Had a great time with the kids. Lots of different areas to play and burn off energy through movement. The timing system doesnt make sense to me and if it gives people a true full hour. I loved the ample seating for parents in every area to watch kids playing.

Great big play place with friendly staff. Make sure to wear grip socks.... but no worries cause the sell em for $2.75. Lil snack bar, bathrooms are ok, and even a parents lounge area with chair massagers for a nominal fee. My kids love this place. And so worn out afterwards which is a win-win

A staff memeber took it upon herself to make up procedures regarding the rock walk. She was attempting to make the children use hand sanitizer before and after using the rock walks. My son can not use hand sanitizer. She put a harness on him then let him do one climbing activity then removed his harness and booted him from climbing. We spend SO much $$ here, we go to all the different locations. This is not standard, as we were just at the Mesa location last night. My sons heart was broken and he was so upset. There was no offer to allow him to wash his hands instead which mind you is much more effective than hand sanitizer. I am LIVID. Youre terrible VALERY and shame on YOU.

My 5 grandchildren love this place. I felt so fortunate it was able to stay open during the Covid restriction time. Social play, even at 6 feet away from each other, allowed children to continue developing their social and being cooperative skills. And when temperatures reach 110 degrees plus in Arizona, playing indoors is critical for safety reasons. The staff is great, they are friendly and kid centered. The staff keeps the place clean and orderly. If your child likes this place, consider looking into the monthly membership deal.... The savings are great.

First experience was great. Second experience – nah! They were not enforcing wearing mask AT ALL TIME! You’re supposed to wear mask when not playing but can take it off while playing! Seriously, I’ve seen adults playing in the toddler area not even wearing mask! The weekend rate is also overpriced! We will not be going back here until they change something with regards to wearing mask or until this pandemic is over.

First of all, my kids absolutely love this place. They get so excited when I say that were headed to the jungle fun park. Secondly though, it is getting dirtier and dirtier every time I go. Were always there right when it opens for toddler time at 10am and twice now I have found candy, chewed gum, used wipes, and hair at the top level of the jungle gym. The play mats are black and ripped up and underneath is a bunch of dust and hair. I have HUGE doubts that they are cleaning anything at all. Sadly we will not be returning for awhile, especially during this pandemic, because Im officially grossed out. Hire a good cleaning crew!!

Clean, easy place to wear out a toddler! Staff is always amazing. My four year old LOVES it here! Two hours in the afternoon and by dinner, hes totally mellow.

This place is great. The employees are all awesome. It is very clean and keeps the kiddos entertained completely. A gated area for younger kids as well is a great feature. Plus the parents very comfy line with massage chairs, tv, and free WiFi. The $35 a month unlimited membership is the way to go.

Awesome place to take the kiddos and have lots of fun with them as well. The staff is great, the place is clean and you can buy snacks or the kids. Definitely will be back soon!

The kids loved it, but they were extremely understaffed. I felt bad for the 3 ppl that were there. They looked exhausted. All in all they handled it very well and no issues all around. Great job to your staff that were there when we arrived at 6pm on Saturday 10/16

My kids really liked it. Even my 14 yr old who doesnt like to do much of anything outside of her tablet or phone. Got her interacting with her sisters and they were laughing and getting their wiggles out.

Cool spot for the kiddos but overpriced imo. About 50 bucks for 2 hours just for my two kids. Feel like this spot is no different from other indoor gyms.

We had SO MUCH fun!! This place was AMAZING! We had kids ranging from 14-6 and they played for two hours nonstop! The cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the staff made it that much more fun!

-1 star for complicated check-in process. We dont have issues with it but it seems lots of people are...It has gone back to its normal operating hours. Prior to this it was open for 2 hours and closed for cleaning for 1. Then reopening.Now that it is open using its normal hours, employees are going through and continuously cleaning.My 2 kids love it here and we have purchased the membership, well worth it. Plus they can bring a friend for free, which is even better. I highly recommend this one.

Oh man it was HOT in this place! The AC seemed to be working (poorly) and the kiddos had a blast - almost no staffers were enforcing mask-wearing which was disappointing. Also a bit expensive but I guess it was worth it.

Excellent concept of letting the kids be kids in a safe space while parents relax/snack with free WiFi. Good toddler area and slides/jump area. Also have paid air hockey and massage chairs so a bit of something for everyone type of place. Havent tasted their snacks/drinks yet so cannot comment on that.

This place would be amazing EXCEPT-No responsible staff member managing all the areas.-Teenage kids are mixed with very young kids.At the time that we went the majority of kids were under 6. I watched a kid who appeared to be 15 or so repeatedly run into young kids on the trampoline. One of the kids landed on my nephew fortunately not resulting in injury. We had to personally talk to them because when we complained to the staff she said that “she would talk to them. She spent more time flirting with them then telling them to stop jumping into little kids.We frequent kid spots like this. We purchase year passes to any and all kid spots because we’re pretty active.The facilities here are wonderful. The staff was polite. There was little to no control over what is happening. If this doesn’t change, I definitely foresee a kid getting hurt resulting in some sort of lawsuit. Hopefully we just came on a day when they were short staffed.

The Best indoor park Ive been to. So much fun for every age, 12, 4, and 1 yr olds had the best time. We were able to play along side the kids for half price( I would have payed full lol)

So I was really worried to pay to get in to Uptown Jungle with our son who is almost 2. Within the first few minutes that worry disappeared as all I could do was chase our son around while he had a blast. We went in to all the areas over the next 90 minutes. Time just flew by. Before you knew it we had to drag our son out. What a blast. Were already thinking of doing a birthday party here.

My granddaughters birthday party was held here! Its a great idea for a party. The staff was very helpful. Especially when sitting down for pizza, drinks and cake. The young lady served the kids and took complete control with serving the children. She told the adults there to help them selves while she hosted the party. Afterward the children were allowed to play again. A very nice lounge and massage chairs were available for the adults.

Super fun! Glad they have a specific area for littles and that parents are only half price!

5 year old loves this place. We always get there within 30 minutes of opening on Saturdays and its pretty slow. The actual play climber is super fun, but 90% of it is only about 4-5 feet high so if you have back issues dont plan on going up that area. The climbing walls are available for kids and adults so thats fun.

I took 3 kids 10g, 10g, 4bThey had a great time! We have pogo passes worked out great! We will return.

New favorite place to bring the kids of these kinds of places. Its more geared to younger kids (under 10) which if youve been to the big trampoline places most of the things there are for teens.The play structure is massive, spans two levels and goes in all different directions. Slides, rope swings, foam ball area, trampolines, and an impressive rock climbing area.Amazingly it was not crowded on a weekend and the place was clean and safe. If your kids are younger, give this place a shot. Worth it!

Great, relaxing, and fun environment to bring your kids. They have play areas for kids aged one and up. Clean facility!Also, the employees are very kind!

If everything was open in uptown it would be a great place but now only half of the things are open because of Covid

Amazing went two days in a row. I have 5 kids ranging from 10 to 3 and there was something for everyone and they had a blast

Super fun place to take your kids, theres a toddlers section for the youngest, trampolines, rappel, you name it! The place seems very clean, and most importantly, staff is sooo nice! I recommend creating an account online way before you go, cause when you buy your tickets, the screen will ask you a ton of questions about the people who will be playing that day, also they make you sign a waiver, so if your kids dont have any patient, just go online and save some time, because unfortunately the screens are kind of slow, the might not be working and youll have to go to a register where the people at the register are a bit inefficient , dont forget to buy grip socks if you dont already have some, they will make you buy the socks.

My kids (9 and 11) love this place. Its been tough for us to find a playground that big kids enjoy in our hometown. They have a lounge with comfortable sofas for parents to hang out and wait. Weve been in both the Chandler and Mesa locations. Though I prefer the parents lounge from Mesa, my kids prefer the Chandler location.

Its sad and inconvenient that we were turned away again because the computers shutdown an hour or so before the place closes.Due to covid-19 I dont think it states anywhere that you can not purchase or come in an hour before closing... Even though I purchased my tickets online. Another family showed up and was let in because they were members and have cards. But remember computers were down so how are the cards being read or scanned...smh

This place is perfect for the 10 and under crowd! Clean, safe, affordable, lots of fun active play areas, plenty of seating for adults. I do wish there were a few more staff stationed throughout the play areas where the adults cant see. But compared to other play places this is one of the best for younger kiddos!

My kids enjoy coming here. There is a nice variety of age appropriate structures, from a toddler area to a climbing wall, slides and foam ball shooters. Prices are typical for these types of places, but there is just about always a Groupon special. Parents are half price if you wish to run around with your kids.

Urban jungle has been a summertime staple when school is out. I dont mind driving the 35 minutes because I know my son will soak up every minute playing and enjoying his time. The large slip and slide has towels for extra speed. Weve always been lucky with our timing and been able to go during the week when its not overly crowded.Pro: It is like interstellar time when you step into this place. What feels like 15 minutes has really been an hour and a half.Con: The front desk ladies are older and seem annoyed if you have questions if its your first time.My con is the front desk, the ladies are consistently inpatient.

Always a fun time. a good alternative to playing outside in the hot summer months here. they do have an area for kids 5 and under which is great for toddlers.

Its literally the best place to take your kids at that level.. the only thing I can think of better is like the sky diving simulator but thats really not comparable. Its the best. Best prices.. Go karts is comparable.. but way more expensive. Anyways.. yeah.. go here.

Took my grandson and his friend today. My first time to any location. The Chandler facility is spotless, the staff and management are welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. When I left I forgot my cell phone, I was so excited and happy for find out the staff found my phone and had it in a safe spot until my return after taking the kids out to lunch. Had a wonderful experience and so did my grandson and his friend. Keep up the great work Uptown Jungle, Chandler, AZ. Until next time!!! :)

Groupon makes this place worth it. Its a bit small and the kids werent sure if they wanted to play here when we first got here but they are now running around with the other 50 kids here. It is loud but to be expected in a place like this. Also socks must be purchased if you dont have the special grippy ones. Free wifi makes it even better for the parents.

I do like it better than let me see location its cuz they dont have towels for the slides. its extremely hard to slide down the sides in grip socks. And when I asked the representative if he has any towels for the slides he brings back will turning microfiber towels which are for cleaning the slides

Great place for kids!Price is exceptionally great if you go during Toddler Time. To take our 2 kids, wife, and myself, it was under $20. Thats an unbeatable price for a place that has such great indoor play area.Clean: This place is newer but you can tell it us well maintained. They continually are walking around cleaning all the equipment.Recommendation: For that lowest price, take your kids hear before 1pm so that you get the Toddler Time discount.

Love taking my toddler here. He has tons of energy and this is a great way to wear him out! I love that they offer tot time and have a specific area for younger kiddos. It’s clean and well priced. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

What a fun way to wear the children out. They literally run from one fun activity to another. By the time the 90 minutes is up, they fall asleep in the car on the way home.

Super fun for my little one. He had just turned 2 and was able to do almost everything except the rock climbing. Went on a monday and was not crowded at all. I ended up having to get grip sock so I could play with him. Well worth it. Bring your own water & snacks. Friendly staff and customers.

Georgette is the sweetest lady we signed up for a membership and she has made us feel so welcome. Kids love it here I would recommend the membership saves you a lot of money.

Its a great place for the kids, the staff are nice. Bring more than one adult if you have more than one kiddo. It will be a task keeping up with them. And reasonable prised.

Great place... would have given a 5 star if not for one staff member. Most of them except one was very friendly and nice. Over all a very fun place and like the place claims, great place to get the kids exhausted.... loved it and do recommend it but would recommend hiring people who are more people friendly.

Love that kiddies are given anti-slip socks. My daughter had a good time. A little one vomited but noticed no one was in a hurry to clean up :-(

My 1.5 old loves this place she loved it since she was able to walk like 10 months or so they have a baby area.

Theres something for every kid to do. They even have a lounge for the adults to sit back relax in their leather massage chairs or watch TV. They have a little snack bar. They have a section for 5 year old children and under. Multiple climbing walls , trampolines, slides , and plenty of climbing mazes ! They also have party rooms, however theyre not in view of the entrance and exit of the building.

My 3-year-olds favorite place to go. Him and I always have so much fun. Very safe too

We came from Tucson to celebrate my daughters 7th birthday! It was such a great time and so many things for kids to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. We really wish there was one in Tucson (hint, hint)!

We drive 45 mins so my kids (7 & 4) can play for an hour (or more). Yesterday was our first time at this location, we went to the Mesa one about a month ago. Its fun, clean, safe, great prices. I wish they did a frequent visitor pass!

Kids have tons of fun. Theres a quieter place for people to hide away. It would be nice if there were more places for parents to sit where they could actually see their kids easily... Such seating is very limited.

My daughter is a huge fan. Has been for a year or so. Shes just 6 and enjoys the 90 minutes alot.

I love the Tot Time here. During the school year from 9am-1pm, only kids under 5 are allowed in. It doesnt get as crazy and the little kids can have more fun without getting run over by the older ones. Plus a kid and adult can get in for under $9. Theres a parent lounge area with comfy chairs. Lots of seating around the play areas. They also have refreshments to purchase. They keep the place cool so its perfect for summer! Lots for kids to do.

Very fun place to play. Indoors, clean, nice staff and for a good price. It can get crowded but the kids had lots of fun. Many obstacles to explore and a separate area for toddlers. They even have a parent lounge.

This place was packed! Children older than 8 will not enjoy themselves. Photo booth steals your money. Staff was nice but not very knowledgeable. The fact that they make you buy grip socks even if you are wearing perfectly good socks of your own was ridiculous.

One of the best places for kids, especially during the summer since its indoor. In fact, the place was a bit colder than we like, so we had to step out a bit for some heat. Besides that, we love their toddlers area and how enclosed it is and separated from the rest of the play area.

Something for all ages. Really fun. We went on our pogo passes and it was great. We will definitely go again even if we have to pay. It’s pay by the hour so it prevents over crowding. Organized and clean. Toddler area was awesome.

Great fun place for whole family. Parents are half price. Kids $16 or $13 on groupon. Trampolines, unique fun ball area, cool slides and awesome climbing action. You are in a harness for climbing and can go pretty high. Buttons to press at top of climb that light up. Art simulates climbing tall buildings. There is a kiddie play area and a parents lounge with massage chairs. Joy joy joy!

Fun for kids when its t to hot for outside or the government shuts everything down out of fear for a virus made for war.

We go every Monday during summer break. We love the place and everyone who works there!! This week we met Ari, she was so amazing and went out of her way to make it even better!!! This place is amazing!!!

Saturday children werent wearing mask, it is not okay for Uptown Jungle to be open if they dont want to help stop the spread. I will be seeking advice as to why they are aloud to be open for business. I cant understand why anyone would put their children at risk. Outdoor water parks are closed along with alot of other business.

Attended via Groupons I had purchased for my kids. They had 90 minutes, which was sufficient for everything they wanted to do. The staff was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, excellent with my special needs children. There were many activities for them to enjoy. Grip socks, drinks, and snacks are available for purchase.

Great place for kids. Was there with my two year old grandson and 8 year old grand daughter. They both enjoyed the hour and half with these various playground alternatives intensively. They just rested for a drink.
