Rooms are so much fun and very well designed. Absolutely love this place, and our game master Jack was AMAZING. so fun and helpful would probably come back and ask for Jack again haha

Had a fantastic experience at ESCAPE: Chandler! Played a room with some buddy’s from work and had a great time solving the many sophisticated and well-thought out puzzles we found there. The owner is super friendly and values the customers’ experience! The lobby is super beautiful, and the rooms really make you feel like you are in the real story. 5 stars!! Give this one a try!

Just played Cabin with a group of 6. Very fun room with lots for everyone to do. Puzzle flow and signaling was great to help avoid being stumped. And best of all our moderator Zuzu had tons of energy and was the perfect guide for the experience. Cant wait to try their other rooms.

We’ve been here three times. Each time we have been so happy with them. They are very welcoming, prepare you for what to expect and clues are always helpful. Rooms are very well put together. Cleaver challenges that lead to a fun experience!

We ESCAPED! We had a great time, it was our first time at an escape room and they were so patient walking us through what to expect. We were added to another group for our game because we only had three members, but when they realized we werent together, they offered to move us to a later time to accommodate us as in a single game. Very friendly staff, VERY well thought out game, very fun evening out. Will definently be returning to play their other games.

I had a really good time doing the cabin room, Daniel was honestly such a fun moderator and the puzzle was actually really hard and I’ll definitely come back for the challenge and fun!

This place has to of the best escape rooms. Theyre big on atmosphere, and theyre a step above any place Ive been to in AZ. The Cabin was my absolute favorite, but Kates Motel is now tied with that room. I cant wait to do the other rooms; I know they wont disappoint. The rooms are fun and challenging, but theyre not impossible. Youll never feel like youre helpless and doomed, but you will have to work together and think. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The owners are down to Earth and extraordinarily creative. I look forward to any new rooms they come up with.

Omg this was actually really freaking awesome. It was a Monday night that I checked online for escape rooms thinking it may be too late seeing as it was already after 7 PM. I google searched and found escape Chandler which just so happen to be about nine minutes from my home. I booked the three of us online for “The Cabin” at 9:15pm and it AWESOME! The technology incorporated, the decorative rooms, the ambience, the difficulty... hands down the best. Paige, the sweet red head at the front was so delightful and I just love her energy. I’ve been to other escape rooms before but this one is by far the coolest one I’ve seen. I highly recommended it. They are also taking extra precautions during COVID which is appreciated.

My husband and I went with 2 of our friends to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We did the Tonys Bistro and it was so much fun!! It was nice that we could also bring some Adult Beverages to partake in with this particular room. We were so into the puzzles that we hardly even touched them!!! We cant wait to go back and try more rooms as this was our first time ever!! If anyone is looking for something to do with their families, especially now since schools are all cancelled for the next little while, let the brain power flow and enjoy a fun activity. Cant wait to go again.

We did Pawn Shop and Tonys Bistro. Both were quite hard (it was our first time doing escape rooms) but we finished them (if only with an extra 5 minutes). Both rooms were super fun and come highly recommended. The staff is super nice and helpful and we will definitely be back.

They owners were fabulous! I took my child and several friends for a 13th birthday party. They welcomed us with a birthday sign to begin! We had so much fun with the Cabin that we stayed and did a second room. The kids and mom had a fun time. The owners were very upbeat and personable. I’ve gone to several different escape rooms and this was my favorite.

Weve been here a couple of times and ALWAYS have such a good time! The rooms are challenging, but not impossible and just loads of fun!

Weve been to five escape rooms across the US and we had a great evening at the Pawn Shop. Our kids are 10 & 12 - this was a perfect family night. Very fun and wonderful staff!

Three of us did Tonys Bistro because I heard it had great puzzles. We ran into 2 issues in the room; one lock wasnt reset and a sticker was missing on a lock. In both instances, they were apologetic and quick to correct the situation so it didnt hurt our experience. We also didnt get the sense either one was a common issue as they seemed more surprised than us something was off. That said, the room was a lot of fun and the design was immersive. I loved how the clue system was tied to the record time, Id never seen that before. We also had the chance to chat with the owner Kate for a while after and she was super nice. Im excited to return for more of their rooms in the future.

We have almost done every room! Will be back soon to finish the last ones.

Really fun and great place to go for work team builders or with your family. They have 4 rooms I believe and they all seem unique! Its a bit hard to find but other than that, its perfect.

Our first time ever doing an escape room and Escape Chandler did not disappoint!! We had a group of 7 people and did The Cabin for my sisters birthday. Our Game Master was the BEST and gave us hints when we asked for them. The detail/thought behind the room and the puzzles blew our minds. We talked about this experience for hours after. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This was the best escape room I’ve done thus far. We did the Cabin in the Woods room, which was meticulously laid out and offered a ton of variety in puzzles. The atmosphere was spooky, and daunting, and a lot of fun.Best of all, the game master Jon was superb in his support and execution. His wit and puns to the clues was much appreciated, and he was very friendly and supportive through and through. If you book a room here, make sure to ask for Jon!

We did all their rooms within a span of 48 hours. The rooms were top notch and so were the work staff/owners. The husband and wife there made us feel so welcome! As soon as they open another room we are flying back to do them. They even inspired us to possibly open our own escape company! The best!

Pretty good set up as escape rooms go. Visited here for a team building event and it came through really well. Broke our team apart in two and did Tonys Bistro and Cabin in the Woods. We did the cabin and it had a few good challenges. Some of the clues were off the wall but that happens from time to time. Good hosts, even better competition and overall a great place to get some problem-solving and camaraderie going in a fun atmosphere.

If you think youre a pro, go try Tonys Bistro!The Cabin was scary for us (mind you we dont enjoy horror), but the scene is very detailed and the puzzles were detailed!The Pawn Shop at was a lot of fun as we went with a group of people. It is a clean and spacious setup and made us feel like we were in a real Pawn Shop!If you consider yourself an Escape Room Savant, ESCAPE:Chandler is a MUST!

Just finished The Cabin at Escape: Chandler. It was our first escape room experience and we LOVED IT! Everything was authentic and viable. I was nervous the whole time! The clues were so clever and yet simple which totally threw us but made for great conversation. Things felt intense but fun. Brian was an excellent host and we loved figuring out how to get out of this place. Highly recommend it!

First time Ive ever done an escape room. The staff was very welcoming. The room was amazing. Very detailed and complex. Really had to work together as a team to solve the problem. Was SOOOO much fun! We have completed two rooms (Tonys Bistro and Pawn Shop) at this location and both have been awesome! We will return to complete the third room as well. The rooms are fantastic with detail and very well thought out clues that are challenging yet make sense. We have done multiple escape rooms around the Valley and this is our favorite thus far, not only because of the rooms but because of the staff, particularly Jon. He is probably the kindest and authentically loving person we have ever encountered. We witnessed a customer act extremely rude toward him and he responded in best way possible. We have learned from him in how to respond to human beings with utmost respect and love. Not to mention, he is fantastic at his job- funny, entertaining, and has made our experiences special. We definitely recommend Escape Chandler and we hope you are blessed as much as we were if you get the chance to encounter Jon.

Eacapechader was outstanding! Really fun rooms and puzzles and great staff too! Kate, the owner, was a joy to talk to and you can tell she is passionate about her work. The game masters I met when I visited (Lorelei, Sara, Bryan) were also incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. They gave the perfect level of assistance whole escaping! I can’t wait to come back and escape Tony’s Bistro!

Im a lover of Steampunk and an idiot when it comes to numbers, so this room had me in mixed emotions. We got past our hump though, including a prickly encounter with the wood bookshelf (our clue master Bryan was a knight with shining tweezers) and were impressed time and time again with the thoughtful, clever, and delightfully interactive puzzles of Clockwork. The new location is well maintained in a lovely area and I cant oversell the customer service, seriously, thank you Bryan!!! It was an exceptional escape room experience.

This was so much fun! We attempted the Pawn Shop room and there was so much to do! It wasn’t overly difficult or too easy. There are hints if you want them or get stuck and the staff is so mice and friendly. We definitely want to come back and try one of the other rooms!

These rooms are genuinely fantastic! My wife and I have done over 80 rooms and these were some of our favorite. There is a focus on the quality of the puzzles and the build quality was very realistic. Some rooms are all about the theatrics and lack substance. These rooms had challenging, enjoyable, puzzles that were tons of fun.Additionally, Kate was so friendly and patient. This escape room place is awesome. Went to the cabin and Tonys Bistro. My sisters and I went for their birthdays. Had a blast. This is the first one I have gone to but my sisters have been to others. They said this is the best one they have gone to so far. The staff was awesome (especially Lorelei). I am excited to return and escape the pawn shop with my husband next month. Also excitedly awaiting the Latest Motel coming soon. Great job guys. I will return with others and highly recommend you to all my friends.

This is an absolute gem in the Valley! Our GM Brian was great, the ownership team rocks, and the rooms deliver on all aspects. Creatively, aesthetically, and entertainment value are all 5+ stars.I could go on with a long review but to put it simply, the only regret you will have about playing here is that they dont have more rooms (yet)!

I had a very fun time! We tried one based on an Italian restaurant that was apparently the most challenging one, and got out with 2 or so minutes to spare out of an hour inside. Would definitely recommend if a group of friends or family is looking for something to do, and especially if theres a birthday, since you get a few extra hints while youre in the room if its your birthday.

I have recently completed all 3 rooms of this establishment and I can quite assuredly say that this is one of the best escape room business you will ever find. The staff is friendly and helpful while note being overly pushy, as game masters they allows the players to really get into the room without divulging too much in a given hint, and the rooms themselves are all fantastically designed with well done atmosphere and puzzles. They could use some more signage within their complex in order to find them initially, but considering how much fun I had in each room, how unique each room was, and the fact that they give you an actual prize for completing all of their rooms it is hardly something that would ever sway my opinion. There are a fair number of escape room businesses in the area but this one clearly makes an effort to stand out and it really shows. Give them a try, youll make memories that youll carry with you always

We went here for my 15 year old daughters birthday party to play the Pawn Shop and we werent disappointed. This is by far, the best escape room we have been to in the East Valley, hands down, and I have been to at least two dozen of them at the time of this writing. The owners are awesome and accommodating, the place is immaculate, the puzzles are well thought out, and the immersion is out of this world! I cant say enough about how wonderful this place is. We WILL be back!

We have been to a few team building events in Chandler and Gilbert. Escape chandler is one of the best escape room venues I have ever been to, so far, in the valley...from start to finish this placed proved to be a shining gem and a class act, with very friendly and accommodating staff and owners. I will definitely be back to do more escape rooms here!

Fabulous experience, a very well run and professional setup. We had a large group and barely were able to solve the Pawn Shop room with 7 seconds to spare:-) We did need a clue or two and probably would not have been successful without the clues. We can certainly recommend this very well run adventure.

Escape Room Chandler is a Excellent Escape room for those who like a challenge. They have 3 rooms (2 still currently under construction) however the 1st room that is open is extremely fun and entertaining. The atmosphere is great. Clean, smells great, and everything is updated. Hints and timer can easily be seen on the big flat screen they have in the room. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5 Stars to the owners Kate & Lewis. Excited for the next 2 rooms to open.

We had so much fun here! We brought a group of 10 8th graders here for a team building activity. They had a blast and Kate was so helpful and kind during the whole process. You definitely want to book your next party or team builder here! They are awesome. I will be coming back!

After we had my 11 year old’s party here we had to come back and try another room when we had some family visit. Now we are talking about returning for a third time. Fun games that are challenging, and the owners are so kind and welcoming. I am so glad this place opened and we have a chance to switch up our family outings. I highly recommend this place for family events, couples night out, team building events, birthday parties!!

Finally an escape room near to us! We have done two of the three rooms so far, and they do a good job with the themes and puzzles. The owners are so kind, and you can tell they really care. We did find the Cabin room a bit scary, but that made it extra fun!

Escape Room Chandler is so much fun! It was entertaining and challenging. The big flat screen tv in the room made it very easy to see any clues and the timer. The bell for the clues is loud enough to hear anywhere in the room. The atmosphere is wonderful and the place is very clean. They have one room open now and are currently constructing 2 more. I cant wait to try the other rooms when they are done and bring my friends! Kate & Lewis are extremely nice people. If you love escape rooms and nice people then you need to go visit this one!!

I have done over 100 escape rooms and I would rank Escape Chandlers Tonys Bistro and The Pawn Shop the best of the best. The room design is extremely well thought out, the puzzles are very unique and quite clever, and the immersion is second to none. I cant wait for The Cabin room to open to see what they have in store next! Great job Escape:chandler!

I took my team from work as a team outing/team building, and it exceeded everyone’s expectations. Staff/owners were super cool, the room was up to par and the puzzles made us think. I booked my daughters 14th birthday party here. We try to do birthday parties that eliminate the kids from being able to separate into groups/clicks instead of all hanging out together. This was perfect! The 8 girls (some had not met each other before) were stuck in the Pawn Shop room together (along with my husband and I) for an hour. They had a blast and kept us laughing! After we escaped, we used the conference room for dessert and gift opening. It was awesome! Im thinking of doing the same thing for our sons next birthday.

Great props keep the escape room interesting....cleaver hidden messages require intuition and creativity to solve. Great equipment and design involved with the puzzles in this escape arena. I recommend starting in Pawn Shop at the beginners level to get an idea of how the games work....rule 3.....have fun. Great staff!

I completed my first escape room and supposedly it was the hardest but we finished it through the help of Chandler. We definitely couldn’t have done it without Chandler.
