They will absolutely treat you right! Best place to buy a battery, especially when you consider the service you get even afterwards.

Ive been to this place twice, I like that it has several trails and that is centric, I feel safe walking or running even in the evening. There is a trail across the street that Im going to explore in the future, seems more secluded. Its also very close to harvest market, which makes it very convenient

This is a nice quiet place to walk or bike around and there were families fishing on the west shore. The park district maintains it well and Im appreciative of the infrastructure improvements theyve made to the pathways over the years. I also like the extra touches that make this an aesthetically pleasant destination, such as the garden nooks, the shady sitting areas, and the sculpture (of which I hope they add more in the future). I enjoyed my time painting a quick watercolor sketch there.

Its a great place to fly kites and walk your dog! Walkways wind around a quaint yet large pond. Plenty of benches and seating are available if you just want to take in the Champaign air. Some sidewalks are prone to flooding so watch out if it just rained!

Dont sleep here. It just isnt a good idea. Im not saying its 100% for certain haunted, but there is a strong chance you will wake up with ectoplasm all over your clothes and your wallet missing. The lingering aroma of colt 45 also seems to stick to everything. Was this a Civil War battle site? If you really, really insist on taking a nap here for 45 minutes or longer, I insist on taking along some sage to cleanse negative energy, or maybe some fruit as an offering to the earthbound spirits. Really nice view and well kept trails.

Has never been very occupied when I have been there, which is nice for walking/running at your own pace. Family/pet friendly. Shaded areas for having lunch. Benches for viewing the lake or bird/people watching.

Mattis Park - the beautiful park overlooking from the Amdocs Office. It spans over almost 24 acres and the land has been donated by Mrs.H.I.Cone and Mrs.Alan McDonald.Coming to office is a delight with a view of the lush greenery and the divine fall colors to look around to.The park is spread across wide open spaces - it can be comfortably used for picnic or as a childrens play area too.The small pond in the center of the park is an added attraction, and apparently fishing is allowed in the pond. The park is facilitated with a walking trail for the joggers, cycle-rs or walkers passing by.There are plentiful of benches and shelters in the park for one to relax and sink in the view. The lovely fall colors on the trees are the one that draw all the attention, it just wants you to just adorn them. There is something about these fall colors, just cant have enough of them. And what better place to gasp some fresh air post the hectic work at office.Cheers to life!!~Journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step! :)
