little Crawlers

Fun place, Ive been here multiple times really enjoy bouncing around for a couple hours. The dodge ball is especially fun. Been here for birthdays and had my birthday here when I was younger. Going to come back here many times for sure. Thanks Xtreme air

This was sooo much fun! We went on a Saturday around 1130 and there definitely was people there but its so large we never felt crowded the adults and kids had a blast jumping the foam pit was so cool! And at the end of it, it was one of the funnest workouts Ive had in a while! For sure use your brain, be careful, try your best to land on your feet or break your fall, and youll have a good time!

My child was injured on an exposed old bungee cord sticking out of a trampoline that impaled his foot. Ems was called to the scene and I had to take my child to urgent care to clean the wound, administer a tetanus shot and for antibiotics. Extreme air never contacted me to ask if everything was ok, to apologize or even offer a refund. I reached out to them to ask about having his urgent care visit reimbursement due to their faulty equipment, and I was told if I wanted any type of reimbursement I would need to hire a lawyer. Outstanding customer service there let me tell you. We will not be back and I hope this helps prevent a future injury for your child.

We have been to to Xtream Air a few times now and it is a fun place for the 10 year old girl we bring. The facility is fairly large and there are a few different areas for the kids to play. They have a large main play area with lots of trampolines, ramps and a few obstacles to play around. There is a dodge-ball area, but it seems pretty tame and I believe they keep a staff member in that area to keep an eye on things. there is also a obstacle course/foam pit area, a hoverboard area, small cafe and a few arcade games. There is seating for parents to sit and watch the kids and over all I recommend for some good tiring fun for the kids and relaxing fun for the adults.

The kids had fun. But there is no changing table in the mens room. Dads cant change diapers?

The place is run by teenagers who are very nice. The only problem is that the place is dirty one kid jumps in the foam pit and got pink eye later that day. The floors were not clean and there are sections off that you can’t go in. Which anyone can enjoy the areas. Most of the staff are nice but one staff was very rude he tried to kick my children out when it wasn’t are time to go. The foam pit is very limited you can only go through the course and you can’t just jump in it was very scary for my kids to go through the course. So if they tried to jump in they got screamed at. Instead of being polite and asking them not to do that. I will not be returning there in less these things are changed.

This place is awesome! Wonderful costumer service and staff. Everyone is so friendly and happy to be here. Jade is so helpful and sweet. The kids had a blast, there was so much to do! This is our first time here and we will be back over and over again.

Nice fun clean place . Im here now for a birthday party for an 8 year old. The music is very loud and they are playing trap rap slash strip club gangster music. I complained to the manager named Melody twice already and she keeps telling me that she is too busy to change the music in the other room . She said that its probably just the music from teen nights. This place needs some real adults around besides everyone so young running this place. If something Xtreme happened here it would be ridiculous because no adult supervision for the staff .

Terribly small to charge same prices as everyone else that has things to do. Way too much wasted space for hover boards. And one of the 5 areas was closed. Will never be back.Changed to 1 star. Many exposed steel beams, and pads that move. Causing a false sense of safety, my son almost hit his head on a steel beam in the dodge ball court.The waver you sign will make you wish you werent there when their neglected safety pads dont save your child. NOT a safe area at all.

Would be 5 stars if the place wasnt so cost prohibitive. Clean, huge, super fun. I love that I can jump with my daughter, thats not offered at all air parks. Staff is kind and professional. Would do it again if it werent so expensive for families

Just had my 7 year olds birthday party there and everyone had a great time our party host (Ronnie) was amazing and was right there with any questions or concerns I had, the manager was amazing. The facility was clean, not to crowded and my 25+ party kids had a great time!!! They made it so easy! A+Edited to add the party coordinator was amazing as well!

I wont lie its a great place for kids to have fun and a good price. But when i was nursing my little guy and asked if they had a place i could nurse him they said the bathroom. I got upset askes if they would eat it the bathroom after a min a guy came up to me and let me use one of the bday room. So i am probably not the right person to leave a review for them. But again great place for the kids to play.

Jorge was absolutely awesome and made sure I was picked up and dropped off at work while my Jeep was worked on. Car was ready to go when I got back and offered to pay for a rental if the car was going to take longer than the day.

Kids of all ages love it, the staff are nice and friendly, even if you go by yourself, its not hard to find a new friend

Had a birthday party there. The kids had a great time

One of the kids didnt make it into the party room, because the PA system was down. She went to the front for help and they told her they didnt know where we were. She didnt find us until we came out of the party room, then ended up eating her cupcake by herself (with us adults hanging out with her). Also, one of the employees was excessively chatting with one of our 12 year olds. She looks much older, but it was very unprofessional and made her feel uncomfortable. Our party host, Melody, did a great job and if it hadnt been for the other issues, we would have given a 5-star rating.

My son and I enjoy those place. Great for a father/son putting that provides me entertainment too. The young staff are always friendly, and we enjoy meeting new kids and families there.

Its fun and also an intense workout. I thought about doing 2 hours but Im glad I only did 1 since it was so exhausting. It would be cool if they had an adult night thats just for us adults.

A little overpriced for what it is. They should offer sibling discounts or parent discounts. There are a couple different areas to jump, but thats it. The small kids area is not worth it if your kids are over 3; yes it is cheaper but your kids will get bored very quick. They had a fun air bag attraction where you climbed stairs and jumped into the bag but that is closed down. There is also a ninja warrior type course that is only for people age 6 and over. It is a quick way to get your kids worn out though.

This place is literally just filled with a ton of small trampolines that are all connected to each other. Theres an area dedicated for dodgeball, 2-person trampolining, and an American Ninja Warrior-type obstacle course. The course is fun, but small and not very kid-friendly as parents are constantly having to boost their children right from the beginning. There was an additional area, but it was under construction. It was fun for the Groupon price we paid, but probably would not have gone here with full price. Maybe once the last portion is done with construction itll be more fun and variety.

We came for a birthday party. Great place to let the kids burn off their energy! I brought my 5 year old daughter and 8 year old daughter and they both had such a great time!

A decent time. Had the whole place to ourselves which should have been more fun but with no one to share the experience or play dodgeball with, it was a little boring. Shouldnt have bought 4 hours worth. 2 woulda covered it.

We went there so the boys could play dodge ball. They got to play for about 20 minutes when they closed it for a private game for a birthday party. It was closed almost 40 minutes. When we went up front to extend our time, I expressed my concern over what happened. She said the private game should have only lasted 10 to 15 minutes.Kinda stunk, but eh!

Me and my family were there last week at teen night and we all had so much fun. The kids had a blast, especially when they would go play games with the staff. The kids especially liked Ethan, He would go out of his way to play with them and give them a new game or challenge every time we came to the park.- Thank You Xtreme Air, we will be back again soon!

Great place to take your kids great set-up. Awesome for everyone of all ages. Pretty cheap for a place like this type.

Came here for my little sisters 9th birthday party. All of her guests (including me and my mom haha) had a great time! Trampolines everywhere and an obstacle course.

Great place for the kids (and adults) to let loose and literally jump of the walls! Prices are reasonable and they do birthday parties which my son did two years in a row at age 7 and 8. In addition to trampolines, they also do dodge ball, have a giant air bag to jump into off a 10 foot high platform, and a small American ninja course.

Nice place for kids to have fun. A little pricey when you have several kids though.

They have a cafe where you can buy food, however as you would expect the prices are high. It is a great hangout for teens and families alike. They also allow you to host special birthday parties.

I went here with some friends for a few hours and had a blast. The staff members were kind and friendly. This place has a trampoline dodgeball area, an obstacle course, and a new attraction coming soon to replace the airbag, along with a hoverboard arena. The hoverboard arena costs $5 for 3 15 minute sessions, each with a 5 minute break between them. Its great for beginners or experienced riders. Helmets and pads are required and come with the $5 cost. There was always a staff member in the with us. We played catch with a football while we were in there, along with different races. Refreshments at the cafe werent unreasonably priced, and we all had a great time. I would recommend this place for younger kids, though there is no age restrictions.

We love Xtreme and we used to come to xtreme air all the time. It has a clean environment, great staff and it was affordable when we were able to find coupons to use there. Unfortunately I just cant afford to bring my family unless I have some sort of discount or promo deal. I would highly recommend you either lower your regular prices, add other promo deals or go back to offering the great groupons. It really would make your business boom again and the more people you get in the doors the better. Also the kids love the dodge ball sessions the most! Sincerely, Susie J

This is the most fun place I have been to!

Fun place for kids and adults alike. Great place to burn off some steam and get some exercise. Lots of trampoline space and an obstacle course with foam pit.

It was extremely busy on the weekend. There were long lines for the rope course. The lady at the front desk was friendly, but the employees at the snack bar were rude. They were frantically running around getting sodas for the many birthday parties, and would never take my order. I wanted to buy a water, and it took me 10+ minutes!

Customer service was good at the front, inside at the attractions they dropped they ball. Kinda rude, have a ton of rules of you cant do this or cant do that, one attraction closed, kinda small inside.

Place smelled like stinky feet when u walked in. Otherwise its a fun place. Great exercise for everyone. They should offer half price for parents.

Had a fun time with some friends. Unlike KTR across the street this place is much less crowded. The staff is kind and the guy at the obstacle course was very cool and showed us how to complete the impossible looking obstacle course. Unlike KTR they have a huge trampoline and let everyone jump freely without having to take turns. I like how this place is less crowded, a bigger space, and a lot of fun.

Great exercise.... Dangerous for little kids and even big kids when Littles run and dont watch for people doing flips etc. Obstacle course is cool.

Fun place to go with the family but there were a couple things there that we wanted to do and they were not functioning, kind of a bummer!

The trampolines werent very good. I can bounce on bricks better than this place. the parkour course was super easy. i did it in 2 tries. The place smells like red dirty socks and doesnt have proper bathrooms. bring a bucket. Dont bring a big gummy bear some kid will eat it.

My son celebrated his birthday there recently, and the experience was not that great. The kids & I had to ask repeatedly for juice, and ice cream. My son was actually denied ice cream at his own party! Who does that? By the time the juice showed up, the kids were tired of waiting and had already left the room. I still dont understand why the birthday boy was denied ice cream, or why the host was not willing to give out the ice cream, it was on the party order, and the bill. Not worth the money to host a party, its too disorganized, and apparently the party hosts are trained to be cheap, and skimp on the food (even though the parents are willing to pay for it!) The clincher, had to wait a good 10 minutes for someone to get paper towels to stop a bloody nose. Also had to ask repeatedly for ice for the bloody nose, and a chair - seemed a little unprepared for an accident.

Tbis place is awesome! My 3 and 5 year old had so much fun playing in the little extremers area which was the perfect size. We laughed so much. The staff was really nice and friendly, even to my kids. I wish we didnt live several states away, we would come back weekly. Hoghly recommended!
